5  Economy / Service Discussion / Blockchain "object Error" on: July 14, 2014, 12:26:14 PM
I just confirmed a transaction to a blockchain account but the wallet isn't working,  keeps giving "object error".  Has anyone had this before?
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Sent BTC's to Blockchain account, not registering on: April 30, 2014, 05:43:01 PM

8  Other / Beginners & Help / Lost BTC's transfering from coinbase to miltibit on: April 21, 2014, 01:42:37 PM
I have had good success with BTC in general (started at Christmas) but today I bought some at coinbase and sent them to my multibut 5.17 and they just aren't showing up.  Not even a blip under multibit's transactions yet coinbase says complete

This is the hash #06a67b97efff22bdea28461ac93148b4a86f8381ba1597c16aced386d4cdd816

Can anyone help?

10  Other / MultiBit / Sent a few bitcoins to an address that no longer exiists on: March 21, 2014, 07:42:44 PM
Was doing some house cleaning lost moth and sendt $1.5 to an address then cleaned out the wallet and deleted it.  Mistakenly send a few more dollors to that address today.  Loked it up on blockchain and it shows just 2 transactions.

What will happened to the recent transaction?
11  Other / MultiBit / Re: 7 hr $100 transaction 5.17 ? on: March 17, 2014, 07:56:57 AM
It all started working,    system must have been slow.  Nothing releated to 5.17
12  Other / MultiBit / 7 hr $100 transaction 5.17 ? on: March 16, 2014, 05:01:16 PM
Every since upgrading to 5.17 transactions get slower and slower.  Today a moved $100 from one wallet to another using Multibit 5.17 at 5AM.  Under transactions I saw an empty hexagon for the first time.

Its been sitting there at an empty hexagon since, seen by 3 peers/unconfirmed.

Anyone have an idea what is going one?

Detail:

The wallet I am moving BTC's to was created 2 revisions ago at least 5 months ago,  never been used.  I am trying to move BTC's to this wallet because of the advice of not to use the same wallet all the time.

I'm getting concerned as I need to make a transaction today.

Any help appreciated.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How can a transfer be marked complete when the recepients never recieved on: February 02, 2014, 02:20:47 PM
This is a coainbase wallet.    Sent to my miltibit acoount over 24 hours ago.    Trannsactions went from pending to complete as expected.

But the receiving address never received the bit coins?

Multibit sometimes "forgets" transactions. Go for Tools -> Reset Blockchain and Transactions.

Damn you guys are good, my bit coins are found.  Thankyou.  I've go tto stop panicking and comming here first!

God Bless!

Post the transaction ID or the receiving address so we can take a look. The bitcoins are received when the transaction is added to the block chain. If the transaction is there then something is wrong with the receiver or perhaps you sent it to the wrong address.

If I export/import all the keys from on wallet to the next will that move the btc's too?
17  Economy / Service Discussion / Can't verify credicard on: January 31, 2014, 01:29:40 PM
Now here is now checking with bitQuick.

Try adding a credit card,  not possible.

It send the usual small dollar credit to the credit card.   Checked the credit card website and he two transactions were there as expected.

Went back to BitQuick and the is no where to enter the amounts.

It is impossible to add/verifiy a new credit card with BitQuick.

Nice trick to keep out new users since you keep running out of btc's.
18  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] btcQuick - Bitcoin Sales Service on: January 31, 2014, 11:20:02 AM
I just don't see how this site will ever work.  First the start with MiiCard which asks for crazy personal info.  Now they don't accept checking.

So now you go to add a credit card.  It asks for permission to make to small deposits to verify the card.  Which it does looking at my CC webpage.  Then go back to btQuck and guess what,  there is no place to enter the amount of the two transactions!

Its like they want tis thing to fail in order to get as much personal info form you as possible,  I'm guessing the are making more money selling private data than in BTC market..

I really hope I am wrong here..
19  Other / MultiBit / Re: tryed backup without success? on: January 31, 2014, 05:46:30 AM
Whats wrong with taking an image of the HDD,  most of us are on SSD's anyway so its quick and doesn't take make sense.  I can't think of a week gone by I have used windows without taking an image backup.  The restore process is so simple,  protects you from all sorts of crazy things.

I never see it mentioned that's was I ask?
20  Other / MultiBit / Moving from one walllet to the next on: January 31, 2014, 05:01:03 AM
One of the experts said not to use the same address more than once or very often,  I assume this means quite of few wallets.  Is there any way to move from one wallet to the other without the fee?
