Running a masternode without VPS is not allowed. I advise setting the hot (VPS) wallet properly for each masternode.
You are mistaken, I have even received a reward, and my masternode continues to work, and all this in the absence of an VPS No, I am not mistaken. Masternodes play a central role in utilisation and stability of the network - without hot wallets (VPS) this service cannot be provided. |

To make it easier, the plan is to move the guide to the official website at one point and to have more of the setup automated than it is currently the case. I personally almost never use youtube videos for dealing with software installations or issues, since one simply does not really find the part of the video one needs to see. |

Yes, that can happen - each POS reward is 1 PAC though and as such is not meant as a source of revenue. |

It seems that the new masternode no needs a server, I launched the masternode using the Dash guide.
And her status is ENABLED, whitout vps.
It's great, I see block in which my masternode will receive reward.

Does POS work? I started the wallet for several days but never received any coins ...  same here Thanks, probably the POS is not working yet.  That is incorrect, POS is working normally. I assume you have unlocked your wallet after starting it and had the symbol in the bottom right corner turn green. how to make MN ... is the old setup for pac work ? No, it does not. PAC Global network is now featuring deterministic masternodes which changes the way masternodes are working and setup. As one is still ironing minor bugs, the instructions should be available in a matter of couple of days and will be initially provided in the PAC Global discord server. |

Of course they work, the configuration is done from the cold wallet console and requires a standard setup on the hot wallet side, without sentinel. The instructions / script should be available this week. In the meantime, if one is ample to and as one is ironing out some minor bugs, one can set masternodes up manually like any other dip0003 type of masternode. |

PAC Global network is just a few thousand blocks away from block height 330k (330,000) - please ensure you are fully updated to the latest github wallet release ( https://www.pacglobal.io/wallets.html). Masternodes will need to be set up with the new Dip0003 method, those that do not know how to do so will be happy to know a full MN script is being developed and tested currently. PAC Global team is doing all it can during these busy development hours to help make this fork/update as easy as possible. Wallets update on exchange p2pb2b
On Friday September 20th, the exchange P2pb2b will go into maintenance for wallet updates. The timeline to do these updates may take more then usual as the PAC Global team prepares the fee required by them to update the wallets. So as a heads up in advance, if you would like to remove coins before the wallets are put into maintenance mode, please do so. Otherwise you can wait until the update is complete.

Important announcement regarding CREX24
PAC Global and CREX24 have made a mutual agreement, as companies, to delist PAC from this platform. Things couldn't be met on the business side of things involving the future, so you have until the end of August 2019 to remove your coins from that site, if you had any on there at this point in time. Please remove them and as PAC Global we will be ending its relationship with this exchange. To clarify, its not a "Swap" its just going to be a normal hard fork like last time. Same chain history - just new: logo, skin, algorithm and updates.
There will be nothing "redemption" style with this update, we will be just pulling it out of the optimistic phase and into the more professional phase.
REMINDER:PLEASE WITHDRAW YOUR PAC FROM CREX24 PLATFORM! There’s still a lot of PAC on the sell side (over 5 M!) on the CREX24 exchange - please remove your funds immediately (and see the message above for the detailed explanation). |
