I received my email from cryptostocks.com.

Still, amy questions to be answered and I'm getting annoyed.

You are annoyed that you are getting your shares back on an exchange?

I feel that the shares back on an exchange is good news only if someone from Labcoin keeps us updated 'EVEN IF ITS A FAIL'.  Whats bugging me is NO ONE from Labcoin is answering important questions raised by share holders.  News from 796 isn't settling:

Translated:

By Samuel recent days we  have provided to us Noi Hong Kong company registration documents and the register of shareholders were investigated and analyzed, we have the following questions and the need to prove the place: one, we found a director of this company is not on the roster Samuel  Noi, so We're not sure there is no such person. Therefore proposed to the identity of this person. 2, the company is authorized Samuel  Noi to be responsible for the stock transfer thing, we're not sure. So they requested Labcoin issued authorization. 3, on the investigation before bitcointalk on Labcoin everything there is evidence Labcoin dishonest, so we requested to meet with Itec contract, agreed to provide services to us and they do not guarantee the authenticity of the information provided for. 4, according to the list of shareholders, info@labcoin.com name only 2,005,666 shares with them the promise in BTCT restricted shares 2,250,000 match. They offer documents are iTec-Pro  Limited Company, after our investigation, iTec-Pro  Limited directors register only TATTI, FABRIZIO, passport number is YA2281 ***, and there is no register of directors Samuel  Noi's name. In addition, they are a company registered address called "Asian Business" (http://www.asiabs.com/) provides secretarial proxy registration. They no real office address in Hong Kong. We will wait Labcoin further response.

Which means my 5k shares, irrelevant of where they are worth NOTHING if Labcoin doesn't prove their identity or prove that his chips are genuine and not mined using 3rd party equipment.  All the offices registered and even the name Sam Noi could be fake.  If he is unwilling to open the doors to anyone, then these numbers doesn't mean anything.. Doesn't matter where my shares are?  Sad

I don't think its a scam.  I think Labcoin has issues with hardware and their chips simply don't work and are buying time.  There approach is:  Keep the share holders happy by dividend that will buy them time to fix major hardware failures.  They have 0 concept in business and a pure geeks approach.  They can't tell us that this isn't working BUT have full intentions of making it work.

I do believe Sam Noi 'or who ever it is' are having sleepless nights and due to the amount of childish abuse they get on the forums, they don't want to respond with more fails but instead, once they have got it right, come back on the forums and smile with a 'I TOLD YOU SO'.  But that is unacceptable.  WE NEED TO BE UPDATED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.

I could be wrong.  Time will tell.

Of course, keep in mind that even if he finally delivers what he promised, it's going to be a loss for all IPO investors.

Still, better than a complete scam!

Many of us have already given the the coins lost for some time, apparently the guy is delivering, what's the problem now?

Do you think this might just be a distraction and LC is really a scam, what? Are you afraid we get our hearts broken, because we had our hopes too high?

C'mon, the time for FUD has came and gone...

the 50TH he promised this month will be enough for the moment, hopefully he is going to finally back up his words.
If your business strategy is based on hope, I've got bad news for you...

what else do we have here? we need to keep a little bit of faith in Sam, sure the guy has f*cked up - but this forum has acted like a bunch of rabid animals. If I was in his position I would be avoiding posting here like the plague. He has said previously that he wants the hashing to do to the talking & we are up to 3TH now, not a lot - way behind the curve. But this isn't a Scam it is a start up with some issues

At first people guaranteed it was a scam, and now they just aint good enough..

I have a shit load of shares and to those who claim its going to fail:   I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK...  Why?  Cause its my money and I'm willing to loose it all on a hunch..

Leave this forum CLEAN with needed info FFS!!

Back to the 'Which exchange should we move to?' discussion.  Just my 2BTC but I think Labcoin should place a high preference on moving to an exchange that is operating legally in the jurisdiction in which it exists.  For example, Havelock Investments is in Canada and Canada is very friendly to alt currency start ups, going so far as to say that they are unregulated.

Let's do what we can to avoid this same situation (or worse) in the future.

I do not quite understand. Is Belize an over-regulated country?  Wink

I think what he means is, have it secure and regulated to secure our investments in-case things go pear shaped, doesn't matter where..

This is not a real update on anything that concerns the future of Labcoin but I figure sometimes just showing up is a good thing.

Me and Sam have been in close contact today and we are evaluating marketplaces for listing. So far we are looking at any possibilities including havelock (that already have a pass through listed), Bitfunder and even 796 (a Hong Kong based exchange), as well as running the shares as "direct shares" as per the ASICMINER model.

We are aware that the up coming closure of BTCT is a major event and besides hash rate increase this is something that we are working on finding the best possible solution to.

As the process matures we will post more information and likely ask for share holder input on listing place etc. we are however very confident that Burnside has records of share holders and holding as we will be making a decision on a new marketplace well in time before the final closure of BTCT.co.

A motion on BTCT or a poll of some sort would be nice to decide on where to move.

Thanks for the short update.

Try reading the thread?

Dude, I've sat quiet a few times with your remarks and sarcasm on this forum and quite frankly, its annoying and childish..  Most of your sarcasm comes from assuming people are stupid.  Well, your making your self sound like a tit.  If you have nothing grownup to say then please don't say anything.  Everyone has the right to ask questions even if its a noobie one!!!

Chill out, dont worry. Looks like swede is going to help em move to another security exchange. not sure on time frame (its labcoin, lets face it eh lol). until then shares will be paid direct from company. Could be a bit sketchy on times, hence why people are dumping.

Thanks for the update dude, appreciated.

Dumping is not a good idea, unless you've had enough lol.

There's some discussion about this on the last few pages. The gist of it:
- Most of the funds assets are coins. Only 360 BTC worth of CIPHERMINE.B1 bonds are uncertain.
- The entire fund may move to a different exchange, motions may be posted about this.
- If the fund doesn't move and gets closed down, Deprived will divide the coins in the fund over the shareholders (ratio MINING:SELLING to be determined).
- Trading of MINING & SELLING will continue for 2 more weeks, but PURCHASE has been locked.

Read the last few pages for more info.

Great update.  thank you.
