283  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your view on cannabis? on: April 16, 2014, 02:16:34 PM
Exactly. Are you against alcohol too? I noticed you left that out. People are free to do whatever they want as long as it doesn't harm anyone else, but just merely consuming those things doesn't unless they become reckless or endanger you in some way.

If cannabis is consumed the way it should be used, then there will be very little side effects. However, when it is banned, people are forced to use other options such as heroin and krokodil. These alternatives have much more severe side effects.
Wait, do you say that as long as cannabis is illegal people are forced to use even heavier and more expensive (heroin) substances? That makes no sense. Most people that use cannabis doesn't use any heavier stuff.

Hell no! Even if there would be death penalty for weed I would not use krokodil!

I mean look at what it does:

Yeah it's kinda horrifying. It causes gangrene because the substances in krokodil are to large to pass through the capillaries. Not very nice at all.

the pictures should be here, the public must be aware of what the drug does..

Tragic news out of South Korea.

http://kotaku.com/father-let-son-die-while-he-played-online-games-1562919428

Quote
He would only check in on his two year-old every two or three days, feeding the child and then leaving to head off to another PC bang (net cafe)

Quote
On March 7, Chung allegedly found his son dead. He finally disposed of the body in a trash bag and continued going to net cafes and playing PC games.

Now who says Games don't kill people?

Everybody still says that. Games didn't kill the baby, the father did.

as I stated earlier

games don't kill, stupid motherfuckers do
285  Other / Off-topic / Re: What Browser You Use on: April 16, 2014, 02:10:19 PM
Firefox still the best for me as Chrome shrinks when you open multiple tabs

yeah, that gets a bit annoying but it's still a bit faster I think, and more simple..
286  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best place to build the Bitcoin island in the international waters on: April 16, 2014, 02:08:03 PM
Yes... unfortunately. We are planning to build the island in Saya de Malha, where the shallowest regions have the depth of 25-30m. So it will be a bit more expensive when compared to the other artificial islands such as the Palm islands.

Quote from: wikipedia
Some areas of the bank are shallow, less than 10 m (33 ft) below the surface. The shallowest sites known are Poydenot Rock, at a depth of 8 m (26 ft), and an unnamed site 145 km (90 mi) further northwest, with a depth of 7 m (23 ft). The banks are covered with sea grass interspersed with small coral reefs.

those are some areas, doesn't mean that's  the average depth
287  Other / Off-topic / Re: Fuck Summer! on: April 16, 2014, 02:06:03 PM

289  Other / Off-topic / Re: Doge strikes again! on: April 16, 2014, 02:04:16 PM
Unfortunately all these efforts don't seem to have much of a discernible impact on dogecoin values. The first one or two events made an impact but now they don't seem to matter, even the Sochi Olympics sponsorships they did failed to stop the coin from continuing to plummet in value.

Man with a "doge" in his nickname questions doges power - much wow.

LOL I don't know why everyone keeps making such a big deal of that. The day I signed up, I was mining doge. I just made a random not-that-serious nickname and now everyone acts like I think I'm some integral part of the doge community - I'm not. And I don't blindly support coins I have mined or bought like 90% of other people on here do. If it is doing shitty, I say so, whether I am still holding or not.

I am still holding some doge but I am not optimistic about it's value. It has done crappy for months. That is a fact.

so has bitcoin but it will grow
290  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best VPN's using Bitcoin? on: April 16, 2014, 02:01:36 PM
now even I'm thinking about getting hide my ass VPN lol

damn this thread, damn it Cheesy
You want to get the worst VPN available?

why is it the worst?
It keeps logs longer than any ISP that I know and gives them to the government when asked.

are there any other options in europe, except Versavpn?
A Switzerland based VPN service would be great (they have a nice and shocking policy on TV reception and redistribution)
AirVPN is in europe too, Italy to be exact.

oh

can you recommend some good and with a reasonble price?

besides I would only use it to make multi-accounts in one virtual game I play Cheesy

even though they can't track me like this, they see it suspicious when 100 accounts from the same town register in the same eCountry Cheesy
Depends on what price you would call "reasonable".

throw me some sites and prices and I'll pick Cheesy

296  Other / Off-topic / Re: The word "Troll" on: April 16, 2014, 01:51:20 PM
What are you, a bunch of nerds or something?  Quit using it.  It makes otherwise intelligent people look like little children name-calling.  Find something more clever or just keep quiet.  I would love to see the dudes discussing the NYSE on CNBC being like "TROLL!   TROLL!   TROLOLOLOL!"  Seriously.  This is the reason none of you scored any pussy in high school.

what if this is a troll post? Cheesy
