1  Other / Meta / Re: Can user's post in multiple local board? on: February 23, 2020, 06:49:37 PM
Hi everyone,
I usually want to learn another language to post in other local section. But, I saw many cases, if the user post in 2 local languages, he will be suspected by hacked account or using google translator... and ended by red trust from the DT.
Example :

The account was active from 2014 to April 2017 with Indonesian and English language.
Since November 15, 2017, this account was found in a person who writes only in Russian language.
Participates in the signature bounty of the campaign and is engaged in shitposting only.

Proof that the account is compromised:

I know learning another language is not something very easy and simple to understand. English is not my first language, I have learned English for a long time since 2010, but still not perfect. Maybe if I learn the another language, my grammar is also not perfect. But at least I know how to write with that language and expressing what I mean.

So, can user post in multiple local board? If can, what about the user's have bad grammar? It's still allowed?
Till now I never saw members post using English language and 2 other local languages, or maybe I don't know him

I know there are no problems to post in various forums, as long as I don't use external tools to translate. You must know several languages to avoid spam. Even if you speak other languages, you can help translate to provide more information to others. That is, you can be a translation tool, without forgetting the quality, as it will be easy to recognize if you are using a Google translator.

Fuente: https://es.cointelegraph.com/news/banks-in-spain-test-payments-through-blockchain-technology

3  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Google ads misleading people. on: January 25, 2020, 03:12:59 AM
Famous best quote for Newbies.
"If it's too good to be true, then it's probably not true (scam)"

This is why it's also important to use privacy leaning browsers and search engines like Duckduckgo. If you search about crypto in privacy mode, google won't be able to know were your interest lies and therefore crypto ads some of which are scams and ponzi schemes won't be targeted to you.

We must be careful when it comes to privacy, and Google has a lot of publicity that can affect us, and not only the advertising, also the page or the fact that it observes everything we do... I started using Duckduckgo because it seems safer Since Its main features is that it is based on Nginx, that is, low memory usage and high concurrency. In addition, they will not collect information from you when you search... It is very easy to be attacked by a virus or someone who observes everything you do, so I think it is better to be careful what we open and change your browser.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrities using Bitcoin today? on: January 24, 2020, 10:52:07 PM
It's been 11 years since Bitcoin's inception, where it has become an extremely popular cryptocurrency used by people worldwide. Many governments, central banks, and even mainstream businesses and companies have become interested in grasping the benefits provided by Bitcoin's Blockchain technology. As a result, we've seen many positive comments from popular figures like John McAfee, Elon Musk, and even Jack Dorsey talking about Bitcoin. However, only a few seem to use it in their daily lives.

Imagine someone famous within the mainstream world showing him/herself using Bitcoin in a Hollywood movie or even in public. We may be still far from seeing this become a reality as Bitcoin is still not scalable for the world yet (the Lightning Network is under active development). Maybe after micropayments become viral on the LN, we'll be able to see more celebrities using Bitcoin in public? Average people in the mainstream world would surely use Bitcoin for their daily lives if they see someone famous patronizing the cryptocurrency.

Do you think celebrities in the mainstream world are still using Bitcoin for their own benefit? If so, which famous people are deeply into Bitcoin right now? I'd love to see someone like Keanu Reeves, Microsoft's Satya Nadella, or even Apple's Tim Cook using (and patronizing) Bitcoin someday. At such degree, I think Bitcoin would've reached massive adoption within the mainstream world. Thoughts? Huh
It's hard to know which celebrity is using cryptocurrencies in her daily life. But if I have read about some who are very interested in cryptos and have invested in them, my favorites are:
Ashton Kutcher, faithfully believes in bitcoin, even has its own investment firm, A-Grade. He has also invested in a blockchain technology for sports betting, called UnikoinGold, along with billionaire Mark Cuban.
Mike Tyson
In 2015, it launched the Bitcoin ATM system, a virtual wallet to trade with bitcoins. Only 6 months later, he launched the app to buy and sell cryptocurrencies. Celebrities are the best means to drive society to believe and connect about cryptocurrencies.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Selling milk tea for Bitcoin on: January 24, 2020, 09:51:05 PM
I had a discussion with my parents earlier, saying that they want to start operating our milk tea food cart. We had the cart ready, materials for making the milk tea and so on. Instead of waiting for June or July until the new school building opens, we decided to put our business in a mall rather than the school sooner than later.

My dad was a traditional business style guy. He kept failing because of not being creative and innovative, and sometimes ignoring my suggestions and advice. However, this time, since I am into crypto and blockchain industry, he was thinking about displaying a Bitcoin QR code.

In the city that I lived, there were no businesses yet who accept Bitcoin payments. They do have QR codes, but mostly from a centralized provider and not crypto-related.

I already have my mom's Bitcoin wallet verified, and may need to upgrade it to a Business account as it needs business permit and other requirements necessary. It'll be used for the business anyways.

I think this is going to be a worthwhile experiment, and a great way to start letting people aware about Bitcoin. Maybe I should put some creative promos for those who will buy milk tea using Bitcoin. What do you guys think?

I think taking risks will always bring good things. Therefore, it seems to me a good idea that I want to use this payment method, because I feel that people need more motivation and information to know the cryptocurrency business, and although in another aspect it is not good due to the instability of Bitcoin, You just have to get ready for this. It is a breakthrough for both your business and your community. And I think you could try other cryptos, not just with bitcoin.

I think you should have faith in the work you do on the site And you have to work towards the goal by controlling your emotions. Do not stay after a site and it is very frustrating In order to discourage the loss of focus in the crypto world there is a disadvantage to working in crypto, the market needs to be thoroughly analyzed and then worked.
Exactly, this should be very neutral. At first I just depended on this business, and I was frustrated to see profits since I had no other money inflows. And when I had my first defeat, I walked away from this for a while, but I realized that I should only learn more because this is where there is a real future. You must be sure and have reservations.
8  Other / Off-topic / Any motivating experience? on: January 21, 2020, 03:36:52 AM
In the world of cryptocurrencies, it is sometimes difficult for us to stay focused or motivated, because this requires absolute dedication and passivity, especially when it is new. Well, we run the risk of losing, and that discourages, and many people only get there.

So my curiosities are the following:
                                                  ¿?
What motivated you to believe and remain focused on the world of cryptos?
Did they have any loss that discouraged them? and if so, how did they manage to overcome it?
                                                  ¿?

If you where given a chance to have 1 wish in your life,
what would it be? and why did you choose it?

It is interesting that if we have the opportunity to make a wish, we would ask for something we lost in the past ...
In my case, I would go back to the days when my grandfather was alive, I would hug him stronger, I would visit him more frequently, especially, I would tell him how much it means in my life, because although I was with him Until the last moment, the time I was With him it was not enough for me, he was the only person who taught me what true love was, and we all want these people to be eternal.

I lose patience when somebody tells me what to do, so for me Beets BLU hrm was the best option, what about you, guys?  Roll Eyes

I love taking care of myself and I exercise with an application that I download on my cell phone. But I don't take care of myself in my diet, I love to eat, because I'm one of those people who eat a lot and don't get fat. But sometimes for not eating well, my health is affected. So I am trying to improve my diet to feel better, continue training to gain strength and tone my body. Cool Cool

Classical music of Mozart --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VB6SIKl8Md0

For my relaxation and kicking of our baby on my wife's womb.  Cheesy

It's great, I read that putting Mozart on babies stimulates their intelligence. Sometimes I listen to him to relax, or when I must study and I feel very stressed. Music is the best option to get out of our stress zone. No matter the genre, when you hear something you like, everything improves. Grin
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bought this stuff with Bitcoin, great way for people to become aware of Bitcoin on: January 18, 2020, 03:06:03 PM
If you tell people that you bought stuff in the internet or even in a shop with Bitcoin, people will become aware of Bitcoin, more so if the stuff that you are showing them have value when you bought it with fiat money, what do you think about this?

Bitcoin was not created to exchange for fiat currency (euros, dollars, etc.). Bitcoin was created to be an exchange between products or services, directly. What happens is that, because its value has become excessively high, it has been used as a speculator. But we must bear in mind that it is a volatile price for companies or microenterprises. Although if today you decide to buy me a house with bitcoin, and if tomorrow the price of Bitcoin rises, then I will earn double. There are already some companies that have decided to receive Bitcoin as a payment method, they know they can earn much more in the future, because their value can continue to grow. Although it is a matter of risks, because its value can also go down and lose.
13  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: Reglas no escritas del foro bitcointalk.org on: January 17, 2020, 09:33:52 PM

:::::puedes enviar a otras personas.
14  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Things needed for people getting started with crypto on: January 17, 2020, 08:53:22 PM
I also don't agree with the first point "Small amount of bitcoin to get started".

In my early days in crypto I played with Dogecoin. There are 2 great things about Dogecoin: it is very similar to Bitcoin and it's extremely cheap.

Now I know an even better option: testnet. Testnet coins are for free (you can easily google for working testnet faucets) and some of the well known Bitcoin wallets work with testnet (they need special parameters though).
The idea is: instead of investing money in order to get started with Bitcoin, one can start even for free.

Also it should be in the list: whenever in doubt search, especially at http://bitcoin.org/ and http://bitcointalk.org/ and if not found ask for help.

totally agree, when I started in the world of cryptocurrencies, I started through aerial launches. I remember that even
That community paid me for doing homework and advertising. After its launch, I started in Trading, because that cryptocurrency fell. Therefore, you do not need to have btc, then start investing in any economic crypto and then get your BtC. And the most important thing is not to stop studying the crypts and all their technology.

We all have different hobbies. What is one hobby that sets you apart from your friends and also has a constructive usage.
Mine is to learn how to code in various languages by accepting jobs. That makes me work better under pressure of submitting my work fast.
P.S: Making memes doesn't count.

I have several hobbies, but a constructive one is to translate texts, and with that I earn something extra. The rest of my internships are dedicated to knowledge and taking care of myself.
16  Other / Off-topic / Re: Stopping with smoking on: January 17, 2020, 08:36:41 PM
I used to smoke a lot of Weed and Cigarettes everyday, I would spend 20 euro every 2 days on it.
The thought to stop smoking was always there, but the enjoyment I would get out of it was greater then the will to stop smoking.

Untill last summer (more then 4 month's ago now) I chose a date 1 Sept and just quit smoking weed and cigarettes that day.
It has been going well sometimes I still crave to smoke weed especially when I meet people that I used to smoke weed with.

If u want to quit I have a few tips for you:
Choose a date to quit, and announce it to people around you.
Download apps on your phone to help you quit (I used Flamy) but I am sure there are others.
Calculate how much money you are spending on your smoking and think about how much you couldve invest in Crypto and think how rich you would have been  Grin
Stop seeing people around you that smoke and find a replacing thing to do.
Instead of smoking eat fruits.

If u need any help you can always Pm me and we can stop smoking togheter Smiley

Very few have the strength to quit smoking. I have never smoked because I am very careful with my body, but I sell cigarettes for extra money, and although I do not smoke, my colleagues do, and it is unpleasant not to smoke and be in an environment of pure cigarette smoke. I have a friend who, when I don't carry cigarettes, produces a lot of anxiety and despair, why does that happen? I think that if someone wants to control their anxiety, they can do it in a healthy way, I do it through exercise, I don't go to the gym, I just download a Google Play application and with that I train, I feel good, and with more strength. And without damaging my body.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 67,1% of micro businesses do not know what cryptocurrencies are. on: January 17, 2020, 08:26:39 PM
I'm pretty sure they must have heard about cryptocurrency before it is just that they don't really paid attention and study it that's why they are saying they don't know it.
But it is still a good thing that even though it is just 32% who actually knows cryptocurrency if you're gonna put them to a perspective that's a lot of businessmen that knows and half of them are willing to use it as a payment method which is a really good thing because they are ready to adopt and accept cryptocurrency totally which will lead to more micro-entrepreneurs to accept crypto too.
That's right, we also have to pay attention to its functionality and effectiveness. Most people would consider using fiat more effective and practical as an instant payment, especially for micro needs. I also salute to companies and businesses that open and accept cryptocurrency as an alternative payment, this is a form of financial evolution. Although it has not been maximally used, one day it will definitely be a better change for the convenience of all.

I agree, although many people see this as something dangerous due to the volatility of the crypts. I think it could be done, and that would incentivize the community. Maybe it's not the time yet. But I think these are options that should not be completely ruled out. Since it would cause an evolution at a financial level.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sending Bitcoin over Bluetooth? on: January 16, 2020, 03:38:07 PM
I've seen that it's possible to interact with the Bitcoin blockchain using mesh network antennas, satellites and even radio waves. This is great, because it further decentralizes Bitcoin as we know it. But I'm wondering if it's possible to send/receive Bitcoin over Bluetooth? Considering that most devices of today are powered by Bluetooth, it's much easier for anyone to interact with Bitcoin this way than using satellites, and other means mentioned previously.

Do you think something like this is possible these days? If so, how can I do this with my mobile device? Any recommendations or suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance Smiley

We still don't know if that may be possible, but it would be great. Bluetooth does not need internet to pass files, because even when I need to pass a file and we have no internet connection, we always do it through Bluetooth. So it would be a breakthrough and a great opportunity to transfer bitcoin without the need for internet. I hope this technology is given.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin isn't just an investment, it is the future on: January 15, 2020, 02:52:55 PM
From my last post about Bitcoin investment,  following the valuable contributions of members of the forum,  I learnt that Bitcoin investment is not just something that blossoms in a few days,  rather it takes patience.

That gave rise to my new topic.
Bitcoin isn't just an investment, but it is the future...

Let's all share our thoughts about this, in order to encourage ourselves and build a stronger community of users.

Bitcoin is the best investment we can make. Because it is beginning to have recognition in many areas. There are many companies, such as Facebook, that will take out its own Cryptocurrency (LIBRA), which means that cryptocurrencies are coming to stay. So Investing in your financial education is usually profitable, and a conservative cryptocurrency or Bitcoin buying strategy could pay large dividends in the long term. Grin
