161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Crypti | XCR | Ͼ | 3 PoS algorithms | Ed25519 | 2nd Gen Source on: September 20, 2014, 11:36:50 AM
Yesterday I had a meeting with one of the team members. He was traveling to me, to my home town (in Germany). Everything went fine, we talked quite a bit about Crypti and its future.

I can say, that no other coin put that much work into their community. They are handling everything very professional. No comparison against any other coin. So I am very optimistic about Crypti.

I'm glad to be a part of this.

so you met every freakin coin dev in the world to end up with that sentence right ?

Sorry man, I meant 2nd gen coins.

lol np Smiley

just bored of seing how great are "devs" in every damn thread  Cheesy

there's a shitload of people doing decent job in crypto; stuff like the jl777 worship make me vomit.

cheers

You realize that I'm not talking about devs, but about community efforts?

yup i know how to read but this sentence just doesn't make sense. how a coin could put efforts in anything ? so i assumed you were talking about devs.

np tho; only miscommunication Smiley

I'm sorry, stupid question Sad how can I use counterwallet for this coin? Never used counterwallet before and it only seems to have BTC/XPC wallets. Thanks for your time and patience.  Huh

+1....how is this done?

just withdraw your storj on a bitcoin address you have in counterwallet

come on storjtalk to have more ressources and how to.

cheers

I would really like to hear your thoughts and ideas on how we should approach this.

I think that there is nothing you can do. You should definitely let your opinion heard on the matter, but it is pointless to push it further. In a world where is hundreds of simple clone coins floating around, you can do very little about someone copying an idea.

You should focus on developing and building the community, and shrug everything else off.

I'm afraid I have to agree with the fact that there is nothing that can be done.  My only suggestion would be to remain professional (as you have been all along) and let it run its course.

Those Node devs keep blowing smoke, and I don't think there is any way that they can deliver.

yup i agree; who cares about node?

at the end you can cheat; lie; manipulate; but if you aren't delivering usefull stuff you will lose; so i assume node is condamned to lose; and their lies could eventually make their project live a bit longer than pure honesty. whatever; keep focus on crypti; in p2p societies who cares about who made what at the end?

good luck crypti!
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [LTCD] LitecoinDark.com | Scrypt | Bittrex | Cryptsy | PoD 5+ | MANDATORY update on: September 19, 2014, 10:52:13 PM
you will call me fudster; but in fact i bought btcd just to make some money at start; then saw some activity on this thread so i was just considering hodling what's left on my trading account rather than dump; BUT i saw the roadmap poll where:

POS -> not a feature (clone)

SuperNET -> not a feature but a network.

Iphone and Android wallet -> ok make sense (but basically you gonna clone an existing android wallet right ?)

Darksend -> don't we have darkcoin for that ?

Difficulty algorithm -> ?

Digishield -> clone digibyte ?

Tor integrating -> not a feature

SMS payment -> mmmkay

Auto update -> come on; deliver that now or in two years; but do you need a poll ?

Send note with transaction+
Send note without transaction -> even cinnicoin have that i think.

so i read that and the only thing i want now is to get out Grin

sorry but even if you release your whole roadmap tomorrow i wouldn't buy (i could trade; but buy ?)

so far you have a decent marketcap because (i assume) there's a lot of hoarders believing that because there litecoin + dark in the name it will be like bitcoin + Dark; but what i see is like more SUPERCINNI than litecoindark Cheesy <--- ok that was trolling sorry

cheers and gl

Can anyone point me to another significant coin that has undergone a rebrand that has produced a marked positive result?

I can't think of a single one.

[ANN][XCO] XCoin | CPU - Fast, Easy Mine, * NO PREMINE * | Official Thread ---> darkcoin  Smiley

171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] OFFICIAL VOTE for Boolberry (BBR) Renaming/Rebranding! on: September 19, 2014, 01:12:44 AM
wtf rename.

first time i saw bbr thread  i thought: "ok nice coin so they put that name to instamine that shit; then they will rebrand it; awesome strat! I'm out!"

then i saw some nice community moves; some support around zoidberg etc; i ended up concluding that my ideas were wrong and bought

then that.

so seeing that shit; i want to sincerely say: fuck you bbr.

now i let you work (call me monero troll is your main job no?)

for good pr and transparency i advise you to make a nice graph with emission curve; actual difficulty and the rebranding schedule so new investors know exactly where they're buying. Or not

if ur a monero shill why do you care?

i'm a bitcoin shill; and by the way fuck your logic too  Wink

Mega dump!
110 satoshi in c-cex and 150 on bittrex.

150 on c-cex too

I look forward to 10-50 satoshi to buy greasy amounts of BURST Smiley

I'm thinking more like 0-1 Satoshi. Bittrex failed to save this coin. What else. The dev is BCNext?

so you're filling your pockets ?  Grin

This is how the guy who dumped at 5500sat the other day must feel:

And how the guy who bought them feels:

LOL

I'm amazed that some people suffer from weakhandinitis with a coin that has such a legit dev team.  Oh well, they must feel dumb now.  That said they can still join the party. The current price is still way cheap and I'm seeing this going way beyond 25k.

Also, props to the guy who made that video.  It was amazing.

i dumped from 10500 to 9500 Cheesy

i'll be hating myself in 4 weeks Cheesy
