You claim you're not a scammer and are a legit person.
Can you refund OP?

I did to sell anything to OP, OP does not want any refunding, OP only wants to damage my reputation.

I want refund, Please return my bitcoin 0.1, Thank You.

I did not sell the wallet to anyone via Bitcoin Talk, if you are in fact one of the buyers you will know what you need to do. I have sold this wallet to 4 people so I know very well who has been refunded so far. Please bare this in mind.

Regards,

Bitcoin icon

Pretty bad how he tries to trick you into giving him a refund of his 0.1 BTC even though it wasn't you who sold it to him.

No idea if he actually thinks his scam attempt will work.

Why would you refund him, if he bought this from someone else, doesn't make sense at all.

The fact that I literally sold the wallet.dat to 4 people makes it very easy for me to keep track of who has been refunded. I can tell you hand on heart that I had no idea that it was even possible to fake a wallet balance and not one person I've asked so far thinks it's even possible. Regardless I have already refunded a couple and will refund all 4 people, I have all email correspondence for every transaction.

You can try and refund those 4 people but most likely your red trust won't get removed.

It might be unfair but its the principle. Its like someone who goes out and robs a bank. And then later on gets caught and then decides to give back the money; he is still a bank robber.

The bitcointalk community is like this due to the fact that there are so many scams that they don't want more people to get ripped off.

Did you literally just get me to remove your negative trust only to make me look as if I actually tried to rob people gain?

I really hate this Bitcoin Talk, it really is a snake pit!

This thread isn't about him offering refunds. I think he did offer to refund the 4 people he sold it too.

The reason for this topic is probably the entire principle where he didn't mean to actually scam those people. I am pretty sure if he knew the wallet was a fake hoax he wouldn't try and sell it to anybody else. But he had no idea, and then his past ended up catching up to him.

I have no past that caught up with me, until these people came along I had zero problems and like I said I did not even know it was possible that a fake wallet.dat even existed. Regardless there is many past issues surrounding BitcoinTalk moderators. My investigation into you will start today.

Here is the main investigation thread, I will update this thread regularly and will create separate threads for each of these so called people. If you have been a victim and have lost your reputation or business as a result of false allegations on Bitcointalk.org please get in touch, I also have a mailing list there where I will share legal best practice.

9  Economy / Scam Accusations / BitcoinTalk Ring Exposed on: August 10, 2017, 10:07:55 PM
What happened:On the 6th August 2017 I noticed that I had negative trust on my profile as I had a -4 in red with the message "Trade with extreme caution" on my profile. The negative ratings came with comments ranging from simply "Scammer" all the way to accusing me of scamming another user by deliberately selling him a corrupted BTC wallet.dat. The point of this post is to expose a group of people who target Bitcoin Talk users with only one objective, to damage the names of the victim so that others do not trust to work with them and they get more business as "Trusted" individuals.

Before I go any further, I sold a wallet.dat with a balance of 468BTC to 4 people on the back of a video and at the time had absolutely no knowledge that it was even possible to fake a BTC balance (Still think it might be bullshit). I got many emails from people who wanted to get their hands on the wallet who even threatened me or wrote long emails about how terrible I am for no longer selling the wallet.

Dude to the fact that I was not contacted by a single person prior to this negative feedback I immediately sent them DM's hoping to discuss the situation with them and come to an understanding that I did not act with ill intent. I have youtube subscribers, a very large email list and a network of people who all know me very well ready to jump in and tackle this case with me, they also know the lack of interpersonal skills these power hungry snakes have that manage and run Bitcoin Talk, as a result we are all working together to create one central point of information in order to bring these people down to earth. They seem to think its impossible to find them but they forget that Onion sites operators are tracked down, I think they dont realize that they just went a little too far this time all because they had not heart and they thrive on damaging, extorting or belittling others.

The first user I sent a DM to was aleksej996 - Whom I have now fully identified and have passed all details to my legal team. He was overly hostile with very little interest in listening to anything I had to say and I very quickly learned that he was only out to disrupt my business.

Another person I would like to point out is a user called Lauda has a second account called shorena and plays good cop bad cop,
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=101872
shorena feedback,
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=181801
Contrary to popular belief Lauda/shorena is not a woman, we may have a full name for this guy who has been running around like a monkey with a gun on Bitcoin Talk, has been given the position of moderator and has abused this position to no end, not long after all my negative feedback I was offered reputation services to the cost of $4000.
Funny that since we keep seeing this pop up

Today when I looked through Lauda's feedback I noticed that I am not the first person to report this kind of behavior, It appears Lauda has been extorting Bitcoin Talk users before, this is a very juicy story and since I have many friends who are journalists I have passed them all the notes that I have made along with the profiles of each and every person that gave me negative feedback. With guidance from a legal team and a group of journalists and your help if you have been a victim, we will bring this cesspool Bitcoin Talk to its knees and each and every person who maliciously disrupted the lives of others will pay the maximum price.

free-bit.co.in is the biggest turd you will ever come across, my investigation thus far Suggests he is in Croatia. I don't want to give out too much detail as I want to see the look on this turds face when I finally have him in a courtroom.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=341170
Simply because of the manner in which he has disrupted my life without taking the time to ask me for my side of the story I will make a perfect example of this chap. He has been maliciously posting on threads I created for customers and created the initial scam accusation thread. The part I find funny is that he has a whole host of shady activity including actively trading Bitcoin Talk accounts and this is what strikes me as strange. This user was looking for an account that was registered in 2013 and my account was registered in 2013, kind of strange that he is trying to damage my name and trust, there seems to be a link.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1140726.msg12035533#msg12035533 this is just the tip of the iceberg, there is so much more going on but again that will be left to the journalists.

I will have more information to share with you all soon as I have separate threads going up for each user. Each person that attempts to belittle or defend these people will be treated as alt accounts of the above. I have created a mailing list for people that would like to share their story and a youtube video will follow shortly, please be patent as we are working to collect as much info about these people as we possibly can. Your help will be appreciated, a conversation you had with any of them or even a DM could link them to an identity or address that can be passed on for investigation.

10  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM][SPAM] User "bitcoinicon" selling corrupted Bitcoin wallet on: August 10, 2017, 10:38:39 AM
Just my 2 cents here, but this will lead to nothing.
Water is wet, but apparently not for bitcoinicon. Have fun with your lawsuit in case that you don't remove the negative rating. Roll Eyes

When I see them actively trying to make up for their mistake, helping out to prevent similar scams in the future I am willing to forgive them. Malicious or stupid is not decidable from here. Maybe I shouldnt be so forgiving, but thats who I am. Since you benefit from this as well, maybe just for once, you and the others that tend to follow you can not make this another shit show. Im trying to mitigate further damage, while you again torch the earth.

To be honest, Lauda didn't start this. This guy already received some negative feedback by the time Lauda showed up.
There is no need to fight, you just have a different opinion then us.

You are the main culprit here I already know your Full name and where you live, to prove it these are your initials A J and if that is too wide for you your name ends in a (j) and your last name ens with a (c) I have traced you to an address as well wont be surprised if you are friends with the turd claiming to be Satoshi (What a joke) you are in an island just besides that where people feel a bit inferior, no wonder you act the way you do.

I started with you because you are the main instigator and I will not stop, today I will unleash a shit storm for you turds, screw the negative ratings keep it. I have a profile for each of you with enough information to make sure you people are exposed for the little turds you are.
11  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM][SPAM] User "bitcoinicon" selling corrupted Bitcoin wallet on: August 09, 2017, 04:41:39 PM
I love surprising arrogant little turds like you...
You're definitely on the right path towards redemption by:
1) Spamming fake negative ratings.
2) Threatening users.
3) Creating, likely, shill accounts to leave positive trust ratings to yourself.

Users like this usually do the most damage to themselves post an accusation.

I did none of the above but you have your head so far up your snake butt that you cant see straight. This has gone way above redemption, it's not about making sure you all pay for not talking the time to give me the benefit of the doubt.
12  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM][SPAM] User "bitcoinicon" selling corrupted Bitcoin wallet on: August 09, 2017, 04:25:09 PM
2)I am threatening lawsuits you are correct on the following grounds and I am not going to hold back on this! http://www.alllaw.com/articles/nolo/civil-litigation/defamation-character-lawsuit-proving-harm.html
It is not a "false statement" when you are actively promoting it without doing any tests to prove that it is real in the first place. Its actually quite time consuming and expensive to sue people for defamation, especially when you most probably won't win the lawsuit. Oh yeah, it might be quite hard to sue people overseas too.
3) I am not leaving fake feedback! I am making sure people know that you all are only out to damage my reputation regardless of anything I do to correct it so I will make sure that I follow through with what I have been working on over the last couple of days.
Just a reminder, the negative feedback you gave implies that "Negative - You were scammed or you strongly believe that this person is a scammer.". Retaliatory feedback do not work in this forum.
I have already emailed all 4 people that bought this wallet, not one of them complained it was fake and I had no idea that it was even possible to fake a wallet. I run a Youtube channel and website linked to this name that you all are trying to sabotage. I have many youtube subscribers and a mailing list of people, the same way you lot have carelessly left me feedback without giving me the benefit of the doubt they all will post feedback for you on how you have been working together to damage my reputation.
I will give you the benefit of the doubt and I will consider to remove MY feedback as long as you can prove that you have compensated for everyone who was affected by your sale of wallet fairly.
I have websites, email address, Bitcoin talk handles and a few other things you people think you can hid behind Bitcoin talk but you are wrong. I will be creating a main thread for this whole issue and separate threads for each person involved. Some of you have gone as far as posting on my customers threads, for this there needs to be some sort of example made in this cesspool of snakes called Bitcoin talk.
Sure.

You seem to be avoiding the issue on providing the TXID.

Before this i have no idea it was even possible to fake a mo*^%&& FU&*%& WALLET!!!! JEZUZ!!!

As there seems to be a group of people here hell bent on only destroying the name I work under you removing your feedback is not enough, you will need to work with your little clan of turds to do the same. I will make a video tonight where I will showcase all this and pass it over to youtube to decide and will email a link to all of my mailing list and subscribers with the threads I am creating... They can then all leave you turds feedback about how to go around damaging other peoples feedback... You all deserve that, and I have a fair few subscribers and a very large mailing list.

I will post when I pay everyone back, but i'm sure someone will say its fake because that what the little babies here are like. I'm paying everyone back because I would not have sold this wallet if I knew it was tampered with.

Providing what TXID? The one where I paid the guy back yesterday? What difference will it make?? Someone here will still say its fake!

1) I did absolutely nothing intentionally
Yes you did. Failing to admit wrongdoing makes you even more shady.

2)I am threatening lawsuits you are correct on the following grounds and I am not going to hold back on this! http://www.alllaw.com/articles/nolo/civil-litigation/defamation-character-lawsuit-proving-harm.html
Threatening people around here usually results in a negative rating. Go ahead and sue a cat for leaving you a negative rating on the interweb. Cheesy

3) I am not leaving fake feedback! I am making sure people know that you all are only out to damage my reputation regardless of anything I do to correct it so I will make sure that I follow through with what I have been working on over the last couple of days.
Why would shorena (and me) want to damage your reputation? You have no reputation to begin with, idiot. Roll Eyes

I have websites, email address, Bitcoin talk handles and a few other things you people think you can hid behind Bitcoin talk but you are wrong.
Yep, I've heard that story quite the number of times from people who have threatened me in the past. I'm still waiting for someone to show up. Roll Eyes

Even if you return the money to any *past* customers, your negative trust ratings won't be removed as:
1) You intentionally did what you did.
2) You're threatening other people with lawsuits.
3) You're leaving fake retaliatory ratings.

1) I did absolutely nothing intentionally
2)I am threatening lawsuits you are correct on the following grounds and I am not going to hold back on this! http://www.alllaw.com/articles/nolo/civil-litigation/defamation-character-lawsuit-proving-harm.html

When you look at the feedback its user qasimilyas99 that was accused of scamming people with this wallet

I'm buyer of wallet.dat, today I have received email from bitcoinicon and he informed me about the bad news, he was in shocked but I was also in shocked due to this bad news, bitcoinicon sent my payment back to me, I want to say he is cooperative person and thank you so much. Smiley

Date Registered:    Today at 12:50:37 PM

Your username is a full name which is kind of unusual to say the least. Also it is a female name, not that I think they don't get in to the Bitcoin, just that of hundreds of people I know in Bitcoin, none of them are woman, so it is less then 1%. And you were not reluctant to give a positive feedback. I don't want to be rude, but you really aren't bright bitcoinicon. I am very serious, you are quite below average. I would be quite concerned if I were you.

This looks totally legit...

Its a screen shot and I blurred the email address of the person that sent it to me! How else do you suggest I send this proof? Or are you part of the group trying to damage my reputation so I can pay $4000 to clear it?Huh

This is just one example of me not selling this wallet to everyone.

20  Economy / Gambling / Re: I will give you 468 Bitcoin on: August 09, 2017, 08:28:40 AM
When you sold the wallet was it really $100 BTC/USD? Because looking at the wallet transactions it seems that the wallet was pretty active up until mid 2014 or so. In 2014 the price went up to $1000 and was declining but never reached $100.

Last time it was $100/day was probably mid 2013 or even earlier.

The weird thing is when the wallet loaded, why wasn't the -rescan enabled so the bitcoin core wallet would resync the entire wallet history (not blockchain) and make sure it has accurate balances.

Not $100 per Bitcoin! Obviously I am rounding off to the $100 for 0.1BTC. I feel as if nothing I will say will make a difference, all I am doing is lining this little crew up for their next service offering.

I dug a little deeper and I see that I had wallet version v0.10.0 could this be a reason the wallet loaded perfectly for me? At the end of the day I honestly did not know that this wallet has manipulated or I would not have put it on my youtube channel and would not have sold it to the 4 people I sold it to.
