Hi Guys,

I'm in the UK.  Does anyone need me to do some investigating?
102  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 18, 2014, 02:00:01 PM
Hi guys.

I'm a bit lost on whats happened.

Did first batch get dispatched?  I fear not.  If so, people got any refunds.

Sorry but there a shit load to read and I'm cheating by asking.

Hey NineLives, I saw you put a placeholder on your site for the 1TH machines, would I be OK to arrange with you to drive over to pick one up when they are available?

Also, prices. Are the stated prices the price we pay, or is it the stated price + 20% VAT? So the 200GHS would actually be £2698.80?

Cheers mate

Hi,

Sorry for the delayed response.

1TH/s has no ETA.

There is a price drop due soon as a group buy.  Keep watching.

I just had a look at my KNC Jupiter, one of the ASIC is running at 63. So it should be already? Right?

63 is much better yes Smiley

ahhh all seems fine, seems i entered more then one pool account and its mining across them all at the same time, instead of switching when a pool goes down , guessing changing the configuration to failover is the way to go

Nice Smiley

pool balance have anything do with it?

Nop.  Can you try Ghash.io for me?  Trying another pool will tell you if its the miner or pool showing bad info.

BTC guild only shows 98.8GH/s  Huh the miner shows different hmmm

Try Ghash.io and report the results.

After living with the miner in the same room as me. It drove me and my wife crazy. It was really noisy. So this morning I have changed the cheap 120mm case fan which come with the miner. And put in 2 Arctic F12 PWM 4 pin fans. Now the miner is so quiet you can not really hear anything.

The original fan was making sonic noise, like an old plane. I highly recommend everyone to do this. The Arctic F12 is actually the same fans they use in the KNC miner Jupiter. I know because I have 2 of these bad boys.

If it is good enough for a 670 GH/s miner, it should be good for this 220 GH/s miner.  Smiley

Very interesting Kensin.  I have already initiated a watercooler for future batches but a fan replacement sounds good for now.

I like this miner, it arrived today. And NineLives was kind enough to spent over 1 hours to fix the problem with my miner. At the end he fixed it. Very good after sales support. I am getting 254GH/s without overclocking.  Grin

Thank you NineLives. As the tradition goes. I ordered another miner from you. Where is my tracking number!!!  Grin

Joking, just send to me asap. Cheers. Cheesy

Lol.  No probs.

Price in BTC please.

Go to www.mininghardware.co.uk

Do a dummy order and ask to pay via BTC, it will calculate for you.

Why from us:
In stock, ready to ship.  UK laws followed.  Taxes paid.  A place to call and speak to someone.  A place to return your unit if its faulty.
112  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: MiningHardware.co.uk - WORLD WIDE SHIPPING on: January 13, 2014, 09:12:01 PM
What is the lead time on a 200G unit ?

Aim 7 days
Max currently 10 days.
113  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GROUP BUY WORLDWIDE]Avalon miner 200 GH/s 4-5 days to shipment! on: January 13, 2014, 09:03:30 PM
This isn't looking kosher if you ask me... I could be wrong, but based on research and communication so far, this isn't looking right...

If they were really scamming, they wouldn't take paypal. It's really easy to dispute a paypal charge that you paid with a credit card.

I don't know about that... sometimes there are teams that do a quick scam, get what they can, transfer monies out etc... and let paypal refund customers.
also they could ship, but what?  if anyone is receiving a shipment, video record the whole unpacking process to make sure it's a real unit.  until we see working units this has be be approached with extreme caution.

This is exactly my point also.

Yes, mininghardware.co.uk prices are more but you have a legit uk LTD company providing the hardware with support via UK laws and a place to send back if theres a fault.

Many of these guys cant offer this.

Newsletter is exactly about what others doing. Scammy subjects like "1.2Th group buys" but nothing inside the thread.
Whats pissing me of is that this days idiots doing thing like that and they have others who are watching and who will support "their" work.
Photos made by someone else, units not in hand, just bollocks after another. Txt and news copied from other threads.

When someone actually will do anything about it?
I will wait for big units 1,2Th news. I hope soon this will happen.

Keep good work mininghardware and don't let idiots spoil your business.

Thank you Silver.

117  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: hashbtc.com SCAM ALERT on: January 12, 2014, 12:27:36 AM
Relax, when did I say your price is high? I was just stating hashbtc price is overpriced.
Hashbtc is probably drop shipping from China because it says 12 days shipping after payment.
You still think Hashbtc price is "unbelievable" low when you have to wait 12 days + import tax?

Jesus dude...

Ahh ok, point taken.

I'm more interested in the SCAM part.  No numbers or addresses.
118  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: hashbtc.com SCAM ALERT on: January 12, 2014, 12:15:03 AM

Jesus dude, open your eyes...

First link, yes trust worthy and in China.  I have UK stock in and out, you goto pay taxes.  And thats a group buy.  The more you guy the cheaper it gets.  Thats the point of it.
2nd link.  Sorry to say but CroverNo01 has tried a group buy in the past and failed.  Read the posts properly and you will find he has NO STOCK.  Again, another group buy.
3rd link.  Ohh again, dont u read?  he is a Jn user and probably trying to scam with them prices?  How many people have come on here and tried exactly that.

if you think my prices are high then go ahead and risk your money with these guys lol

 Grin
