Did Russia ban Bitcoin? I read somewhere that some banks there are supporting bitcoin and crypto.

So i think it is not realistic, and there are more interesting topics to discuss about crypto, then wondering about the unrealistic price.

wow, good idea, good for you. The education is never enough.

I is difficult to say for sure, but there are some things you should take into considerations: often projects which already have some products are more trustworthy, besides project should have reliable team, it should be active in social media, but not just posting, but you should assess the quality of the content.

|
|
I think it is not bad, it means that much more people are involved in crypto, and rise of interest means that there will be more investments.

Some people buy bitcoin cash and some buy bitcoin. I prefer to buy bitcoin cash, what you prefer to buy?
And what are you pros for bitcoin cash, why you prefer it?
|
|
|
It might be possible if other cryptos will work and became acceptable everywhere, but than it will be more regulated, and I think it will lose some of its futures.

Most of the media sources reported that china is soon going to ban all websites linked to crypto trading and ICOS and foreign exchanges.A mailbox of PBOC was hacked and a fake press release was sent to media sources. It also said that PBOC and the HKMA have decided to announce a new anti money laundering regulatory framework. But later it was known that they had no such idea.
It created a lot of damage to bitcoin.Actually the hacker wanted to bring the bitcoin price down and he achieved it.
Can you provide the source of the news you wrote? I just wont to check which news are more reliable?

Bitcoin price is a roller coaster the start of the year 2018. It goes up at first and stays then go down and stay and go up a bit then drop more so low and rapidly. Will it go up again in a loop then down and up again? We really don’t know what will happen like we really don’t know what the reason of the huge drop is. Is it the news? The bad news that affect the mind of investors or is it really manipulated? But why other altcoins price also dropped? We really don’t know right? We just depending on big investors decisions. Their decisions will affect the bitcoin price also. But what do you think can affect those peoples mind in invested and selling their bitcoin? For sure the bad news and the good news they heard. The tweets of some influential people also affect them. That’s only my opinion. There is this news I read on some source: https://cointelegraph.com/news/cnbcs-ran-neuner-says-bitcoin-will-end-2018-at-50000, it says that CNBC’s Ran Neuner stated that Bitcoin price will end in 2018 at $50,000. Ran Neuner for sure is an influential person because CNBC is a big name in the world and he the host. And in addition to that other (28) twenty eight most influential blockchain insider according to Richtopia, Tweeted that Bitcoin price will be $50,000 in 2018. I don’t know if it will affect the price of Bitcoin or other crypto currency because as I check the CMC / Coinmarketcap.com list still on red percentage. I will just wait for next week update. Maybe this news will affect it soon. What do you think? I think it is not realistic, especially from today perspective.

Yes of course China has great influence, and we already saw results. But I think soon some alternatives will emerge, which will replace China. I read in other topic that Russia making crypto legal, so it might be one of the alternatives.

From the perspective of the Government - it is a logical move - allow it and tax it. From the perspective of the Russian central bank - they encourage users to move mined funds outside the country as they want inside only that what they can fully control + they want to protect the national currency. From the perspective of politics - Putin likes to be special and being "contra" by being "pro" is one of his usual moves.
Yeap, Putin likes to be contra but now it will be really good for crypto society, I think that Russia has great potential for investment also.

YES it is, there is nothing in digital space that is not hackable.
|
|
|
Good news, but it is obvious that good news are not so popular among society as bad news, so the have no significant effect.

Accept the fact that most of governments will oppose crypto currency. Obviously there are some countries who have decided to embrace the future, but let's face it, most of governments will stand against. Who likes their currency to be weaken? Every time a stupid country opposes bitcoin, there is so much fud and a great price drop.
China bans mining
South Korea will not ban crypto but obviously does not welcome it
India banning crypto
I fully expected this resistance from governments.
Don't be surprised if more countries come out against bitcoin
Yes we should accept the fact that cryptos are banned or restricted in some countries, and we cannot avoid it, but do you think that it would be worldwide trend?

new coins that have come a lot in the crypto world have an impact on the market price. however, after the arrival of the same ripple operates behind the blockchain. will this coin replace BITCOIN or BITCOIN will continue in its position and remain the king of all coins?
Are you serious? do you really think that it is real for ripple to replace bitcoin? Frankly speaking I like ripple and its concept, but it does not mean I suppose that it can beat bitcoin

Yes all this is turning into modern trend, it just seems like part of global policy or something.
|
|
|
Yes bitcoin is used for criminal purposes, but not only bitcoin, any currency or asset is often used for illegal actions. Bitcoin is just one of the ways to make crime more difficult to investigate.
