I know this is an old thread but I ordered from them - got no key and no reply from any of my emails so far. Just thought people here should know.
To be honest, I'm quite tired of this shit. We are successfully selling about 20 - 30 keys a day! The bad thing is, only if something goes wrong, people are commenting on this forum. In 95% of the case, it is the fault of the customer. Also here. The Website clearly states, that the key is not in stock and the delivery time is unknown. I got your mail at 00:32 am in my timezone and at 04:36 you are complaining on the forum? I guess 4 hour in the middle of the night is nothing you can ask for, may accept from amazon... I'll contact you know over email to handle this case as it should have been handled from the beginning. I'll answer as soon as I got out of bed. |

Due to the fact, that here a posts from people, where I've responded to the mail, I guess there is a problem with some with my emails. It seems that everything is sent, but not received. I'll try to reach out to everyone through other channels who need support. I'm very sorry for this inconvenience!

wanted to ask how long does it take for "first acknowledgment of the transaction with the first order" to happen ?
This depends on the Bitcoin network. In average, every 20 minutes a block is found and transactions confirmed. In the last few months, some transaction have become slower than usual. The key has been sent immediately after the first confirmation. I guess it got stuck in your spam folder. I just sent it again.

Last weekend I stopped outsourcing the support. I thought this would be great to improve response time, but it made more problems that it solved. All support is now handled by me again.
Please make sure to settle the invoice within the given time-frame, otherwise it could come to long delays due to our payment-provider

Windows 8.1 Pro für 0,0153 BTC? Wie? Original? Dreamspark? https://www.bit-keys.com/de/details/windows-8-1-professional-oemMir scheint das etwas suspekt. Ich überlege ja gerade es mal zu testen. Aber dazu bringe ich noch zuvor mehr über Euch in Erfahrung um zu wissen mit wem ich es zu tun habe, bzw. wem ich dann den Ar... aufreißen kann falls er mich scammen will. Finde ich nichts weiter ist das für mich ein Zeichen dass man was zu verbergen hat und scheidet aus. Die OEM Versionen sind so günstig, da es sich um nur einmal aktivierbare Keys handelt. Aber ich kann sie ja auch gerne ein wenig teurer anbieten um mehr Vertrauen zu erwecken :-) |

the merchant delivered a working key after I sent him a link to this thread. Quite a shame that public shaming was needed for him to act.
Quite a shame? Someone should mention that we provided 3 keys regardless of everyone was working when tested it ourself. |

Please make sure, that your key is in stock! These keys say "Delivery time 1 minute". Otherwise it says "Unknown" as we can'T predict when games will be back in stock.
I ordered a copy of Overwatch last night, it says "Delivery Time: 1 Minute" now and it said the same thing when I ordered it. In the "My Account" page it has this icon.  My email is ishellz@hotmail.comI'll check this and get back to you asap |

Hi,
I recently placed an order for overwatch, however the transaction was not completed during the 10 minute invoice window. I tried requoting the invoice immediately after but the button was not working. My order says it has timed out, however my Bitcoin wallet is displaying that I completed the order. I haven't received a confirmation or the code. Do you know what I can do to solve this? I tried the email support but have not gotten a response in a few days.

After your 3 spam complaints in all 3 threads, i took a close look in this matter. You have used a trashmail account which anyone can enter and it looks like it get cleared. Normally we don't send key to other addresses than used. But I want to sattle this case. Please provide us an current e-mail to get your key again! |

Fair enough. If you want to have advantage of other websites that It would be definitely a nice move to bring skins (CS:GO or Dota II) and case keys (CS:GO , TF2) to the shops .
The product is the Steam gift card that I'm speaking about .
