There seems to exist a solution for customers to unlock their funds without going to the bank in Poland.
Email their customer service and ask to verify your account remotely.
They will ask for a copy of your ID and the credit card.
Follow their instructions and hope that it works
Already tested, not working as cards cannot be used again and bank is owner of card. withing TOS is clearly said cards which are blocked must be destroyed by user, with leftovers user must bring id and receive funds at the till.
Id must be provided original not scan or copy.
Please check their tos. already waiting for 2 cards and funds should be recovered shortly.
