I am an advisor to seed capital, angel, and venture capital funds. I have an MBA from HBS and have worked in major venture capital and consulting firms in the US. I freelance these days, and enjoy helping entrepreneurs get their businesses started. I will take an initial look at your business idea for 1 BTC and give you advice on how you might ameliorate the key risks and investor might see — so that you can gain access to appropriate finance and have a successful launch of your company. Essentially, you will get a diligence summary -- the sort that an investment professional would circulate inside a firm for discussion about a deal, which will critique your pitch and your plan and outline the key risks an investor would face. I will suggest types and structure of finance that would be appropriate for your company. Should the engagement continue, I charge 0.5 BTC/hr for engagements of greater than 40 hrs, and 0.75 BTC/hr for engagements of shorter duration. We would scope the project and define the deliverables together. If you're uncertain, please reach out and let's discuss your project. I look forward to talking with you.
No, you're a nobody. read: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=124441.0

If it grows large, the early adopters (with any money left) will be the governments.

if BTC is proven to fund terrorist, this may be the end of it.
The drug war funds terrorism more than Bitcoin ever could.
You're bears? Surely Bitcoin will fund everything or nothing. Cryptocurrencies will never die while I still breathe.
Yes, it's gonna be some battle, with bitcoiners themselves being painted with these labels. Right now, 20/09/2014, the governments are the terrorists, and bitcoiners want freedom from that.

There will inevitably be volatility for decades, but it's not just about that. You don't remember when you first got into bitcoin? Oho, looky here this magic internet money, it removes banks, not least.
Now here we have some start up: hey guize let's use a bank to <insert anything> bitcoin. aka 'let's use hay to power these new combustion engines'
either Visa converts to gasoline, or it folds. but for now it is anti bitcoin and will fold the start up companies that subvert it

Wild idea : i have a 12 V , 160 AH gel battery. can i hook a antminer s3 directly to it ? will it fry ? will it work ? the idea is to find a workaround the psu . what else would i need to deliver stable power without a psu.
V= Volts .
AH = amps / hour .

I really like ordinary sigs, and learn a lot from them. But it's impossible to stop just the paid sigs.
Could we give each account say 5 spam points? If you spam and are correctly reported, you get deducted a point by senior staff and sent a warning. If you get to 0, you're fired.
edit: I guess this is much like what is happening at the moment - I'm sure if BadBear saw 5 useless posts on an account, he'd just fire the guy. But I think a more formalised approach would end up being fairer to all: an incentive to report, a disencentive to post garbage, a guideline for the staff.
