There’s a chart on OP, that compares Dreamr to Facebook and Fiverr as a social media platform. I think that put Dreamr ahead with some advantages like crowdfunding and a platform that supports innovative. I can’t wait to try out the app and find out the best ideas.
Got into Kickstart ref program and they are pulling off same thing. One unique aspect of Dreamr is that it's all encompassing. I Wil also love to see an exchanger as part of the app feature. Wow, an exchange would be another great game changer, but I feel it would be too much for the project and team to handle. Dreamr project combines several great features already, adding another huge feature may make the project inefficient in all the features. An exchange will defeat the aim of the project. I don't see a reason why there should be an exchange on the program. I agree with you, an exchange may defeat the purpose of the platform as an avenue where individuals dreams are set on track to be achieved. The dreamr project should leave the exchange and trading of cryptocurrencies to other platforms and concentrate on the set goals. You said it better. I don't see any reason why they will want to create an exchange, it's not a financial platform. It's a platform for individual to collaborate together. Yes, I don't even think the team is working on the direction of implementing an exchange on the dreamr platform. I can't remember reading anything from their whitepaper which suggests that the project would be including an exchange feature. CeO made that statement in passing in the telegram group. I'm going to find that conversation. He is not making it priority though. So I don't think it will be implemented for a long time. Okay, I understand your position. The dreamr project is still evolving and has the potential to diversify her features to include several other modalities. The cryptocurrency exchange is not a bad idea, but it would be better if the landlord secures his apartment. |

Talks about Dreamr launch, token sales on the Dreamr website and all is on going in the Dreamr official telegram. You might want to join. Although, I think I prefer btt for discussions. Like criticism can’t be deleted on btt by the team. That’s why I prefer comments on non self moderated threads.
Btt is actually a forum for discussion and that's why must projects prefer to have their thread active by ensuring that questions are answered by the team members on the thread. It's also a very good platform for promoting a cryptocurrency project since the forum members are cryptocurrency enthusiast. This particular thread has been active for some time now and I don't think the dreamr team has been here. This is to show that the community is building already. The dream team has been represented on the thread. The representation was made earlier when the thread was still young. The team could still consider making her impact felt on the thread by giving announcements and responding to relevant questions. It's really been a while since we last saw the dreamr representative on the thread. The team must be very busy with other aspects of the project. I was made to understand that the next phase of the tokensales would commence by next week Monday which is the 18th of November. I do hope that the next round is much better than the previous round. Its important that they maintain communication with the community, don't know about telegram because i have never been to their channel before to ascertain their mode of communication, here seems to be the best there is in terms of constructive criticism, hence my choice but i will love to see a situation whereby the team gets to make some comments on this thread Tokensales is winding up. I don't expect the team to make appearances here anymore. It's best to join the TG group as it's best for post Tokensales period @dreamrapp Are you trying to say that the second round of the tokensale have been cancelled. The last update we received on their medium page suggests that there would be a second round which should be starting on the 18th of this month. Please let us know if the second round has been cancelled. |

There’s a Dreamr Instagram contest going on for Dreamr Community on Instagram. Does anyone have an idea when the contest was meant to end and who could participate?
Anyone have this date. I'm also a contestant but I didn't have the date also. I would appreciate the news. When is the tokensales ending also? I can't remember seeing any closing date on the Instagram event. I think you have to keep checking the event thread to see if you can get the information or better still ask the Admin on the telegram group to see if they have fixed a date yet. |

I personally did not see any information as regards the closing date for the event as well as the date at which submissions would be rejected. It would be easier, if the date for submissions are defined. On the persons who may participate, I don't think there's any restrictions on the persons who could participate. All that is required is access to an Instagram account which is basically free. |

Its of necessity that anyone investing in any project should go through the whitepaper, its also a thing to note that any investment is considered risky as one can not say for sure where it will end, it may not be from the team behind such or vice versa, my point is, take responsibility of your actions, the industry is still growing and some will come to deliver value, others will come to rip it off, just make your findings in any project before investing
There has been good and bad investments for me. I had to rethink and decided to put in more efforts in researching each project and project team before putting in a dime. I have to say that was the best decision I ever made in Purchasing ICO Tokens and altcoins. Sometime ago, with the ICO craze, there came up some self-claimed ICO analysts like Ian Balina and others. I think many people lost investment funds in these ‘high potential ROI projects’ which are no where near the ICO price right now. I’ll keep Doing my research, stick to it and take responsibilities/profits when it comes. I have to say that I’ve grown in making Better investing decisions and it’s paying off. That's really nice to know that you're more experienced at the moment, yea the past has been terrible and many projects came up in the form of offering something valuable not knowing that they have ulterior motives, it has been a lesson for all and investors are much wiser at the moment and ready to invest in projects that they have performed series of background check It takes a much greater effort to get investors to support a project, lately. This is due to the inherent risk of the cryptocurrency space and the fact that most investors have had a bad experience in the past. Any project that is able to realise their target during this period deserves some accolade. |

The internet is changing the world. Blockchain technology makes the change faster. Cryptocurrency makes the process transparent. Dreamr app release might be a game changer in the social media industry. I do think this would be a difficult task, but Dreamr has some features which distinguishes it and puts Dreamr at an advantage.
I like to spend time reading the whitepaper of every project I’m putting my hard earned money into. It’s an investment and there’re risks involved. I think Dreamr is worth risking for since there’re some features you can’t find on other social media platforms. Just my 1 cent. Projects seeking for investors fund should have an MVP. The team has to invest some personal funds and time in building an MVP. Dreamr has one. The Dreamr App on App Store gave Dreamr project the attention. I was attracted to buy some DRMR tokens when I saw the app. I'm not sure it has to do with investors doing a good job or not, rather it should be a case of the team behind the project doing a good job and such is an open invitation to investors, investors will only put their money in what they believe in and creating that scenario of attraction is left for the team, before one plans to commence any project, adequate plans must be done I can see we are all saying the same thing, but looking from diverse perspectives. The team has the sole responsibility of ensuring that the project is loaded with great potentials and attractive to the investors. The investors on the other hand should be very careful in making an investment decision and only invest in projects with valid team and opportunities. |

Advertising on coinmarketcap is expensive. It’s one of the best place to advertise but it’s expensive. I won’t advise that Dreamr go on to spend that amount just for advertising. I think they should pay more attention on the app development. If you read through the whitepaper, Dreamr doesn’t seem to be an app that would have much of it’s users interested in blockchain technology or how blockchain tech could help their dreams. It’s just going to be a social media platform to them.
I agree with you that coinmarketcap advertisement is expensive. However thats worth spending instead of making other boring and vague things. See the success rate if projects advertised in CMC. I would like to see the metrics of those projects advertising on coinmarketcap, really i would. I will like to know if it is as a result of the ad they placed on cmc. The ads they place on the coin market has a considerably huge impact on publicity of the project owing to the fact that most persons visiting the website are cryptocurrency enthusiast and potential investors in any project. They can easily convert to sales, compared to other platforms. That's nice to hear. I guess those teams have the budget or a strong backup of initial investment that enables them to place ads on cmc. By the way dreamr can be seen as a non crypto project, so they shouldn't limit their marketing to crypto related platforms. You actually made a thoughtful point saying that dreamr is a non crypto project, but looking at the project from the perspective of a cryptocurrency enthusiast, I'll disagree with you. Dreamr project raised funds in IDCM exchange which is obviously a cryptocurrency exchange, the project restricted citizens from USA from purchasing her tokens and used the ethereum smart contract for her tokens. I'll personally like to know if there are qualities of a crypto project? From the various points you raised, I see reasons why we cannot totally say that dreamr is a non crytocurrency project, though the dreamr platform is expected to serve both the crypto inclined and non crypto individuals. |

I wouldn't argue or doubt this cos most of their promotions and giveaways have been in real fiat other than their tokens. These are stuffs most projects don't consider. I've won some project contest that became completely useless cos I couldn't cashout in real fiat.
Like they said, it’s a fund for your project not just a reward. It’s a gift to the winners so they could go on and make their dreams come true. It’s not money for their purse or a free gift or money they could invest in a different project not even in Dreamr. So I guess this has to be in some easily liquidated currency. And bitcoin would do that better than gift cards would. Let's not deceive ourselves, most of the persons sharing their dreams on the thread are only concerned about the financial reward and not their dreams. Even if the reward was reduced to an amount far lesser than what it is presently, they would still participate. If you can check closely, you'll find out that the $250 can barely finance most of the dream on the thread. This makes this project more great with this kind of event they have more people like to participate in it because they giving fiat so that winners can appreciate the price instantly. If they can do this right now I think they can make more dreams come true in the near future. I’m fine with payment in fair. The last challenge was in fiat and it was a successful promotion. I think if there’s a good number of people participating in the challenge then it’s ok. I’ll like to see more promotional activities from the team. Promotions that has a good number of people participating. I believe the level of participation on the ongoing event is encouraging. I remember they've got over 3000 comments on the thread and most of the comments were dreams which followers shared. The team needs to do more in creating awareness about ongoing events for the community. Instagram is not very popular among cryptocurrency enthusiast and that should be considered when organising subsequent events. |

I sometimes search the internet to read blogs where Dreamr project is mentioned. Here’s a blog on Tachyon Protocol, a blockchain project that seeks to build a model which would eliminate the need for client server designs. https://themerkle.com/overview-of-4-web-3-0-technologies-from-tachyon-protocol/. Although, Dreamr just gets mentioned twice, I think it’s good advertising for a project like Dreamr which is a social media platform for people with amazing projects and dreams. Dreamr project advertising strategy has been encouraging as the searches made was able to yield results, but I still believe that more could be done in the area of advertising and promotion of the platform. The team should endeavour to provide the community with various events to help them remain active and have something to be excited about. |

In my opinion, the Instagram event is basically a promotional event, it's focused on encouraging people to dream and also to be able to put down their dreams in writing. Most dreams that people have are for personal enjoyment or enrichment and any amount that is given would be appreciated.
It’s crazy right. I guess the contest would be filled with creative/crazy ideas in posts made by a lot of people. It would be interesting going through the post and reading all those ideas being shared. I guess the winner must have the best ideas in the the thread. Has to be an idea that is feasible and that could work. The contest is actually very lenient, the winners selection is purely based on luck and not the content of the dream posted on the thread. I guess this contributed to the flimsy dreams we have on the thread which were all for personal gain. |

This event is an excellent opportunity to promote the dreamr platform. I was glad when I found out that the dream of four lucky persons would be finance by the team with the sum of $250 each, making the giveaway a total of $1,000. The promotion has gained a substantial amount of coverage as several users have signified interest in participating Lol, the power of giveaway! Who wouldn't want to take advantage of this rare opportunity to make cool $250 bucks? Even people without dreams will signify interest and force dreams upon themselves lol. Anyway, I applaud this amazing strategy to create awareness for the project. It is always nice seeing the project make moves. I can't agree less, most persons would start brain storming on a dream to be financed. We all love to get free money and $250 is worth the hassle. I would like if events like this are also organised on other social media handles of dreamr like twitter and Facebook. That isn't a lot of amount though. I am trying to think about how it will impact the lives of those who get the amount. I understand if it is a random giveaway but as an incentive to pursue your dreams, it is really little. Thats the cryptocurrency investment world for you. People lose investments, but when you put in some research before making the decision to invest in a project, you’ll probably be making the right decision. Dreamr actually has an app on App Store. That’s what got me in the first place.
Yes. I heard there is an an on App Store. It’s not available on play store for android users. The team says they’ll be launching the full version of the app on both platforms. It’s on Dreamr Roadmap, just a few weeks from today. I do hope the team won’t postpone the release. The project really need to that app to be released. That should boost the community and investors confidence in the project. The wait for this app has been a while now. It's a good thing that it's finally coming close to its release date. Does anyone in here use iPhone and have tried out the ios version? What's the feedback? I haven’t tried the iOS version, but I believe that the apps are no longer available for testing. The testnet have been concluded and the mainnet is expected to be released any moment from now. Hopefully after the release we could discuss our experiences on the various versions. I trust the dreamr team to deliver good quality apps. |

Its interesting that the president gave a resounding speech in that light which contributed to the positive movement in the price of several cryptocurrencies few weeks ago.
I can’t argue against that. Bitcoin and altcoins needed that bullish news. And the market reacted at once to all the goodies. I actually expected Dreamr team to have closed the tokens sales that week. Some other projects raised a good amount of funding for their projects that week. Dreamr project didn't raise the needed amount, I believe that's the most logical reason for the continuing token sales. Its possible some projects made a substantial amount of fund during the period of increased flow of fund into the cryptocurrency space, but dreamr project wasn't fortunate to be among the few who benefitted tremendously from the bull run. There’s always going to be another chance to raise the needed amount for the project. Meanwhile, I’ll suggest the team go on with Dreamr project development. The fact that there are a large number of people on different social media waiting for the App launch is a nice. I agree with you, it's best for Dreamr to continue with the project development, since they've raised a substantial sum which could finance the project to some extent. More funds would be raised in subsequent rounds of the token sale and would give them the fund to complete the development. |

At first seeing an Instagram link in here appeared weird to me. I had to read it's content to know what it's about. This is kind of an off topic though, who else finds it weird talking about crypto on Instagram? Just doesn't feel like a platform for crypto talks to thrive. LOL, it's far from an off topic, who made the law that Instagram cannot be used for cryptocurrency promotions. I can see you're not in tune with the recent happenings. Instagram is getting the attention of many crytocurrency projects, I remember carrying out a few Instagram campaigns for some bounty and it was a great experience. |

Thats great. Congratulations team. Hope they will soon become international and visible around the world too in short span of time. Wow, another achievement again for the dream project and also for the team of this project. This kind of award will give this project a lot of attention from new investors and people who will support their project. And I hope more achievements will come for the team and the project. Im abut worried as to how much longer it’s going to take the team to raise a good amount on tokens sales. Here is a good opportunity to selling tokens but they are stuck in having to upgrade the project website security before sales would continue. I believe in the project but I have to see results. Does anyone feel the same way? Well, there is bound to be challenges especially during the tokensale as all eyes will be on the project including hackers due to the clear information made public of the amount of money that has been raised, i think they have raise quiet a substantial amount to proceed with the implementation and its best they have such attempt or attack now which will lead to them been proactive before they kickoff properly Your opinion is actually logical, but I actually don't think that it's good for them to be attacked before they know the right thing to do. Since they know that hackers are interested in the project they should put everything in place to protect and safeguard the platform. |

Yes, regulations around security tokens are strict. If you realized, Dreamr is the first security token to hold an STEO (Security Token Exchange Offering). There must have been some complications which led to the token sale being moved to their website or it might be a move to draw traffic to the website too.
Traffic doesn’t mean nothing to Dreamr platform. It’s won’t be used by google for advertising. I think the reason token sales was moved to the website was because they wanted to ensure that only Non US investors purchase the tokens. Like you said, these are a different type of cryptocurrency, and strict rules have to be followed. It's possible that the major reason for the movement to the website is to ensure that only non USA citizens invest in the project. But are you trying to say that the kyc procedure of IDCM exchange is not sufficient to distinguish between citizens of USA and non citizens? I know that dreamr intends using a third party company for the kyc on the website and that's not really different from what we have in IDCM exchange. |
