It looks like chango is good fit too expensive for taking over development of BLTZ after all. So everyone is aware, he asked for 1M BLTZ to do it, which seems unfeasible based on the current level of donations.
FTFY  Sorry guys but I have to charge for the cost of opportunity, I work as a professional software developer and that is my rate, some people think that it is expensive but I am currently living in Switzerland (a very expensive country :p). But actually you don't have to donate if you agree to increase the supply by 1M more coins ~ 1%, I can program the pow reward to include a reward with 10000 coins to my address for 1000 blocks, while we are in the transition to POS or maybe include this in the POS itself, this will effectively dilute the value of the coin but I think it is fair since every holder will be donating 1% of the value of his coins. We're actively searching for a dev; that's all.
We can't expect anything without the code being reviewed and corrected.
But hard to find with such a small bounty.
I'm not developper, and i'm not affiliated with this coin, i'm doing what i can on my free time; and i really feel alone. I don't really care about those coins, if nobody want to help, i won't fight long.
If any of you can contact some dev or devteam and ask for help, that'd help.
Anyone can do anything, as we could not count on blitzcoindev.
I'll keep those coins whatever happens; but let's be honest, atm; we're all holding a shitcoin, so it's up to us to change that.

Ok guys. I'm really sick right now (i mean really :p). pulmonary infection... whatever. I won't give up on blitz, and i keep buying it from my bed. It seems that we'll need a new dev, idk what happen to hector, but we have to keep going to POSing that coin asap. You want to dump your coins asap don't you ?
I don't.
I promoted this coin and now the dev is NOT answering my pm's, and in fact I don't really care as i was told by the dev himself that if we're not happy we could totally make this takeover happens.
We are WORKING for that coin.
I'll make a real announcement when we'll have a plan setup; to ask the community first.
So we won't take any power if people don't want to, and you will have your word to say when the time comes.
Cheers guys, and be sure that we are just worried miners and investors who just want everyone to have a nice network behind their coin.
