Keep seeing the ungraded version, makes one wonder if it's already been graded...given a low grade....taken from the slab and then attempting to resell in ebay at an elevated value. A contributing factor to the increase in value of the already graded ones, no doubt. Also makes me wonder what a graded PSA 9 would fetch now. Anyone care to take a guess? I was recently offered $900 for a graded 9 card, I passed on it and I feel that I did the right thing.

Venture a guess as to what it would grade? 7ish?

I think 7 is right, just fyi when you send a card in to be graded you can request a minimum grade and if it doesnt meet it the card is returned unslabbed.  Then you put it on the market as ungraded.  We all like buying a card with the potential of a 10 .  My opinion of a psa 9 value is around 1500+.  I had these in sets originally and couldn't hardly get any interest except a few like GP and bitcoinmagazine lol.

With a bad corner and a bad edge.......it won't be a grade that anyone in here would want, that's for sure. I think it depends on the person grading it. It's anyone's call,because it's so subjective. If it is in fact a 7, then the ask is too high. I'd put it at the $300- $350, maybe a lower range. But that too is subjective....soooo...yeah. Just think Beckett's price guide, and the dramatic differences between each level grade. BIG difference in prices with the lower grades. That will never change. That's why we will see a rush to market with these low grade cards now. Trying to optimize their profits. Beware. Especially if it's a NO RETURNS item, you may have a battle on your hands.

You need to remember that arn't that many of these cards so a 7 could go quite high, just not quite yet

I'm thinkin' that you might (Dolph), have a V-8 moment involving the cards that you sold early.  

With only 50 x black mini's out there, I'm guessing that with just the collectors in here, and the ppl outside of this Forum, prolly 2/3 of them are unboxed and given the eye and/or graded. So there is a closing rapidly window here. Proving, once again, that the Earlybird gets the goodies. In this case the PSA 9's.

Consider getting in with gold border , black border or lower.   You might also try your hand at opening cases or packs.

First thing I did was try and hunt down the X series boxes, but seem to be sold out everywhere.  IDK if it's worth pack spamming the normal boxes, thus I have just remained sidelined.

The 2018 A&G #83 card is without a doubt 100% the MLB true rookie card and the 2013 Crypto card is the (XRC) .  If anyone starts looking for it enjoy the hunt it is truly a lot of fun.
