I was wondering, what would be a safe way for both parties involved to exchange traditional currencies with bitcoins? I'd prefer to do my trading online if possible. I've seen listings on eBay for them, but I feel that buying from there might inconvenience the sellers if PayPal decides to freeze their accounts.
IMO, the safest way of buying bitcoin should be using bitstamp or coinbase. |

Started mining on my two 5750s at 360ish MH/s in early 2013. Stopped it when new worthwhile games came out and I favored plaing them to mining :p. Now jumped back in with two antminer U2s.
Pretty high hash rate to start with, how much hash power one antminer U2 has? IIRC, it should hash at ~2GH/s . |

The FHM is priced at 0.0041 now, and GHS price (at 0.0080 now) should move towards it and eventually reach it in a month. |

We are all well aware that it is not profitable to do so and is less productive than banging one's head against the wall, however hobbyism and enthusiasm has made me do it last summer, and I considered it multiple times for the heck of it. Leaving one out of 8 GPUs bitcoin mining isn't much of a loss anyway.
Even when you are mining for fun, why don't you GPU mine scrypt altcoins? |
