Is there any chance to reduce the minimum withdrawal amount? As you have reduced the faucet amount and Contest amount, I think it's a fair decision to reduce the min withdrawal amount too.
I believe that is not an option, cause it was made for a reason. Paradice reduced the faucet amount and daily Regatta prize pool because of the BTC price encrease.
