1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [TX]TRANSFER - BITTREX - MULTIPOOL - ANDROID - POS,TOR,MN, STEALTH on: April 02, 2017, 12:47:26 PM
Got a problem, when i try to send coins the wallet gives a runtime error and closes down.
It says something about database error.
I can unlock it and start masternodes like normal, but i cant send out coins...
Any ideas on whats up?
Also updated to latest wallet..

IW

make sure to turn off your masternode if you're running one locally before trying to sending out coins.
This has not been a problem before, and it will not send when i reopen the wallet either.
Will try shut em all down, wait some hours before open and try to send again.

Can we still change xqn for another coins over here? IW or someone?
You are most likely refering to the staking portfolio of XQNPosfund which is currently being rebuilt by the team.
I can do some personal trades with you if you want since i still like to increase my XQN position for various reasons, maybe in half and half for btc so in same time our portfolios can be rebuilt faster and stronger.
Let me know what coins you are interested to exchange..

my god i have more issues with this wallet then any other. -snipped-

Brazilman37BTC

That's really strange, XQN is one of the smoothest older wallets I've had, never an issue once i got working nodes. Did you use the bootstrap?

yea i used the updated one and just deleted all files except my backup for the wallet.dat
then downloaded it again and tried again but same thing.
this is the only wallet i have issues with.
im running windows 10

Brazilman37BTC
I am sure you can get it working, maybe just something simple. What nodes are you running? Here are mine. addnode=40.112.185.197
addnode=95.110.234.71
addnode=144.76.239.66
addnode=81.191.41.44
addnode=71.58.178.14
addnode=81.191.41.44
addnode=59.100.29.2
addnode=114.36.246.224
addnode=2601:985:100:450:2165:861c:ba33:1851
addnode=80.44.183.173
addnode=43.228.156.34
addnode=2002:2be4:9c22::2be4:9c22
addnode=100.0.37.35
addnode=101.165.90.37
addnode=81.196.137.201
addnode=2602:306:c5b4:a190:4d35:6c45:c9ce:fa91
addnode=71.53.40.226
addnode=49.145.103.57
addnode=24.193.126.32
addnode=192.3.52.246
addnode=173.54.201.49
addnode=37.110.214.69
addnode=101.165.159.131:30994

I am sure there are more but I usually have between 16 and 29 connections at all times. Hope that helps.

i added those to the master nodelist i saw. it was working fine in sync mode for week or so then one day windows did an update and then shut the laptop off. when i restarted thats when that wallet gave me a hard time. i have a ton of other wallets i open to refresh blockchain like lea coin, lana coin, pi coin, burst coin among others.

Hi

Is your computer clock correct?
I can upload my datafolder tomorrow night, that should get you synced in no time.
I always restrict windows to auto update on the rigs i run windows on, since this often causes issues with wallets.
Have it notify you about updates so you can manually shut down the computer when needed.

So sorry for your troubles, it probably wont help you but it seems you are the only one having this much troubles.
Will post a dropbox link with the datadir tomorrow.

Happy staking, when we get you synced!

Offering masternode cold wallet hosting.
You hold all the coins, and we host the running masternode on our high end servers.
You controll the masternode from your local wallet and hence hold ALL funds/coins.
We cant touch your coins ever.
I guaranty a 24/7 uptime on high end servers.

Price is 15% of what your node makes, and payment every 3-5 days.
If payment timeframe is overdue, we close down your node and give a negative rep on your profile, but we can never touch your coins...
Let me know if interested,

IW

lot micromanagement make it like ionomy a 6$ per month fee
who wants to send a payment every 3 days what a waste of time
Sure alot of providers do similar services.
We are a smaller operation offering alot more personal service and managment along the way.
The 3-5 days period is to establish trust since we do not charge UPFRONT...
When our customers gains more trust with us, and vice versa, periods of payment timeframe will ofc be extended. We actuallu provided this service more than 6 months ago...
Sorry if you feel its a waste of time, maybe others wil not feel the same way.

IW

so would you expect to be paid in btc or bsd?
Payment in BSD.
The wallet supports the donation function, so its possible to set it up to automatic send a fixed percent to a desired addy.
This is done in masternode.conf file.

I'm going to ask you since I'm new to this coin...what is the masternode payout expected monthly? I'm trying to see what thr return is, minus the 15% if I were to buy one and implement this thanks!
Your payment depends on the amount of masternodes running on the network.
Right now there is about 250, and that gives 40-60BSD each day pr masternode.

Sorry if you feel its a waste of time, maybe others wil not feel the same way.

Don't take it the wrong way.. I think it is great to have such a service offered because it shows that BitSend get's serious attraction and such services are really needed..  but your conditions are not very appealing to me too in both points. The precentage (I prefer models based on the real vps costs + your service costs, fix costs ) and the initial payment frequency (I prefer upfront payment over several months because I am "lazzy" which of course is a bit troublesome if you want a precentage instead vps + service cost )
Just a feedback and yes for others your model might fit.

Thank you for your feedback, i do understand this is not for all.
Like mentioned above, the wallet supports the donation feature so you can set it to automatic send a fixed percentage to the payment addy, and then it would be all automatic.

Thank you.

That is a great service. Did you have a website or more infomations?

Kind Regards Christian

We do not have a website atm, but we did offer the same service more than 6 months ago under our XQN masternode hosting service.
We are not the "Big" VPN providers, but a more personal and individual service provider capable of helping with alot more than just the node hosting itself.

Hope this helps you all
Thank you for your initiative!
We at XQN project had plans for Crave aswell, but as "Life" happened it got postponed on unknown timeframes.
We will however need "node operators" in the future, and do hope when the time comes this community could join in and utilise their masternodes for the coming plan.
Once i get my own nodes up, i will start sending you some craves every now and then to help you get your holdings back.
Maybe think about getting it to Cryptopia once stabilised aswell.

Happy masternoding!

For some unknown reason i was unable to get my throne running properly.
Its the only masternode coin i had issues with, it gets the status "missing" after 1 hour.
Port is open in router.
Its a local setup, if i do not use masternode.conf i get error not able to connect.
When using masternode.conf, i get to start it, but it goes missing after the mentioned hour.
Asuming the issue is local, but what could it actually be??

I would like to make a move on getting us on Cryptopia as i am not very comfortable with being only on yobit.
Cryptopia is a rising exchange and could do us well in many ways.
The cost to get listed is about 0.2-0.3 btc.
Is there any interest from the community to contribute to getting us listed?

Welcome, hope you enjoy your stay.
As mentioned before a tip to stake most is to split up your inputs in very small sizes to try avoiding hitting the 16.18 max stake.
If you need any help or any questions, do not be afraid of posting them!
Happy staking!

IW
You need to activate the feature coin controll in option tab.
Then choose send, now you have a new box named inputs in send menu.
When you click on that you are able to choose the inputs you want to split up.
Choose the input with smallest amounts of confirmations, and send it to yourself using the custom changeaddress option to be the same as your main staking address.
This way you "split" your input to two inputs.

Another way without using the custom change address option is to choose the input with smallest amounts of confirmation, and send the amount you want your inputs to be sized at to your main staking addy.
The remaining of that block will go to a "change" address in your wallet, where you can select it again and continue splitting until you have reached your target.

A automatic way, which however takes longer time is to set the desired block size in the option meny "staking" tab.
Now your wallet will automatic split all stakes larger than your desired target.

If this is confusing, tell me where you are stuck and i will help you out further..

IW
My apology as my memory was wrong on where it was!
Luckily, it seem you managed to find it anyway,and are on your way to max your stakes.
If you have the option auto optimize checked, the wallet will keep the inputs at your desired size and not combine them.

Happy staking!
