41  Economy / Economics / Re: Still confused why bitcoin is so bullish? on: November 12, 2020, 01:42:31 PM
If you will look at its 4 year cycle we are on the right path. I hope that this is not just a bubble now and after the bull ends we are not going $10k below again.

We are not to think that way because from 2017 that bitcoin got to $20,000 as ATH, the price also dropped down to around $3,500 and people got scared it might look like an end to come. Bitcoin price is not determined with any parameter but I believe technical chart can direct on the way that we follow and hope for profit.
42  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sportsbooks that aren’t paying out on Biden winning the US Presidential Election on: November 12, 2020, 12:54:59 PM
No media clearly announced the win of Biden. This is completely unfair way of governance. Let them be like this, but the gambling site owners should've known what is happening with the election. Maybe majority could've placed bet over Biden. This could've caused them big loss, which might be the reason to delay the settlement on the winning bets. Both the sites mentioned were highly reputed ones, and these sites doing this kind of act is very bad.

Creating such bet between Trump and Biden made it even a more tougher game in real life because many eyes were focused on the election. Maybe we still going to have a bet stake on the actual declaration if that has not come from source as I read trump trying to go to court.
43  Economy / Economics / Re: Need of the hour : Use the Crisis on: November 12, 2020, 10:50:43 AM
Searching for the opportunity and looking for ways to earn is the best way that we can do to survive this crisis. We can't rely on the government alone. Our country is now in the midst of chaos not just because of the pandemic crisis but because of the natural disasters. Lots of families have lost their home but I believe that we could still recover and find ways to sustain our lives again. I hope that things will still get better in the future and people who have lost everything could still find jobs and opportunities again.

Recovery this time is from government. The government should be serious in supporting small scale of businesses. Most countries are giving palliatives to individuals which can go only for feeding for the time but proper support should go into raising substantial amount for died businesses to come back and start employing people again which will help families on a longtime.
44  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is an entertainment? on: November 12, 2020, 08:50:41 AM
If we all treated gambling as entertainment I think casinos would cease to exist.Casinos rely onl

It is very difficult to be a gambler who only plays for entertainment.I myself have suffered until lately from slot addiction but now the last times I have played a maximum of 5-10 Eur and stopped if I didn’t win anything. So I think I am pulling out of addiction slowly.

If we don't play like entertainment then we play like addict and we lose always. That will be the result of being addict, loses. Anyway, there are category of people who play, we must have addict, those that play steady whether losing or not, they play always.
45  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Live betting question. on: November 11, 2020, 07:54:15 PM
I think for any kind of game you are talking on and with such explanation, I think that is fraud. Is not right to be so that the gambler has to be cheating while trying to bet if a point is scored against him and it will be cancelled if it happens the other way.
46  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you like to become a co-owner of a world bank? on: November 11, 2020, 06:57:05 PM
For some minutes I looked at the thread topic as meaning co-owning the world bank but reading the discuss , I see it to relate to the creation by bitcoin founder satoshi. Giving everybody independence to have their money by themselves is indeed a good creation for the world and making government lesser financial controller.
47  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin break its previous ATH record of 20K before end of 2020? on: November 11, 2020, 05:58:51 PM

And there is also a chance for a big correction. Nothing ensures you that bitcoin will continue to go up on tomorrow. Always prepare for the worse. That is how a smart investor does. If there is a reward, there will also be a risk.

It is a good advise here just as many invested when correction was ready to happen. Investors now could be looking at December target for the yearly profit as in last ATH but this year is not convincing to happen.
48  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: can you rate trust wallet? on: November 11, 2020, 12:40:46 PM
Trust wallet is the best among other wallet. Trust wallet is good for newbie to save their money for future purpose. It hard for scammer to have way to trust wallet without giving any body your personal details. All your coins are safe in trust wallet and you are also free to make use of the money anytime you want..
It hard trust wallet to Miss function because all details is steady and stable all the time. You have access to your account anytime you want.

With the trust wallet, you have adequate security only you need to write down your codes somewhere safe and not to allow it open to any other you don't trust because if opened behind you, transactions done with it goes out smoothly. It is however better using it than keeping it at the exchange. Some exchanges have had malware attacks.
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter didn’t completely disable posting bitcoin addresses on: November 11, 2020, 07:27:09 AM

Twitter just want to protect their users from potential scam. Even I am a twitter user I think posting of btc address is not that much needed.

I believe that it is for protection for users. Twitter has a first role as a business outfit to protect the people in the platform. So any thing that can create doubt in the minds of its customers can be checked and sending btc address is one of them to avoid fraud and scam.
50  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino workers forced into unpaid leave on: November 10, 2020, 04:16:57 PM
I think the casinos could have seen a way to have some pay cut for the workers and not totally not giving out some pay to them because I believe that these workers have families and people depending on them . That is why having a regulated casino will make better good for players and workers also.
51  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Holding in Companies on: November 10, 2020, 03:59:48 PM
But I'm afraid that it will be the start of centralizing ( slightly ) the bitcoin. From any moment, if every government turns their back with cryptocurrencies these companies will be force to sell it all out leaving the whole market in awe.

After you said this sentence, I wanted to see your explanation about bitcoin becoming centralized. The codification of bitcoin is decentralized that you can't change it to centralized. Whether companies or whales begin to dump because of no demand or not, it remains same the way it is.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Top Tips for New Bitcoin (BTC) Investors on: November 09, 2020, 07:26:14 PM
If someone had given me similar advice when I started trading crypto, many things would be different now.

Like what would have been different? If you have missed some steps, maybe you jumped into mature boards without growing gradually while reading threads in beginners and help board just like op with a new account but here and leaving out the right section for a start .

Maybe you will like visiting the board now  Grin
53  Economy / Economics / Re: After elections end this year for all countries, we are all screwed on: November 09, 2020, 06:38:54 PM
After the election for the president of the United States is over, there will be a significant impact on other countries, especially those that are still developing, there will definitely be different cooperation because Joe Bidden has won the competition with Donald Trump. .

I don't see much that will be different in Biden's administration. What he happened in the election is that a change of personality has happened. Trump was more of a president that talks without respecting the way it will sound outside his leaps and more of the social media type, he shook Twitter and gave it more popularity. Biden may have a different style of conversation and information, he might be the intricate type.

The real point is whoever is the American president has the citizen as top priority anyway where they are living across the world, this has not changed.

but as soon the bitcoins were delivered, both the channel and the site disappeared. Later Chrome browser identified the website as dangerous and deceptive before it was completely removed from the world wide web.

This is a sorry story, I can feel your surprise and shock immediately. Next time try and ask or make a proper investigation including reading reviews about the web. Airdrop means free, you get free tokens from doing either simple task or just signing up. If an airdrop ask you for money related, exit the airdrop to avoid this issues of scam.
55  Economy / Economics / Re: 1000 BTC moved after 10 years on: November 08, 2020, 08:46:03 PM

What would you do with 1000 BTC today?

If I have such amount of btc, that means I'm already rich and we see that even rich people don't get tired of more investment, I will invest in other aspect area and not keep hodling all of it. Now bitcoin worth really good money for one, so selling few by every month like 5 for 12months to slowly invest in other business. The slow sell and investment is to monitor the progress of the investment and not to selling in huge number but I won't sell more than 500BTC in all.
56  Economy / Speculation / Re: This rally is driven by institutional investors - what are the implications? on: November 08, 2020, 06:31:20 PM
My speculation about the hype or surge is that a time will come when it will get less volatile. If the bull is as from institutional investors, they can be expecting that price will hit a new ATH before either taking out profit and cashing out. The ATH was last in 2017 and that was in 3 years ago, so maybe a record wants to be created again .
57  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we ready for the ^POMP^ yet? on: November 08, 2020, 04:19:46 PM
obviously paypal can be influential but I also do not fully guarantee that because of that, we know that paypal users are only certain people.

But we can take away totally the influence of PayPal from the scene. PayPal has been used for means of payment and bitcoin too is popular on that , you can expect a rise if these two payment channel can work together without any difference. Both users can freely send and receive fiat through them. It can lead in the bull currently but we don't have to keep seeing only bull to avoid losses.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is about to turn 12 on: November 08, 2020, 02:25:17 PM
The chances are not closed for anybody to invest. From many speculation, bitcoin is yet getting to its apex of price so we are still in the beginning of bitcoin start-up. Investing and not looking to be surprised about how price has grown from below a dollar to 5 digit of dollar will help to future profit.

Note on your thread, I hope you made all original but if you didn't you can provide information source.
59  Economy / Economics / Re: Which is better, staking or investing? on: November 08, 2020, 12:50:42 PM
this time staking is much better than investing but that depends on how much your coins. Remember staking use proof of stake, the more coins you stake the more reward you got. I have been seeing some people were also complaining about very low ROI that they got it from investing in the IEO recently.

On very few cases that you will see that staking make ROI more than investing. The staking is slow in return or accumulation but investment is more profitable. Imagine the increase with bitcoin since 2moths ago. Investing at a right timing can really see your account growing in profit.
60  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: American election is nothing to do with BTC on: November 07, 2020, 04:18:04 PM

I think there is a connection that we see when the bitcoin grows during election days... Perhaps the result of the election will also affect the price, but already all markets.... But it won't appear immediately, of course, I think that by the end of the year we will see the vector of movement... I hope that it will not change! Cheesy

This bull has been riding since covid-19 lockdown was opened in different countries. To what I can say, that was when it started having a strong upwards ,so the election for me isn't a major reason. The ending of year also is good for bitcoin when bull comes for cryptocurrency as it happened earlier 3 years ago.
