Personally, no. It's a card representing an idea, not a tangible living being. To call it an RC released in another sporting card series... We may as well consider any first non Topps crypto card to be that makers crypto RC card. Muddies the waters to me.

Googled "Brookie Rookie" turns out its a cookie.  I'm deeper in than I expected and am virtually a certified card shop/shipping center at this point, though the exit game seems to continue to look promising more further out.
