Hi Freewallet Team,
Previously I used the freewallet for Bread Ico(BRD), now they are already listed on Binance for weeks. On Dec 26th, the inapp support said they would refund the tokens to me. By now almost half month passed, I have no futher updates yet. Would you mind speed up the refund process a little bit?

Hi freewallet team. I bought the Kickico ICO tokens using my freewallet. I didn't know free wallet is an exchange or a scam. Now they told me they have sent my kick tokens to my freewallet but unfortunately I cannot find it. Your team has taken it. Please give me my kick coins. I believe in you. I hope you will resolve this issue for me. I have tried to contact you several times without success. Don't be a scam like people say you are.

In order to access and manage your tokens, please download and install our Token Wallet app and log in using the same way you log into your ETH wallet. They are a Ponzi scheme and don't have funds to cash out your deposit. Also if you are waiting for support to add the tokens to your acct... it took them 6 months for them to do that for me and I still can't cash out. They told me they would pay my tokens back..... How long have you been waiting for? |

I just donated some ETH to the Bread crowdsale, after that I find that freewallet are using a service wallet to make transactions. Could you help me with this problem? Based on the etherscan result, the Bread tokens have been distributed to your service wallet already. Can I provide another ERC20 address and please send those tokens to me?

drowt, we understand that maintenance works can be an inconvenience: no-one wants to wait to make a transaction. However, please understand that we wouldn't start the maintenance if it were possible to perform certain procedures without affecting our users. Blockchain is a volatile environment, and we're updating our wallets regularly to make sure our users stay safe. By the way, the maintenance on the ZCash wallet was completed, you can retry your transaction, there shouldn't be any issues with it. Sorry for taking so long!
