Криптоплатформе Nxt этот минфиновский запрет пережить чуть легче, т.к. Nxt использует брейнваллет, т.е. никаких улик на жёстком диске в виде wallet.dat не остаётся.

А для сервиса nxtex.net - это вообще неплохая новость, т.к. p2p обмен (как мы видим на примере торрентов - даже при их централизованной природе) запретить гораздо труднее. Ты платишь с одного Киви (допустим) кошелька на другой (а не на счёт криптобиржи) - мало ли за какие услуги... а посредник (nxtex.net) - вообще ни при чём, он только позволил одному лицу найти другое.
