But one analyst is predicting a huge rise ahead for Bitcoin—with a forecast for it to reach as high as $50,000 in 2018. Why Is Bitcoin Price Changing So Fast?

282  Economy / Economics / Re: If the government supports bitcoin instead of the existing currency. on: July 18, 2018, 01:38:38 PM
Neither bitcoin nor paper money has any real value, but notes have national credit support, and what if bitcoin also gets national credit? The government will lose its macro-control policy but it can also effectively eliminate inflation, two relative ratios. Is that a good result? Of course, I know that the government is very unlikely to support bitcoin, but who knows?
Well in that matter i think is so hard to come true. Government has it's own policy though some country adapt bitcoin and some are not. The fact is that the control is over the government.
283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Biggest Misconception About Cryptocurrency on: July 18, 2018, 01:08:02 PM
Quote
The biggest misconception about cryptocurrency is that it’s just a passing trend, which is an emotional reaction to the paradigm shift that’s ultimately taking place. Cryptocurrency is here to stay – and as every minute passes, hundreds of thousands of new users are adopting it."

 - Ron Chernesky, CEO of investFeed

I think Ron has hit the point in here. Indeed, people are now starting to realize that Bitcoin or cryptocurrency in general is already here and it has no plan to get dead or go away soon. I am sure that many people are quite apprehensive about Bitcoin and that can be normal because Bitcoin is something still new and it can take for people to adopt and thrive. Cryptocurrency has finally arrived and those in the forefront would reap most of the benefits resulting into the use of Bitcoin and other alts.
Crytocurrency have developed because of its users and believers. The misconception is that how the people think it negatively and taking it for granted. People used to get things so easily that's why they don't have the patience for how cryto market works on.
284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite source of information about cryptocurrency news ? on: July 18, 2018, 11:50:25 AM
What is your favorite source of information about cryptocurrency news and about coins themselves? Do you go to Reddit or read medium articles? How do you filter and get ones that appeal to your investing interests? I find everyone has different ways of learning about crypto and I'd love for people to share with me their own.
I think i am contented upon reading the forum in here. I can get some information regarding how cryto works. Learning experiences based on the different topics to be discussed everyday. I's very helpful for the newbies.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are the bear days over? on: July 18, 2018, 09:31:25 AM
The Crypto market is changing gear gradually.... Red to Green. Is it what am thinking?

I see that too and I'm hoping that this could be the beginning of a good rally to push the price to rise higher. Let's see in the next 2-3 days if this will overcome those resistance.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should you do as a bounty hunter every day? on: July 18, 2018, 07:16:30 AM
First, look for the latest bounty activities every day, analyze what the project is doing through the website and ann, whether it is a basic agreement or an application project, to determine whether the development space of the project is large or small;

Then analyze whether the total amount of the project is appropriate, the total price is too low, the price is relatively low, and the price of the total amount will be relatively high. Also note how much tokens are allocated to the bounty, and everyone who is too low will receive very little bounty.

Secondly, the duration of the bounty is fixed or not fixed. Many of the unrestricted ones will change. It is best to have a fixed participation time.

Don't worry that you will miss a reward, you need to participate in certain projects, because only they can bring real rewards, even if they are rare, they will not get better than the garbage scam project.

Good luck everyone!
The problem is that many new bounty participants who do not know how to analyze something you say? so for those who can not analyze it, seldom read the whitepaper and understand it, do not calculate the allocation for ads (bounty) those things that really need to be done but not done by most participants.
I do appreciate your advice and thank you for enlightening our minds. I must admit that it's really hard to find a bounty campaign that could be trusted. That could not waste any effort of those who joined in the campaign..
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the existence of bitcoins a threat to jobs and national currencies? on: July 18, 2018, 12:54:36 AM
We all know how powerful bitcoins are especially in financial terms. Having one makes you feel like a newly-crowned king ready for his throne and lux. Its value and essence is something that we cannot just ignore, resulting for some people relying on these 'God-given grace' instead of working hard and gaining the money that their own country uses. Some thought that it would be better off to have bitcoins and convert it into any kind of currency rather than to get a job and earn some thing. What do you think? Will bitcoin be able to eclipse the existence of national currencies in the near future?

I think it's not a threat of job with the existence of bitcoins in fact it opens and provides jobs to anyone. It stimulates people to have extra income to provides good future for the family. In terms of national currency, maybe it takes time because it needs regulations.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why should signature bounty be given the highest pool? on: July 17, 2018, 01:01:36 PM
because the users in this bitcointalk forum are their target to participate in their crowd sale. Many users here are investors and also those bounty hunters can be a potential investors as they have knowledge in dealing cryptocurrency and can hold their bounty token or can use it in daily trading to create a price movement.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now the Crypto Ready to Fly on: July 17, 2018, 12:24:51 PM
We are still in the bearish season as the price has not yet make any up trends. They predict that a bull run will start in September as this is visible on those previous year that a rally had started in September to December. Let's just be patient to wait and hope that another run will happen this year.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto will be mainstream in a few years on: July 17, 2018, 11:44:00 AM
Since now smart money is in, they will make us need crypto currencies in the future.

So you can HODL! And you will have a nice life. Enjoy!!
Since crypto currency has becoming popular in the whole world this can be a reason that crypto will become mainstream in the coming years. Although there are many had against on this technology but I'm hoping that this will be our future currency.
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Bitcoin Spikes, Will Smaller Alts Go Lower? on: July 17, 2018, 11:06:34 AM
From my memory, every time when Bitcoin went up, many of the altcoins went down because people wanted to climb on the Bitcoin rise.  What do you think?
I agree as we know that people has a FOMO mentality, if the bitcoin will be having a rally they will sell their alts and take a ride on the rally of bitcoin. This scenario will let the altcoins dumps with no buyers and bitcoin will make a good rally with those FOMO buyers that makes it spike.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrop Discussion on: July 17, 2018, 10:36:18 AM
I often hear if Airdrop is mostly SCAM, But I do not believe it because I feel only a small part of SCAM ..

How do you think with Airdrop .. ??

And how much income do you get from airdrop .. ??
Those who earned in Airdrops were lucky as not all participants can get their token. I tried doing it and it's not worth for the waiting as it takes time for the token to get into your wallet and no assurance that it will get listed on the exchanges.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Easy way to get listed in an exchange? on: July 16, 2018, 03:05:22 PM
Any token can be listed on any exchange as long as project behind them pay enough amount of BTC required Smiley). No matter if it's the best cryptocurrency or the worst, project behind each token/coin just need to pay enough amount of BTC then everything will be fine. For example, Binance exchange requires 50 BTC for listing on their exchange.
I feel the pain why some developers don't want to get listed on binance as they will asking a 50BTC that's a huge amount considering those projects had only collected enough to hit the softcap. I understand now why they will just settle on newer exchanges with low volume rather than listing on the top exchanges.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Who's next to go to the Moon? on: July 16, 2018, 02:35:12 PM
BAAB for one is high on my list as is... Also, Blockshipping the nordic company poised to revolutionize the shipping industry.. im partial for anything to do with ships specially as means of trade and commerce. Ethereum due to the smart contracts and there strong hold of the market share.

Oh I'm a supporter of blockshipping project as I also believe that this will become huge in the future. Good to see it on your list.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 600 dollar to invest on: July 16, 2018, 01:58:07 PM
Better invest your money on the cheap altcoins that has solid project and bigger community. Try to research NCASH, XYO, OMX as those can be huge in the future.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Real reason of falling down market. on: July 16, 2018, 01:25:28 PM
Is there any reason why there is such a situation in the merket? That's the worst scenario i've ever seen.
People selling to recover financially can also cause panic selling for novice investors that are attempting to ride the Crypto bubble.
The best way to earn money with crypto is to not buy crypto.

You mean people will join bounty to get crypto as you said they should not buy it... getting crypto from bounty will takes time and not all bounty will give you reward as we had many failed projects that end up due to not collected their softcap.
This is a volatile market and the price can go ups or downs depending of the market demands. You need to have knowledge so you can ride with the volatility of the market situation. The market will falling down if fewer buying volume than those selling volume.
297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which one do you choose? on: July 16, 2018, 12:07:30 PM
Many of us use bitcoin only in exchange/trading site, while bitcoin should be more used in marketplace/online shop. Which one do you choose? Do you prefer to use bitcoin on a trading site or marketplace/online shop? And why do you chose that?
Here in my country crypto marketplace is not known and no establishment had open up to accept bitcoin. I can only use my bitcoin to convert it into fiat and cash-out thru my bank account so I can enjoy shopping or use the money. Although I prefer to hold if necessary to increase my profits. I just hope that someday more adoptions of bitcoin will open here in my country.
298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cannot be a global currency on: July 13, 2018, 01:43:57 AM
Bitcoin cannot be a global currency. Government of each country will not allow that to happen, although many people already using bitcoin in some transactions like payment system. Still it is not possible for bitcoin to be global currency because there are some countries that doesn't accept bitcoin and in fact some of them even ban the use of it. Bitcoin is a decentralize cryptocurrency and no government can take control of it not like the physical money that we people has been using for so many years.
Yes i agree on your statement. Bitcoin would be a global currency if all country would accept it but as we all know that some countries are not in favor of it. It has an advantages and disadvantages too.
299  Other / Archival / Re: Unpaid Bounty Effort on: July 12, 2018, 06:42:24 AM
It is very sad seeing bounty campaigns you are partaking  turning into scam or failed to raise funds to be able to start it building. I wouldn't blame those ICO's that fail to raise funds they can still make up in some other ways and give back to the community specially to those who help the project know. But it is a waste of time, effort and investments for those projects who have potentials and backed up by great community but opt to run away with million of dollars came from hard earn money of people trusting the projects. Better be careful next and keep moving on..
Yes, i do agree on your statement. It so hard that the hard work, effort and time was't paid off. It just learn form any experiences. Know more about ICO's projects don't worry because there are lot of them could be trusted.
300  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Psychology of waiting on: July 12, 2018, 01:39:03 AM
In my opinion, in cryto world it really applies the psychology of waiting. It seems that the longer the customer will wait, the more valuable the services are. It has something to do with how people valued bitcoin. Success is for the one who waits.
