Zbad developers are building the infrastructure required for a successful coin. The intention is to push past the closed crypto community and open up to general public. We all understand that crypto needs to be easier, and zbad are working on that. Development takes time but they are playing a long game.
This is essentially the early adopters phase of the coin, and that's why it's so attractive. This is the point in time where you were all given a heads up to buy in cheap.

Hey guys, I might have been a little harsh on the darkcoin stooges lurking on this thread, but now realise that you are just looking for the next best thing to invest in. So since you are actively reading this thread, why not sell out and turn your darkcoins into 22 times more zetacoins.  No brainer, me thinks. We'd love to have you onboard for the ride. |

I'd say the biggest bag holder is around the 5M mark which is about 3% of the total coins, hardly what you call a big whale. Unlike a number of other coins, ZET was not pre-mined and everyone has had a chance to own those coins. ZET was really cheap last year. Now it's just cheap at a few cents per coin.

Of course it's a lot, most of the coins have already been mined no? This coin is most likely a targeted marketing effort organized by the major coin holders. They are now slowly unloading on everyone at insane prices.
Satoshi has also a large part of the bitcoins
The top 1% of Bitcoin holders hold 80% of the BTC wealth too, I've always said this is a problem too but it is something a lot of people don't want to hear. It's still not the same with Bitcoin and some altcoin like zeta. My post will get buried pretty soon within the pages of this thread but the reality is that the coin has existed since what, mid 2013? There are a few enormous whales and they are making a huge amount of money right now. I'm not letting this get buried so easily, yet another darkcoin enthausist trying to discredit zetacoin. That's several of you guys lurking about in this thread. No doubt organized attack. You are bad for the darkcoin image. Clearly this large bag holder is an exchange and money moving out of cold storage because zetacoin is active. Check the volumes out but i'm sure you know this already. Now go back to the dark hole where you came from and don't cheat zetacoin believers into selling too soon. The ride has only just begun. |

Can anyone summarize the rumors?
I have heard like 4 different stories and found several deleted tweets from the devs.
Here are the rumors i have heard:
#1 - African country (kenya or tanzania) is adopting it as a currency
#2 - china is making it legal and sanctioned for transactions
#3 - the timing is because the release of the wallet had to be done first (android wallet released today)
#4 - there is a ad network based on zetacoin thats built to compete with google adwords? -- this one seems most likely but also most likely to not succeed seeing as google is KIND OF A GIANT.

I have about 7k coins - sold another 7k today - ill hold this last 7k till news breaks i guess.
Wow your information is a little out dated. #1 - There are foot soldiers in Kenya, but also around the world (zetacoin has global reach) #2 - Doubtful China will make anything legal. #3 - Android wallet was released 2 weeks ago (yes we were waiting for this) #4 - Cryptr.ch was released a month a go and yes it's similar to the google ad network (and yes it's BTC, LTC, ZET based) see my sig below |

Dude, I'm not so sure this rally is based on some news. If you have a look at the thread, people were asking why the price had already moved much before there was any mention of any news. Hopefully, you don't need to wait to long. |

Out of pure curiosity is there any truth to this rumor about Zeta being adopted by a country?
Zetacoin, is a worldwide coin and talk of countries adopting a digital currency should be met with scepticism. So far all country coins have not proven themselves as there is a lot more to mass adoption than making a coin and then hyping it. ZBAD is doing the work required to make this a long term coin. |

Considering I think a fair value of this coin is around the $1 mark I suspect there is a lot more growing yet. Maybe not today or tomorrow but definitely, in weeks or months.

Dude, the last thing we need is threats against, the Coinex devs. Lets play the long game where we might actually get these coins out. Make it too hard for the Devs and they might just jump ship all together.

It feels a bit goxxy doesn't it. Allowing us to continue to trade as a distraction, but really questionable if you can even withdraw your funds, now or in the future. I certainly hope they pull out of this one, because we need to build this trust network. Average Joe Public won't be as tolerable.

Some will survive and when they do, they'll be bigger then ever. All the other coins will be traded in the LTC or doge markets only or be forgotten after a week.
You need a strong dedicated coin dev team to survive.
Bingo. A strong dev team and community. Some alt coins are slowly dying and others are swimming upstream. But look at how popular dogecoin is and yet if you are holding them, they are nearly half the price they were a month ago. Unfortunately, so many dogecoins are mined each day, it's hard to get that much new investment daily to at least hold it's value. Look for alt coins swimming against the stream, and then look at their dev and community. |

ZBAD isn't building zetacoin so that we can cash out and retire. Long after zetacoin reaches it's true value, I expect building and coin support to continue. This is a long term coin so expect us to continue to deliver in years to come. The community may change, but we will still strive towards our goals. Early adopters will benefit by buying this coin and we have been trying to tell you this for at least a few months now.
However, I expect there will be people complaining about bag holders in the future. This coin price is so low, everyone has a chance to own 100K+ coins, if they act and stop watching.

They just released a android wallet. Price proply spiked cause of this. But it was at these levels just a month ago. Hopefully the devs are serious about this coin. Its actually the only alt coin I own.
Now the wallet is released, real businesses have the confidence to trade in zetacoin. The devs are very serious about this coin. If you own the coin, why not come and help the devs out at ZBAD ( www.nobs.is) |

ZET was/is also one of the most undervalued altcoin.
Sure but almost every older altcoin good or not goes down novadays. Weird that Zeta is up during this apocalypse. I still smell that pump and dumpers have something to do with that. This rise has been running long enough now, open your eyes. Volumes up, price up. When BTC price is down people can buy more ZET's. Sure some people will cash out, but they'll be the ones left behind. For those zetacoin believers it's not too late. |

Yawn. Come back when you have more than a handful contributions to this site. Did someone's coin just drop and they are looking for someone to blame. Poor you. I certainly don't see anyone pumping this 'to the moon' but just responding to requests for information. Real work is being done with this coin and when it's ready this thread will surely get an update.
