Gee, imagine that... a place called "Sheep Marketplace"....

There should be a version in Hindi as well.
Indians want to love Bitcoin... if only they knew what it was...

Ok is there a dummies guide anywhere to transferring my bitcoins from blockchain.info into a paper wallet at bitaddress.org? And I mean a really intricate guide anyone with whatever little experience can follow? Such as; Step1. first click here, Step2. then load up this, Step3. then blah blah blah...
Here are a couple youtube videos. I have not watched them, but they should give you a good idea. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0cGvUFBNEQhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYjH16zbf38

No.
Hold them yourself.
Printing out private keys and burying them is one way.
If you have any bitcoin with a third-party holder, make sure that it is an amount that you can afford to lose.

Pride is his problem, methinks. He knew about Bitcoin early, but scoffed, and now I think he feels like he needs to stick with his original supposition. I scoffed at Bitcoin at first too, when I briefly heard about it a while back. At today's prices, I reckon that it cost me about $126,000,000!

Is it possible that you simply do not know what you are doing?
|
|
|
Remember - it aint real until its actually in your hands .... Bitcoin are real, as long as they are stored in addresses you control exclusively. Dollars are just numbers in a bank's database that someone else could destroy with a couple keystrokes. People who are buying bitcoins with the goal of selling them for dollars later are doing it wrong. This. In time, more will come to this conclusion.

This is what the free market is deciding to do.
You can fight market forces, but you won't win.

You should try to sell them on MTGOX. (Magic, The Gathering, Online eXchange)

old stuff is mostly gox. I believe bitcoin.clarkmoody.com has the best history for them or maybe blockexplorer or blockchain.
Currently using bitcoinwisdom.com since its supporting much more exchanges and currencies that clarkmoody
Thanks for the links... although I'm not sure how to find the average price for an exact day. For example, if I wanted to know what the bitcoin price was, on average, on 4/26/2013, how would I go about finding that out? EDIT: maybe I can do it with the sites that you linked...

I do think that it is better if you do not reveal this information. I have just enough.
You must be a rarity... Most here can't seem to get enough!

Is there a site where I can check the average bitcoin price on any given date?
I would like to be able to find the price history of certain days in the past, for either the MTGOX rate, or an average.
Does anybody know of such a place?

thank you bro!
the reason i asked you about transfering btc from btc e to bitstamp or mt gox is because bitcoins are sold at higher price there (btc e =841, mt gox= 890 ) so you can make a profit by buying from btc e and selling on mt gox
But, in the experience of many users, MTGOX is less liquid, in that it is exceedingly difficult to timely withdraw cash. That is why the MTGOX price in FRNs tends to be higher.

I have solace knowing that this is not going to be a dump as it is an old school long time holder.
Or was confiscated from an old school long time holder. Confiscated implies some wrongdoing. I see nothing to warrant an accusation like that. There's nothing to imply "rightdoing." This could be Queen Elizabeth II's stash of Bitcoins from selling cocaine on Silk Road for all we know. Did she tell you that? She's usually more discreet.

"Shit load of money" but he doesn't pay transaction fee... LOL
What a legend
You don't get shitloads of money by paying transaction fees!

The market seems to think that it is acceptable.
