I decided to investigate your claim, which appears to be totally fabricated, as there is no mention of this in the OP or thread in general



Further, chris' response seems to me to not be indicative of prior conversation, but this is merely conjecture.

I am not a lawyer, I do not know trademark law, but including the TM mark in the OP for these coins, if not infringement, is in poor taste. Further, the inclusion of a doodle advertised as signed by both OG and CJBBP but pictured as only signed by Chris tells me this was a standard doodle that OG intended to resign, advertising as "by both" is misleading. 

Is this a Nasty collectible? Sure.
Is it a BP collectible. I say nay.

If the doodle does not fit, we must acquit.
