321  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: SECURITY FLAW: Do not use Zero Confirmations using Blockchain.info API on: November 28, 2014, 03:25:50 PM
Quote
When sending the last output to the victim, it appears as a regular Pay-to-Address transaction with a standard Pay-to-Address input.
The victim will hold this transaction as orphan, because it will not receive previous "flawed" transactions
No service processes orphan transactions.

And yes. Accepting 0-confirmed transactions is known flaw.

Actually this will not happen,
as long as they stay within blockchain.info which essentially happens when using the API or a blockchain.info bitcoin node (and this is the flaw that I am describing) it will look like a regular transaction,
no orphan, no Nonstandard, nothing. Perfectly valid, canonical signature, canonical pubkey.

Please setup a blockchain.info wallet and you will see what I mean. I will send you some "coins".
Ok lets see how it goes send me some "coins" to this address 1FnHPWNjXbaS8k7jxkHBJbzBNPc6ymKnwA
322  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: SECURITY FLAW: Do not use Zero Confirmations using Blockchain.info API on: November 28, 2014, 02:46:04 PM
3. See if you win, if so push the TX directly to Eligius-Node (only needed if they take our TX in one of their inputs, if not - even this is not necessary)
Ahh I see what you did here.So the tx isn't invalid in no way it's just non standard and yes I know that you can push them right here http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/pushtxn.php.I discovered that flaw like 2 months ago but I didn't knew that blockchain.info accepts non-standard tx's .But did you know that Discus fish also mines non standard transactions and may include your loosing transactions on their block? Did you know that a service or gambling site can include your loosing tx's here https://www.f2pool.com/pushtx?

Also what kind of non-standard transactions you were using?
323  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / What is the possible biggest free transaction in bytes? on: November 28, 2014, 12:28:28 PM
I would like to know what is the biggest transaction(in bytes) without a fee could be created that node would relay?
324  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: SECURITY FLAW: Do not use Zero Confirmations using Blockchain.info API on: November 28, 2014, 12:21:45 PM
invalid TX in between.
What do you mean by invalid transactions? If its non standard it doesn't mean that it's invalid? What kind of transactions their node accepts?
if interested I can replay this attack live with an advanced member here by sending you some amount in BTC to your blockchain.info wallet, and take it back a few hours later.

Does this attack only works against blockchain.info sites I mean the ones that uses it's api? Does that tx appears on other block explorers? If you are serious that it's a real flaw as a lot of the sites uses bblockchain.info api I think even luckyb.it uses it.
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: transactions don't get confirmed on: November 24, 2014, 08:49:17 PM
and i changed your feedback to neutral.
Explain me how did I tried to steal from you?
We have a popular saying to describe what happened here, it says something like the following: "who tries to help others always has a bad ending". Sadly, it is true.
So true, so true  Cry
326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: transactions don't get confirmed on: November 24, 2014, 08:27:50 PM
no there was no other agreement, i asked his btc address and he sended that and said the transactions should be finished within an hour
No, there was other agreement. And you're right Danny(as you usually are) I was wrong here.

To OP. Those 9 transactions were confirmed 2hours later and I did returned you the coins so although you negative trust doesn't put me in red please remove it. Do not expect any help with that other transaction.
327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: transactions don't get confirmed on: November 24, 2014, 08:15:42 PM
I wouldn't mind if it would be 1 hour and a few minutes but it's still not there, so please transfer the btc back. U said 'will' and not 'should', and even then it would just be misleading. You don't show any good intentions. Up to you if you transfer them back or not but anyways my btc address :
1H2AKTJciwByYTDEDoUzjB7LKH7G4C18Em
But if you don't I'll keep reporting you to persons willing to trade with you. This is a theft and you can't explain it differently because it just is.

Transactions confirmed, money returned, Will not help OP ever again.

This is a lie.

See here:

If you will pay me 0.01 I will confirm all of those 10 those transactions faster than one hour, so that is 0.001 per one transaction.
for me that's fine! if you say it before you do it and not just say i did it after it get confirmed automatically
First send the money to my address(in my profile) then I will message you by who it will be mined. If it gets mined by any other miner than I will return you the coins(don't worry I will not steal 0.01)

Oh forgot to mention that after I get the coins and message you the transaction will be confirmed in less than one hour.
You and me are half right. On one message I said it will and on second I wrote it should.

Okay he paid me, transactions

329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: transactions don't get confirmed on: November 24, 2014, 08:05:36 PM
Ok so the transactions were confirmed and actually it was me who lost the coins as I am returning the coins to the OP and the transactions were still confirmed. Please the Danny remove that negative trust now. I am really disappointed about you guys  Cry
330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: transactions don't get confirmed on: November 24, 2014, 08:03:38 PM
What I did was I re-pushed the tx's on f2pool.com/pushtx I am user 3 and all the tx's where pushed by it. Those transactions will be confirmed in the next f2pool block they own about 30% of the hashing power so they mine a block on average every 30minutes. On my messages I said that those transactions SHOULD be confirmed in under 1hour and not that they WILL be confirmed and I said that I will only return money IF the tx's will be mined by someone other than f2pool and only if the tx's won't appear in the next block. Why did you guys labeled me as a scamer after just few minutes?

Danny did you really fault that I will scam for 0.01btc?

So I am not sure what to do now as the transactions will be mined in the next f2pool block, my guesses that the tx should be mined in under 1hour were wrong and the tx's were not mined by anyone else.So far I don't see any reason why should I return the coins.
331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: transactions don't get confirmed on: November 24, 2014, 06:41:23 PM
usually i do not pay fee and after 10-40 minutes have first confirm !
That is because you are probably sending big amounts of coins and those coins are old enough, meaning that transactions has high priority and will be confirmed soon.

335  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: [NEW] Tetraplay Casino | +150 Casino Games | Mobile | +200% Bonus on: November 24, 2014, 01:21:53 PM
Due to minor maintenance Tetraplay Casino will be offline on the November 23th 2014. Any withdrawal and queries can be requested by email at info@tetraplay.com
It's already November 24 but I still can't access tetraplay it says 403 Forbidden nginx what was the reason you had to shut it down?
336  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Missing a paid transaction with my blockchain wallet? on: November 23, 2014, 05:04:05 PM
Basically  I withdrew some money from an online casino and they proved it went through to my blockchain.info wallet.

However the wallet didn't update this into my account.

They gave me proof and I sent it to support - however, even though I can see it in one of my receiving bitcoin addresses - it didn't enter my current wallet??!

I checked the transaction 442a09821ef2e6926d62620fcedb63851725f6e866baf58640c989103e1b62b7 looks like 715 confirmations via https://btc.blockr.io/ so it did go through!

By going throigh 'Export Unencrypted', its shows me the addresses in the wallet, together with its private key ("priv"). Erm, now what can I do as this seems that there is a display/accounting bug - the funds are there but just not displaying correctly?Huh

In the simplest way how can i get this back into my account??? Not too technical at all.
When you press on export unencrypted press f3 and copy paste either 1BcnwP1UtBJoWnCprVEYCrhW5H9zTGoDB5 or 14snVkD2PBo85anH6CRGAGx1vDAXxMajPm when you find one of those copy paste it's private key and import in to the new wallet the balance should appear then.

just finished watching this movie

good learning for newbie like me
Just watched this a few days ago. It is pretty good at telling the history of Bitcoin. I learned more in the short time watching this than the 12 hours I spent beforehand researching Bitcoin to figure out what it was exactly.
that documentary was the reason I decided to try out bitcoin Grin
Glad to see that you guys liked the movie also if there is anyone who wants to donate to the movie makers here's their address https://blockchain.info/address/19xb2pAzyv7feFkBhbh3n3rtBJ9JPTufm
