943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can someone explain the value of DeepOnion coin? on: August 29, 2017, 05:35:58 PM
DeepOnion is a fork from Bitcoin Plus, with just text/logo change, and a new website. There are no new feature developed.

The official DeepOnion github shows no activity for over a month. All the previous activity on the github is also text change they missed, no new feature development at all.

So why would anyone buy this copy-pasta coin, that does not have any new feature added, hell it does not have any development activity at all! A copy pasta of Bitcoin Plus is worth $10M USD?

I'll concede they do have a pretty good signature marketing campaign going on.

This signature compain is going good because they named it airdrop. And so many people writing about it. But it looks like scam...

946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Is there somewhere thread with best bounties? on: August 23, 2017, 04:35:18 PM
Is there somewhere thread with best bounties? I mean just with best ideas and with best teams.

Because now there are dozens and dozens of bounties and it is very difficult to find the best ones. Maybe there is some thread with this information? Or some channels or websites? It is definitely there are somewhere but need just to find!

What I'm knowing is that all ICO that was on Wings is quite valuable (same all bounties I think).

Thanks in Advance for answers!

It is good that this will be putting some stakes every week now there is a use of the 10 post per week unlike yesterday they didn't know if they are qualified for the stakes in this week so now it is a good news to them that there is stakes per week.

The stakes for signature are going to be updated every two weeks

From where you take information that signature spreadheet will update only every two weeks? I didnt find this information on first page of this thread.
949  Bitcoin / Press / [2017-08-16] ProtonMail now includes Bitcoin support for paid accounts! on: August 21, 2017, 04:36:08 PM

ProtonMail is joining the cryptocurrency revolution, and starting from today, Bitcoin is one of our officially accepted payment methods.

Starting from version 3.11 of ProtonMail, it is now possible to pay for premium ProtonMail secure email account using Bitcoin. We have designed the payment system to work seamlessly so that Bitcoin payments are automatically converted to ProtonMail credits which can be used to pay for upgrades, pay invoices, or top up your account. This feature was long overdue, so we are glad to finally introduce this.

Long time followers of ProtonMail will know that we actually have a deep connection with Bitcoin, going all the way back to the very beginning of ProtonMail’s story. We have always been quite interested in cryptocurrencies and blockchain, as they empower the same principles that inspired us to create ProtonMail. These are the principles of freedom, privacy, and an Internet ecosystem where all have an equal opportunity to thrive, free from many of the artificial constructs that control commerce today.

Our appreciation of cryptocurrencies deepened after we had a first hand experience with the potential of Bitcoin. Back in 2014 when ProtonMail first launched, our first community fundraiser was infamously frozen by PayPal, leaving us without access to the funds necessary to run the service. However, thanks to Bitcoin and the support of the Bitcoin community, we were able to continue to receive funds via Bitcoin ensuring the success of the project.

Three years on, ProtonMail has come a long way, and we are still proud to have many users from the global cryptocurrency community. As we mentioned in our guide on how to buy Bitcoins, secure email can actually play an important role in keeping Bitcoins secure, either as an email address to use with online Bitcoin wallets or exchanges, or for the storage of sensitive data.

951  Bitcoin / Press / [2017-08-20] Bitcoin-accepting sites leave cookie trail that crumbles anonymity on: August 21, 2017, 04:25:40 PM
This is my first post in Press section. So hope everything is ok!

Merchants share too much tracking information? Colour us un-surprised

Bitcoin transactions might be anonymous, but on the Internet, its users aren't – and according to research out of Princeton University, linking the two together is trivial on the modern, much-tracked Internet.

In fact, linking a user's cookies to their Bitcoin transactions is so straightforward, it's almost surprising it took this long for a paper like this to be published.

The paper sees privacy researcher Dillon Reisman and Princeton's Steven Goldfeder, Harry Kalodner and Arvind Narayanan demonstrate just how straightforward it can be to link cookies to cryptocurrency transactions:

954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BEST ALT COIN WALLET on: August 21, 2017, 03:54:40 PM
Jaxx is not good. I can't sent one time transaction for long time. After this problem i tried coinomi and it still ok.
But you need to understand, that the best way - use each wallet seperately for appropriate coin, it is most safety.

Many altcoin wallets what you asking about is hacking. So you can keep there not big amounts.
For my opinion it is more safety than wallets at exchanges. But still quite dangerous.

958  Other / Off-topic / I hate google recaptcha with this pushing pictures. Ohhh!!! Help! on: August 14, 2017, 06:08:12 PM
Guys. I HATE this google recaptcha!!! It now appearing in almost every site, people crazy, google now having the most powerful statistic and people give to google it for free!

My question is about how to easy pushing this stressfull things in this recaptcha?

1. Is it appearing everytime in site? Or maybe it because i'm using some kind of bad browser? Because sometimes in past I dont need to select images, but now everytime I need pushing.

2. Maybe there is some soft that helping with solving this google captcha?
959  Other / Off-topic / Re: Please help, recaptcha problems on: August 14, 2017, 06:03:31 PM
Oh bro, I hate this google captcha, now it really going everywhere, in almost every captcha.
It really stressfull to push this images everyday for 10 times or more.

About you problem - it looks like you have some virus that doing some bad things with you computer. You need to reinstall windows or try to delete all viruses from computer.

Good luck!
