Could you make a screenshot of this input in coin control window? Are you sure that you have not reset this input age?
https://i.imgur.com/HnKReE8.jpg

All i have done is update the wallet to 1.9.1

I have not deleted anything from appdata, only deleted only mintcoin dir and replaced.

Transactions page is not the right place to look for your inputs age. Read what i wrote. You need to open coin control window, sort by conformations or date and see if you have coins old enough.
Transactions only show incoming and outgoing transactions, not inputs. For example, if you have input of 100K coins, you can reset this input age by transferring only 1 coin, if that 1 coin is chosen from this 100K coin input.
I repeat. Transaction page does not report coin input age!

I assume this is what your referring to?

So according to this coinage is under 20 day?

Sorry, but can you explain a little better what is happening here? I just want to understand the POS process.  Smiley

Yes. You can sort by list mode to see more detailed inputs info, but you are a lot closer to trueth now.
As you can see, the oldest coins you have are only about 16 days old.
This means that you have made transfer(s) out after you recieved that payment you took screenshot of transactions tab before and reset that input coin age.
If you want to reserve your large inputs and still need make a payment out, then i suggest you start using coin control features on your send coins tab.
Coin control features have been explained in many threads before. One good example is here.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=144331.0

This info holds true for all cryptocoins, including Mintcoin.

Need some help with solo mining in to qt wallet. Sandor cpu miners give "stoped responding and needs to close" error while trying to mine in to --url=127.0.0.1:port.
Can minerd be used to solo mine to qt wallet at all?

seem im not minting coins after upgrading to wallet 1.9.1.

stake icon status is "Not minting because you dont have mature coins"  However i have minted plenty of coins before upgrading the wallet, and I have not moved any coins recently. wallet is unlocked.

Can anyone give advise?

Code:

{
"version" : "v1.9.1.0",
"protocolversion" : 60006,
"walletversion" : 60000,
"balance" : 332939.63232300,
"newmint" : 0.00000000,
"stake" : 0.00000000,
"blocks" : 299470,
"moneysupply" : 18941662370.91911316,

"ip" : "[i]hidden[/i]",

"keypoolsize" : 101,
"paytxfee" : 0.00000000,
"unlocked_until" : 0,
"errors" : ""
}

Math usually doesnt lie. If it says that you dont have mature coins, then you probably dont have mature coins.
If you need additional proof, then open coin control window and see the date you have on the oldest incoming transactions. If its less than 20 days, then you dont have mature coins.

Heres perfomance indication of voltmod1 gridseeds and latest sandor cpuminer with autotune on.
Running for 11 hours.

Sandor has done great work! If you are running autotune on, then dont worry about HW errors. autotune takes out every last bit of perfomance of your gridseeds.  Wink
PS. Red box around the faulty miner with only 1 chip working (mentioned earlier posts here).

Looks like "--freq=950" overrides the "--gc3355-freq=\\.\COM42:700"
How could i set one device lower/higher than all the rest without typing each individually?

Edit: OK. I got it. I needed to write individual freq before the overall.

Not sure thats true? I specify --freq first and my chips all seem to report the desired frequencies.

Quote
minerd-gc3355.exe --freq=850 --gc3355=\\.\COM1,\\.\COM2 --url=stratum+tcp://whatever.com:3333 --userpass=xxx.1:password --gc3355-freq=\\.\COM1:875,\\.\COM1:850:2,\\.\COM2:850:0,\\.\COM2:850:1,\\.\COM2:825:2,\\.\COM2:875:3,\\.\COM2:850:4,
pause

this gives the expected speeds:

Quote
[2014-04-30 17:28:03] 0@0: Set GC3355 core frequency to 875Mhz
[2014-04-30 17:28:03] 0@1: Set GC3355 core frequency to 875Mhz
[2014-04-30 17:28:03] 0@2: Set GC3355 core frequency to 850Mhz
[2014-04-30 17:28:03] 0@3: Set GC3355 core frequency to 875Mhz
[2014-04-30 17:28:03] 0@4: Set GC3355 core frequency to 875Mhz
[2014-04-30 17:28:03] 1@0: Set GC3355 core frequency to 850Mhz
[2014-04-30 17:28:03] 1@1: Set GC3355 core frequency to 850Mhz
[2014-04-30 17:28:04] 1@2: Set GC3355 core frequency to 825Mhz
[2014-04-30 17:28:04] 1@3: Set GC3355 core frequency to 875Mhz
[2014-04-30 17:28:04] 1@4: Set GC3355 core frequency to 850Mhz

I'm guessing I could actually remove --freq=850 from my bat file, as it is not needed, because I specify all my chip speeds individually thereafter.

Well, its holds true at least on my win8.1 mining rig. If i put individual freq after the overall, then individual freq does not work.
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GridSeed 5-chip USB miner voltage mod on: April 30, 2014, 05:29:10 PM
I have wierd anomaly with one gridseed 5chipper. It seems that only one out of 5chips is working. It hashes 80khs, but gives no HW errors.
I checked its PCB and saw no problems.
Any ideas?

Did you do a volt mod ...and which one...?

yeah, basic 2+2 dots solder together voltmod. Only one miner out of 72 is having this problem.

Sounds like a RMA...back to GAW...72 Gridseeds kit...right...?

I got the same kit delivered yesterday...best bang for the money... Wink
modding voids warranty!

Ofc. Im not going to bother with attempting to RMA it.
Anyway. I undid the voltmod and still no improvement. Double checked all PCB components and found nothing wrong again. Going to wash it with toothbrush and cleaner. If theres some physical disruption then washing cleans it up. If theres faulty component, then i will probably never find it. So washing is my last hope.  Cheesy

Just delete retries flag and it loops indefinately.

I would be interested of checking back the main pool from time to time. And switching over to it when it comes back online.

Minting estimates are calculated from your stake size, your stake coins age vs network stake size and network coins age. Its as good as it gets as estimation, but it will never be completely accurate.
Take it as an indicator which tells you if you are about to get interest payment soon.

My experience with minting icon is rather accurate. It told me that im about to get MINT in 3 days and it happened in about 3 days. So im happy with it.

New windows version is still broken. Only lists 0-29 devices and overall output numbers still showing 0 or - .
596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [GUIDE] GridSeed 5-Chip USB & Blade Miner Support/Tuning on: April 30, 2014, 09:47:02 AM
Yes, same for me. Two latest versions still freeze after some hours.
Im back to old version currently.

Yes, thanks wolfie.
So heres how you see scrolling info + all your devices if you have many of them.
1. launch cmd
2. drag your cmd window longer
2. navigate to your minerd
3. type your minerd.bat and enter.

Have fixed the freeze/stuck when the TUI is enabled (atleast I hope so), Win/Rpi binaries have been updated. Also fixed the compiling issue some of you had with the curses libs.

Testing, but still not getting more data  printed than the screenshot above. Should be enabled by default?

I have found the issue, it's when the terminal screen isn't large enough to display the stats/logs, hence that part isn't 'drawn' by curses. I will provide a fix that will automatically resize the terminal in case it's too small.

Hahah, I figured this myself and even posted it here, but later i modified the post, because i thought it was silly...  Grin
Anyway, thank you very much for the fix.

New version! If you have installed V1.9, you must install this one!

What's new in 1.9.1?
Quote
(1) fixes a critical bug introduced in V1.9 that prevented PoS block generation
(2) alert key updated for future usage

Windows (1.9.1): https://mega.co.nz/#!gUAUQZqI!tffLeJ1FD3nhnWXpnaDQ5Vxfcr_4EdsSsDXiNHCY4mw

Thanks for fast reaction!
I confirm. This version works perfectly and has all the latest adjustments!
Just minted nice interest a minute ago. Smiley

That is strange, should work without enabling anything. I see Wolfey2014 has the same problem.
It might be related to Win 8, if you have a Win 7 machine you can try there.

with --text flag minerd window prints text correctly. Somehow default option of printing frequencys and info for each miner gets ignored. I dont know if its win8 issue since wolfey screenshot shows several devices listed.
