Government is fight cryptocurrencies because their fiat system might be in danger if cryotocurrencies are fully implemented to the world government and their fiat system wont have any use,most of the people use cryptocurrencies as major payment to the point the cash will no longer usable thats why they are starting to get alarmed by bitcoin and all the cryptocurrencies.

This is very likely to happe while bitcoin's price declining most of the investors are thinking right now if bitcoin is still a good investment,surely they will search for a new alternative which gives ethereum more chance to be at the top because if there is only one coin that could replace bitcoin's leadership it woild be ethereum.

In my own humble opinion chinese new year is one of the factors,another thing is the FUD that was spread few days back,a lot of it triggered a lot of people including most of the investor to do panic selling that resulted to bloody market,manipulations from the big players added the extra doubt to most of the people's mind if bitcoin can really survive the bloodbath,thou it happened causing more people panicked that shouldnt be happening when most of the people are doing their research,negative news comes from unknown sources are surely just FUDs.

Might be because of the INDIA fud last time,most of the people do panic selling while they should be doing that because the sources of the news are clearly from the paid websites,market manipulations is nothing new to the cryptocurrency market.Weak hands are the ones who are doing panic selling while the holders are mostly going to win at the end.

This is real,ive been joining boutny campaigns from the last 2years and i can say today it is less profitable than the early days,most of the people here are joining signatures even they arent capable of composing a single sentence.The best thing to do is to join campaigns which has less bounty hunters so you can maximize your stakes,because if most of the bounty hunters will join in a single campaign your stakes wont be that big.

KYC isnt really a bad thing,this will protect each users from the exchange if someone hacks the exchanges they can easily recover what has been stolen,In ICOs KYC will protect the ICOs managers from fraudulent activities from the users for example double entries,but in the other hand the only negative things i see with this KYC verification is you will not have any privacy,your identication card might be sold to others that might use it for identity thefts.

If i understand their updated policy,they will only prohibit the paid advertisement but they will not restrict users from promoting ICOs and cryptocurency related topics in user's personal profiles it means the only people will be affected by this are the advertisers who are promoting in facebook using the paid advertisement of facebook.But if you are a bounty hunter in facebook this policy wont affect you at all you can still share,link any cryptocurrency related posts in facebook.

If you ask me etherdelta might be compromised by hackers again,if that even happened again you may consider transfering your tokens and ethereum to another wallet,I am using etherdelta almost everyday but lately it seems that they are just scamming people,there are a lot of trading bots in etherdelta and you might notice there is some manipulation in the market.I suggest do not store your coins in etherdelta and use it whenever you need to trade,the safest place you can put your holdings would still in hardwallets,do not trust exchange's security because you might ended up losing all you had.

If you have decent amount of bitcoins or you can live outside your country i suggest move to other countries that doesnt have any regulations about cryptocurrencies,venezuela would be a perfect place you can start mining there or you can cashout anytime without any hassle.Or you can choose to stay and to do what you need to do,cashout would be easier when you have relatives outside the country you can send them your bitcoins,which they will cashout outside your india then they will send your money to your bank account.But migration for me would be the best choice some exchange from china moved to japan/south korea to prevent regulation,houbi if im not mistaken that was the largest bitcoin exchange in china.
