Racism is the belief in the superiority of one race over another, which often results in discrimination and prejudice towards people based on their race or ethnicity. Racism has caused a lot of conflicts in the world. As of today, racism is one major challenge in football and Africans are the most victims of this.
182  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate a person to work? on: January 29, 2018, 06:17:41 AM
To motivate a person to work: Tell people exactly what you want them to do. Limit the amount of time or effort that you're asking for. Share in the sacrifice. Appeal to their emotions. Give people multiple reasons for doing what you want them to do. Be the change you want to inspire. Give reward for every job well done.
183  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What should be done to eliminate corruption? on: January 29, 2018, 06:06:40 AM
The first thing we should take note is that, stopping corruption begins with individual. Corruption is not in government alone, it starts from different homes to different offices. We need to Change our mindset. Anytime we try to bend the normal protocol of something, then we are corrupt. Proper education should be given to the youths on anti-graft war, stiffer penalties should given to corrupt officials - I suggest public display of their death penalty.
Before you do anything, if you have this though in you that "this thing I want to do, in what way will it affect others or my neighbour"  then we will have a second thought before embarking on such action. Stopping corruption is a collective efforts.

186  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Money can buy happiness? on: January 28, 2018, 08:44:37 PM
I think it depends on individual perspective. In my own perspective, money can buy happiness to a large extent, it depends on how and on what we the money. Even the Holy Bible said "money answers all things". Money can actually bring happiness to a very large extent if we spend it in the right direction, if we use it to help others that are in need. However, I'm of the opinion that money can't bring all the happiness we need in life.

190  Other / Off-topic / Re: WHY MANY OF YOU ARE POOR on: January 25, 2018, 04:52:02 PM
There are a lot of reasons why many of us are poor - background from where we come from, level of education. However, one important thing is how we respond to information. Recently I was telling someone about bitcoin investment, the person said I should go ahead and do it that he is not interested in the money he cannot see, he said is a fraud, I left his place that day feeling sorry for him.

A lot of things can cause sleeplessness: the workload, state of the mind, slickness and so on. We must try to find what is the actual cause of the sleeplessness. If it is not the one external cause please consult your doctor
192  Other / Off-topic / Re: I'm in love with someone else's girlfriend on: January 24, 2018, 08:45:22 PM
That's serous. However, you can give it a trial to approach the girl but she must not be girlfriend of one of your friends. If the girl found you better in love and care than her boyfriend, you can have your way but if she is true love with her boyfriend and her boyfriend loves her the same, please don't cause trouble and search for your own. Girls plenty for world now.
193  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best life lesson you learned on: January 23, 2018, 09:02:56 PM
Best lesson I have learnt in life is that when you are angry, try as much as possible to control yourself. Everybody gets angry in one way or the other but an uncontrolled anger can destroy the work of many years within a very short time.

Riding while drunk is a very dangerous practice. If you must drive don't get drunk and if you must get drunk don't drive. Prevention is always better than cure.
