Endrick scoring a goal at this age is definitely amazing, and he was with Vinicious Jr when he did, it was the rebound of his shot, so they celebrated together. Endrick is one of the main reasons why I believe that Mbappe may not be a great choice, or he might be not sure.

Because they have Vini at left, and Jude at behind the striker, and Rodrygo at right side, so at the striker position they will either have Mbappe or Endrick, they already paid top money for Endrick anyway, so not getting him is not an option anymore, Mbappe would be futile there. Doesn't mean that he is not better, Mbappe is definitely better than Endrick, at least for now, but that doesn't mean that they "need" him, it would be too expensive for no good.

I do not remember when was the last time everyone expected a players decision like this before. Mbappe may leave, which is what everyone is talking about, but in reality we could technically see him stay as well.

This was the situation last time around as well, and PSG had to give him not only 60 million a year, but also a 120 million signing bonus as well, nearly 500 million combined, that was a huge one and aside from Arabian clubs, the biggest anyone received in football. I am guessing that Mbappe is acting like he will leave, and there are many clubs that are both good and rich that can offer a lot for him, so he is using this to make PSG pay even more. If we hear something crazy like 100 a year from PSG, I wouldn't be shocked.
183  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC dip again? on: March 26, 2024, 06:01:22 PM
bitcoin still go down to at least $50k?
If you look at the current market performance it seems very difficult to expect the price of Bitcoin to fall to $50k. I see that Bitcoin will continue to increase, especially since the Halving is getting closer. So if you expect Bitcoin to drop $50k it seems likely after the Halving.
I think we already pass $50k already, currently we are seeing the price going up again in the last 34 hours to $70k. So that is a sign that we might not go down again and that $62k could be the last leg down before the eventual bull run after the block halving.

Of course, we wanted the price to go down still so that we can invest more. But then again, we have a lot of opportunities before, and that we should have taken that to buy and stash BTC. But we can still do save, but the profit is not that big as compare when we buy it during the bear market.
Looking at how it could be going upwards more and more, it can be considered that we are making the right call. I know that it is going to take some time for people to get used to it, but that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with anything that will be different.

So, we should consider how we could make it work one way or another. I hope that people could see the change eventually, it is not going to be easy to get people to hype it again, but we could make it work one way or another when the price keeps going up. Even the fact that it is over 70k again is something they haven't cared much about just yet, so it would make sense to focus on that part first. If we can make people realize that, then they will be hyped again.

With the recent performance of Jalen Green, I think he will get a max contract with the Rockets when he re-sign.

There was a report before that he will be traded with  Mikal Bridges but the Rockets say no. And it was a great decision as Jalen Green has transformed to be an all star player. His 3 point shooting is on point and his attack as well, I love the way he play now, full of confidence.

https://ftw.usatoday.com/2024/03/jalen-green-rockets-nets-trade-rumors-alperen-sengun-contract

If the Warriors will fail and the Rockets will get it to the play-in, people will see it as a big success for the Rockets and a huge failure for the Warriors.
Honestly, if the Rockets will be in the play-in and get lucky to be in the playoffs, I still would not expect a lot as I believe they'll have an early exit.
There is no doubt that he will get the max, because his max is not that max at all. There are differences between the max people talks about, someone like Dame or Tatum etc getting the max would be a lot, someone like Lberon or Curry getting a max would be even more, of course when players get their contract it's for many years, so by the time it ends, they get even more but meanwhile they can be passed.

But, someone like Jalen Green getting a max is a lot smaller compared to max of these other names. Rockets can afford to have one max player, and Jalen deserves that spot, I still think that it's not easy to keep him there because Rockets do not look that great, Jalen may grow there but could leave for another team to chase a title.
185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: March 26, 2024, 04:51:43 PM
Arsenal have a bad record when it comes to dealing with Bayern Munich so far, as you said, although this season is different because Arsenal have performed better than Bayern Munich in the league, but still the mentality possessed by Bayern Munich in the Champions League has not changed until now, in the round of 16 match then we can make a benchmark how the mentality possessed by Bayern Munich continues to strengthen as they continue Underestimated, so far Bayern Munich and Arsenal have met as many as 12 meetings, Bayern Munich appeared mighty by winning 7 times, 2 draws and 3 losses against Arsenal.

That's why I think this season it's no different from the previous season and it will be difficult for Arsenal to beat Bayern Munich even though Munich are missing some main players, because Bayern Munich has a good reserve squad, but I think it's different with Arsenal, because if you look so far, Arsenal reserve players don't have a strong mentality and are as good as their main players and that's why Arteta often fielded their players main thing in the league even when facing small teams.
I do agree that Bayern is a team that played at this level quite frequently and they look a lot better, I believe that could be the most important part. I get that it may not feel like a great situation at times, but I feel like it will happen one way or another. In the end, we will see how it goes and how we can react to it, we just need to give it some time.

Maybe it's not that easy to figure out how to make Arsenal be around here all the time, but for the time being Bayern seems like a better chance. I will definitely bet on Bayern to win, but would I be shocked if I see Arsenal somehow get the win? I would not, I think that's also possible, not the highest chance, I still think Bayern will win, but it is not like a huge huge gap.
186  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does having children have an influence on gambling habits? on: March 26, 2024, 12:52:05 PM

Still for some it is tough and it will be difficult for them to balance both eventually leading to dysfunctional families.
Surely taking care of a family is not an easy task and with a larger home, it becomes more difficult to do so you just have to cut down from gambling expenses. Moreover, gambling itself is not really profitable for total average of gamblers so most likely family people also lose their bet too .

It could lead to break in homes which will take more resources, time and apologies to come back especially if you have a wife who has warned the husband off it and he refused, she might take a drastic decision to leave the home and that will definitely affect the man or the children whose growing up will be full of pain and lack of parental control of either the father or mother depending on whose arm they eventually grew in.
That's true, it should not be all that easy, we should probably consider that having a big family needs to take a first priority when we are talking about something like that. If you plan on having a family like that then you should not worry about anything else.

I hope that we could see something changing, like you get so rich that you can take care of your entire family AND still end up being able to actually gamble as well. That could still happen, like imagine a person who makes a million dollars a year, that dude could gamble 10k dollars a year and still take care of his family without a doubt, that's the important part. So, either you need to be only responsible for yourself, or you need to earn enough to take care of your family and still have enough leftover to gamble.

Whether it's Perez's ego or not, it won't matter because at the end of the day he can do whatever he wants.
Perez has control over Madrid and he knows that his decisions when signing players are sometimes not wrong so even though many people think that signing Mbappe is a form of selfishness from Perez, I don't think it will be a problem because in the end he will also be very useful in Madrid later.

Now the issue of Mbappe and Madrid continues to be discussed but there is still no clarity about the rumors that are developing now because in the end rumors are only always rumors considering that a lot of news is thrown but none of them get a good response so we just wait whether this will become a reality or not because certainly all situations will definitely become clearer when the transfer saga reopens.
But certainly for next season we will see something new in Madrid because with the conditions last season where they slightly suppressed their ego not to bring too many players then there will certainly be some changes that occur next season.
I mean they have Joselu there, think of it like that lol. If your alternative to Joselu is Mbappe, you "need" Mbappe. I understand the logic, like they could just buy some other striker that is far better than Joselu (not that difficult) and they would just do fine, do better than right now, so the logic that they do not need someone as good as Mbappe, a bit worse could still do fine is true.

But if you can get the best, getting just a little better is not really the alternative. If they can get Mbappe then they should, but if they can't then that's not the end of the world, they are at quarter finals of UCL and leading the league with Joselu, if they are that good with Joselu, with someone a bit better they can be superb.
188  Economy / Economics / Re: Why does a country borrow money from the world bank even when they can afford it on: March 26, 2024, 05:55:59 AM
Apple got a loan to build their campus, when they had 100 billion in cash. Honestly, I do not know why they wouldn't do it because I like to not have a debt, that personally is a very big deal for me and paying my debts back is something I really like to do and feel proud about, it is something as serious as anything else.

But. when we are talking about a situation where we can see the profits rising as much as we do, then we realize that they are making a debt to grow and make more later on. You build a bridge with the debt, and then charge anyone who use that bridge, and make profit, you build an airport and charge all the companies that work there, you make anything and charge and profit that way the debt turns into profit.

Max not being able to finish the race actually didn't made it so much more fun to be fair. Hamilton went away too, and the last crash of Russell was a horrible one, dude was quite scared if you heard the radio, he kept saying red flag over and over again so that everyone would slow down a lot, because yellow flag means they just slow down to delta, but red flag means that they end up slowing down to minimum pit stop levels, so a crash would be harder, but with yellow you are still racing just under delta levels and that means a crash would still be possible.

This is why I believe that he was actually quite scared, he was right at the middle of the road, and he was sideways, meaning that he could have gotten another car crash into him and could be dire. Thankfully, nothing bad happened.
190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 25, 2024, 05:34:43 PM
Inter is Inter, and Milan is Milan. When you say Inter, you mean Internazionale, and when you say Milan you say AC Milan basically, it's as simple as that. I understand that some people may have different understanding in their brain, but the global arena knows them like that. In any case, Inter is guaranteed to win the title this season and the league is already over in that sense. Milan and Juventus though is very close and things could still change, we should be careful about that part.

I understand that it may feel like it is not a big deal but it is actually quite a big deal and should be considered as something to care about. Just because Juventus didn't do well lately, doesn't mean they will give up that second place.

VPN should not trigger as a way of cheating, they should simply put in the TOS that using a VPN is prohibited. What's the business of the casino for knowing where we are gambling, I'm sure they are also doing some security measures for their website, and for us gamblers, we value our privacy so we choose to use VPN during our session, but it was not intented to defraud the casino.

Everyone should look on the TOS, it should be specific, otherwise, it will create confusion which in the end not good for a casino as peopel would symphatize on their fellow gamblers.
VPN can be a first trigger of a platform to investigate more about suspicious accounts but I agree with you that VPN is not a main cause why one account is accused by any platform as cheater.

If a platform makes such accusation, they surely have more evidence about that account activities and links with other accounts too like betting style, time of bets, favorite tournaments and more.

VPN can be a trigger, one of causes but not only or the main reason.
I mean when you think about it, VPN is a risky move by any gambler and if they use it then the yare very well aware that they could be asked about it later on as well. It is not a shock that if you are using VPN then some casino may ask you about it, you are not using it and then get shocked that you get asked about it, you know the possibility even before you start it anyway.

So, it should not really be all that shocking at all. We should be considering this as a normal part of the situation. This is why I believe that when this happens, gamblers who react to it are either faking it, or very newbie in the crypto gambling world. Because anyone who has been around, knows that this will eventually happen to you as well if you use VPN.

Xabi to Real would definitely make sense, but Ancelotti situation prevented that and I fear that it may not happen for a while longer. Liverpool will push for him hard, we are talking about a legendary manager leaving so Xabi may fear failure, after such a great period with Klopp, Liverpool fans are spoiled and expecting either success or a good ranking at least, haven't they had bad years? Of course, they had some bad years along the way as well but usually they got what they wanted, title, cups and all that.

So in the end, Xabi may fear it, but Liverpool will chase him hard and if Liverpool somehow gets him, I think they will not fire him that easily, I do not think that he will do that badly, he may actually do quite fine.
193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: March 24, 2024, 06:53:43 PM
It has been a looooong time since we have seen a race without Max, and it was definitely a great one to show you that it is not actually that dominated by Max because of a better car, but because of the skill level he has. Perez is racing a Red Bull car too, and we have seen how he wasn't doing that great, for the past 2 years, how many times Perez came in second? Not many times to be fair.

This is why it is quite important to remember that if Max didn't race, as we can see from this game, we would still see others win, it is not like Mercedes Hamilton issue, if Hamilton failed then Bottas won, this one isn't like that, it's Max that dominates. In the end, Max was bound to have at least one problem, you can't just have zero reliability issues forever until you retire, and turns out, this one was the one.
194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: March 24, 2024, 06:20:24 PM
Since there is a break, I always consider that players who went to national team games may have a bit more issue considering they would be more tired, break doesn't help with better teams if the teams have players who go out and get tired. This is why I think the possibility that a smaller team, an underdog, could beat a better team, that is the most important part. I get that it is going to be a bit tough, but having this tough situation is normal and not going to end up with anything marginal.

I hope that people could see how that could be changed, and how that could make it work, but the reality is that we are going to face something normal with this situation without having any trouble at all. Hopefully we won't lose too much money.
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you stake it all put of over confidence in your club on: March 24, 2024, 04:59:35 PM
I know we like our teams and all, but I have a friend that does exactly opposite of this instead Cheesy. He is a LFC fan, and he wagers on City win a lot of money. His thought is that either City will lose and make him happy, or they will win and make him richer Cheesy. That's not half a bad idea, if he bets on Liverpool to win then it would mean that if Liverpool wins, he is double happy because both his team won and he earned money, but if LFC loses then he is double sad, makes no sense to him.

With him betting on City, and most recently Arsenal, to win that means he will most likely win money since those teams win majority of their games, and when they do end up losing or drawing time to time, that makes him a lose money but at least he is still happy.

If Sainz had rested a bit more,  I wonder what would have happened. This dude had a surgery, came back a week later, and now he is at second place, starting at the front of the grid. Normally you would expect him to slow down at least a bit, and that would make sense considering his situation, but looking at what is going on right now, we can say that it is not the same and really looking like there is a big change to it.

I hope Sainz does well in general and do not face any of this issues with his surgery, it feels like he doesn't feel "nothing" but also he must be forgetting all the stress and anxiety with all the pain he probably has. All that G force to a newly carved up person must feel a lot of pain, so he might be focusing better.

Southgate to United would not be a bad idea to be fair, not that he is an amazing manager or something but he is not that bad and he can't really screw the team over this badly. Plus, I always believed that managers should have a lesser power at transfers, if you keep asking managers who to get, there will be some issues, just bring good players in and let the manager do their job.

Southgate could be pretty great at that, you hire a proper general manager or director of football whatever and that would mean that we would be able to see good transfers and a decent manager. Of course at this point United will only get better because they have such high quality young players, who will only get better and better with time.
198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: March 23, 2024, 09:11:51 AM
There is still Euro to be played before this, and of course each continent has their own, and I think that should show the world which teams are doing fine and which are not. I am not saying this will do good or that will do bad, I am just saying it would be too early to call for anything before that cup.

If you see that cup doing fine, then that team most probably will do fine at world cup too. Since there are only few limited spots and only a few will go out of the group stages, and it is such a rare occasion (once every four years) sometimes unexpected stuff happens. Remember the group stages of the last world cup? So many upsets and so many david vs goliath situations all in the group stages, definitely was weird.
199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: March 22, 2024, 06:32:23 PM
To be honest I am quite shocked about the win streak they are having right now, and without Alperen Sengun, their most efficient scorer as well. It's of course about the fact that they played some super weak teams as well, but they played bulls this time around and while Bulls is not great, they are not bottom of the league tanking team neither, so this win means more than any other in the streak.

I feel like they actually do have a chance to go to playoffs this way, if they keep up this production and how they are going, I think that they are going to be above warriors. It's cool to see this, ı just wonder how long they can keep it up, I do not think that they can just keep winning every game, eventually this streak will end.
200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 22, 2024, 05:36:32 PM
Augsburg is really crazy, they shot up from the bottom position until finally they are now in 7th place in the standings. This cannot be separated from their 4 consecutive wins and it is the same as they managed to collect 12 additional points. In the last 5 matches they only lost to Mainz and after that they managed to beat their opponents.

I think it's quite rare to see their recent performance improve so sharply, but they can't be happy yet because there are still teams behind them who are trying to get them back. Augsburg's next match will be against Koln and it shouldn't be a difficult match for them, especially since previously they also managed to beat fairly balanced teams like Wolfburg and others. An additional 3 points will make them closer to Frankfurt and at the same time be in contention for European competitions.
Some teams just have horrible starts and they just slowly get better. Same goes for Lyon at France, they were bottom and had a lot of point difference, they are now at midtable as well. Just last year or year before that I think, Arsenal started the season with pure loss, like constantly losing, then finished at UCL levels if I am not mistaken or something close to that. It doesn't happen to all teams of course, but some teams just have horrible starts and then they end up getting better and better until the season ends.

I believe that's quite important because it allows people to have some sort of important approach to the season when they realize that they are better than what results they have gotten so far, it's important difference.
