I requested a refund from MinerSource last Friday, was immediately told it would get done and mailed on Monday or Tuesday of this week, and I would receive a tracking number. I have still not received a tracking number and have emailed twice asking for a status update. I have no idea if it is in the mail or not, or the status of my refund. Bobsag, please look into my email inquiry.

Update, received an email last Friday saying that the funds should clear into their new bank either that day or yesterday, as of right now I have not received an email with explanations or tracking. Sent an email earlier today asking for a status update and when I can expect to receive refund. Will update when I hear more. I notice that MinerSource has a new distribution channel, Microcenter, so I suspect with that and the expos, they're busy (congrats!). I'd sure like to get some resolution though -- bobsag3's been pretty quiet on here for awhile. I called Matt at minersource and had a great convo with him about this situation. I do prefer cash in hand to be honest with you I'm located in Sydney Australia. If you are located elsewhere in the world then I suppose you can do western union or something similar of the sort. I am open to accept bitcoin and litecoin as payment you can use escrow it is not a problem at all for me. Any other coin I can accept and am open to but due to the volatility of those markets I would prefer you pay me direct so I can exchange for btc at the same days exchange rate. Be careful about buying those. Just after I requested for a refund for my BlackArrow Prospero X-3, they are not responsing me anymore. Neither Bobsag, neither Matt or Thom haven't responsed me in last week.
First of all- Bobsag = matt = me 2nd- thomas has nothing to do with BA refunds 3rd- We dont handle support issues on the forum any more, if you have a problem with a minersource order feel free to contact support and or give us a call during business hours. I have been having the same issue Matt and I have sent a few emails and support tickets as well. Not to mention that since your site was re-done my order has completely disappeared. I have the same situation mate. My order was re-done too. Maybe its because of the refund request, just i am mad that they can't give us any news about our refund requests. Yea after I posted here I got a form letter from Matt. Nothing about my refund though... |

Well its seems like you have had more success then me, I have been trying to get a response for a week now. Not so much as a reply saying that they even received my request about a refund. |

I never said i mine 0.05 btc/day, learn to read
I said i bought 290k for 0.05 btc.
And that it takes like 5/6 days to mine that, so its cheaper to buy then mine ghostcoin
I mined that much on one rig in 3 days, so 6 days I should be around 600k or more if I continue to get lucky. Ive found about 240 blocks already so that could be helping. Nice man, with how many mh/s do you mine ghostcoin?  |
