They could easily make that money back by simply buying now while the market is low. If i had enough funds like those guys do then i would be buying up everything at these crazy low prices. Especially bitcoin which can easily double in the next few months

The halving effect will start from May 2019 when people start to accumulate. The price starts to rise and miners will also return increasing the difficulty as a result. Dec 2019 will certainly be a good time for bitcoin hodlers (better than it was in 2018)

Nothing to FOMO into? Has this ''expert' never heard of bakkt and what it will bring into the cryptosphere?! When it is confirmed in the coming weeks the FOMO factor will hit the roof, and then after implementation the financial institutions will carry it even further.

Having both an ETF and BAKKT during a bear market is the perfect time for institutional investors to jump in. These guys are smart with their money, they know not to jump in at the top, only when there is blood on the streets and right now there is plenty of blood!

Based on prices today it appears that the crypto market pump was just a bull trap due to the over powering nature of the bears. No-one should be worried though as the bakkt is only a few weeks away, unless there is another delay due to the US shutdown

That would only happen if the price of gold suddenly spikes to 3 times it's value. This shouldn't be ruled out as the stock market is in an official bear market and trump has started a trade war with china. Gold is looking like a good investment right now (for non-crypto dudes)

In the future people may be looking at these threads thinking about how ridiculous it was when people were still thinking about buying bitcoin at $4000 when it is now priced at over $100,000. There aren't enough visionaries in the world

The statement was only half correct. It is definitely worth dumping coins for bitcoin, but only the shitcoins like bitcoincash / SV and other crap that offers nothing. Keep things like ethereum as it has real world use and not just as a store of value

I will never quit because there is always going to be demand at any price. If one whale leaves another will join, prices will fluctuate but history shows it will always go higher and higher eventually

It is unlikely to hit that low note, lots of demand from whales looking to snap up a bargain. Right now it is frequently testing $4000 so an $800 drop will only happen if a massive whale does a huge dump

Bull bitcoin is going to say something like that. However, i think we all agree that bitcoin is undervalued, considering the limited supply and huge global demand it will go sky high. Especially when the business investors join the game

We will find out after the bakkt happens. The skyrocket will take it to $10k to begin with and then the all time high like it did before. Once that has been breached the next level is going to be sky high

That Tommy Lee prediction is really a LOL situation. Going down to $13,000 is still a ridiculously outrageous. This dude is $10k out and that therefore proves that it is impossible to predict these prices

It certainly is a good idea to invest after a big decline, not that those coins are guaranteed to rise but there is a much better chance of success to buy now and wait for the rises in 2019

It will never go lower than $2000, you'd be lucky to buy it for anything lower than $3000. The ETF is now just a pipe dream, the crash proved that it is too volatile for an ETF approval

These fluctuations are nothing to get excited about, neither the floor or ceiling have been broken so it can still go either way. I think it will sit in this range for quite a long time

I doubt it will go that low just because tommy lee's brother says so. $3000 for bitcoin will be a hard floor to break, but ethereum will probably get dumped to $40 due to ICO dumpsters
