I think you can not judge the project just based on its price. Do you have another reasons to think it is scam - is devs still active, any communication with community? Any updates on github? If you are talking just about price - no, if price drops it doesn't show that project is scam.
Thank you  This one has a active dev Team and is working to integrate two platforms in to one big platform www.bitsten.com . So i am bullish on this one. |

1) i have 10% profit agains bitcoin this week so it is doing better than many other coins. Al my other coins went down.
2) they have this nice saving program that is realy sweet.
3) active dev team is working... as we know most coins dont have that.
So it looks good.
