641  Economy / Economics / Re: The drying oil on: April 22, 2020, 07:41:10 AM
Well, it was coming just around the corner...
People don't need to use that much oil today (Electric transport, alternative energy).
I just counted for myself, and it appears it's cheaper to get a solar electrostation rather than paying electricity bill 3 - 4 years
642  Economy / Economics / Re: Stimulus package drop in coinbase on: April 22, 2020, 07:39:10 AM
Most pumps are done by really big whales. I feel like at this point of time (a month) we won't see a gigapump but it's coming...

644  Economy / Economics / Re: Stimulus checks perfect storm for massive crypto bull run? on: April 20, 2020, 09:27:48 AM
It all depends on public opinion. If people will believe that investing in crypto right now is a safe harbour -- there will be a significant pump to main cryptos. At least it's more likely that people will hold, since they won't need to exchange to cover daily expenses.
645  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of banking industry in blockchain on: April 20, 2020, 08:33:14 AM
I had high hopes for NEXO as an alternative (blockchain) banking system, but heard they got some problems with the law in the US soil which affected some of their investors.
I believe we can make the banking industry in blockchain as our future, if we will use some crypto for daily transaction (buying basic items, paying for services). Until that, we have to deal with exchanges, banks and the traditional payment systems.
646  Economy / Economics / Re: Can One Sentence End the Financial Crisis? on: April 20, 2020, 06:31:59 AM
Yeah well, not going to happen. It's not like the US treasury has a lot of gold now. There's a lot of paper dollar money, but that's it  Grin
647  Economy / Economics / Re: How many people have been panic selling? I didn't. on: April 20, 2020, 06:30:48 AM
My rule is to never ever sell crypto when it's falling. Prices usually stabilize and climb back up even with a sharp fall.
648  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin is made for times like these why is everyone selling at a time like.. on: April 17, 2020, 01:43:06 PM
If bitcoin is made for times like these why is everyone selling at a time like this?
China quarantined fiat FFS.
This tells me 100% BTC is only a financial purpose and not a practical purpose overall.

Just venting a little. This selloff is nuts.

It is exactly made for situations like these, but you got to understand the timing. Right now FIAT is still credible for purchases, and people do need FIAT to purchase supplies and such.

Then it is not the time, right?

Besides the fact that the pandemic is there, Bitcoin is not that currency that would be accepted that quickly. From being decentralized and being volatile, the government might disagree with it. People are not just using fiat since it is the fastest way to buy for their essentials but also because some of those people are not aware of the existence of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

I believe now is a good time to buy BTC, XRP, ETH. These all must grow in these conditions, BTC is still relevant and seen as a crypto to hold money in long time. XRP can be used for instant daily transactions

650  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold prices extend rally, surge by most in 11 years on: April 16, 2020, 11:38:00 AM
Countries (Especially USA) will be printing money, so it's expected to see this happening.
People will start losing trust to USD and move to other assets, including gold and crypto.
651  Economy / Economics / Re: China will rule world as economy king after crisis end? on: April 16, 2020, 11:25:26 AM
China and the US been struggling for decades, and so far China were winning in numbers, by buying the USA tax payers by providing loans to USA. The reason USA even needed these loans are in part because of an economy war between China and the USA. Currently at least 10% of taxes american taxpayer pays goes directly to maintain the loan.

The funny thing will happen when the US will declare that 1$USD = 0. I always found hilarious the fact that the USA has trillions of debt, but in the US dollar that they can print.

Either way we can only assume how this crisis will affect us for the next 1 or 2 years, but really what people should wonder about is what the world will look like in 5 years, and how to prepare for it.
652  Economy / Economics / Re: China’s second corona wave can it crush it’s economy? on: April 16, 2020, 11:18:34 AM
I think at this point of time China is the last country we have to worry about. They have a strict government which will enforce the self-isolation when the second wave hits, and their economy can be reformed to real socialism (like venezuella) rather easily.

I heard something about china having some economy bubbles that are about to pop back in 2015. Anyone has any info about that?
653  Economy / Economics / Re: Proposed Bill Would Give Americans $2,000 A Month Until Economy Recovers on: April 16, 2020, 11:16:03 AM
With this amount of new USD money in the economy, I believe the BTC and other main cryptos will fly us quickly.
654  Economy / Economics / Re: The Corona Pandemic economic guessing game on: April 15, 2020, 11:09:01 AM

The third world country will be the one that will be hit hard, I am part of a third world country and the government cannot keep up, with dole and to sustain people who are out of work because of COVID, right now our government is thinking of selling their properties and the world bank already lend us, if this continue the third world country will have a recession and will go bankrupt.

That sounds terrible.

Many countries like my own were barely holding, and now that this crisis just started it becomes really hard for the world economy to keep existing as existed before.

A few critical points...

You're right! Although the formula works as intended, the description may be a bit wrong which is why your calculation results were wrong.
Thanks for noticing. It's a minor description error, while the calculations are correct.

To make sure everything is correct, you can place a bet, click on (i) icon in your bets and check the calculation for the specific bet there by clicking "View calculation". It should display the exact and correct calculation for each specific bet.

Going back to this site, you still have no online stats shown? I am just curious how many people are playing now as I've seen this site started. Actually, I have some satoshis sitting there owed to their faucet and won some. Also, is your PRDC only exchangeable within your casino or is it available in exchanges?

Feel welcome to visit us and check how we updated the interface of our website, and the cool new features.

There's no public stats, but you can see the players making bets live. These are all real players, we don't use bots or play with fake statistics like some of the other projects.

Welcome and Good Luck!

Online stats is not that important imho, do you think that it is a must feature of a gambling site? Afaik there are still many sites without online users stats. Coming up to PRDC coin, is there even a way to exchange it on the site? I cant find any feature to exchange it, it is also not a withdrawable coin so it is clear that you wont find any exchanges to convert PRDC.

PRDC coin can't be exchanged at this point, and currently don't serve any specific function. Soon users will be able to pay commission fees using this coin, and we also plan to use it in future contests.

Good to this gambling site because it's offer affiliate tp the player who are invite another players. Im not inviting player but for the people who wants to earn money they can invite . I want to know is there is a limitation of inviting? Because what if a player can invite more than 100 and all of them is active player it is okay?  Automated withdrawals is one of the best features that I saw to this.

Hello!

There are No limits to amount of people you can invite.
We guarantee payment commission from their bets, no matter how many players there are and how large are their bets.
Feel welcome to participate in our referral program and earn with us today!

657  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅ Paradice.in | 🍀 Provably Fair Casino 🎲 | Big Faucet | 1% House Edge 💰| on: April 14, 2020, 07:49:47 AM

Uhuh. That said, if I have 1 BTC wagered the 0.1% commission would be 0.01 BTC, if my math is correct. Interesting. Cheesy

Yep. The affiliate managers receive a good compensation from their referrals, and we provide higher referral percentage to partners who provide high amount of referrals.
658  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic Coronvirus Impact On Global economy on: April 13, 2020, 09:07:43 AM
Crypto economy is a "backup plan" for many people who are aware of this tool and aware of the situation with today's world economy.
If SHTF everyone will use bitcoin just like nuka-cola caps in the Fallout series.
659  Economy / Economics / Re: The Corona Pandemic economic guessing game on: April 13, 2020, 09:06:12 AM
In my opinion all countries with high populated cities will suffer from this long term.
All developed nations will be forced to use their tax money to save lives, take credits from thier children. Those countries who were barely surviving with low income population and corrupted governments can turn into chaos.
So stock on some toilet paper, and hope that the vaccine will be found soon.

The potential backlash to the US economy will be terrible. If they don't provide help to the citizens - they will be forced to go out to work, to pay their rent just to keep a roof on top of their heads.
