I'd say a lack of education and corruption. A self centered view of the world creates wealth for few and leaves many behind.
I think its also something historicall as many countries have been exploited and have often been left alone to repair the damages themselves which they were not able to handle

I still believe in ICOs right now even if I can't say something for certain like this ICO has exceeded my expectations of it. Although I still believe in them, I see those who are quite new ICO starting by this month to be not that trustworthy but still they might still be profitable to invest into so there's no harm in taking risk and investing onto those new ICOs who knows maybe a certain ICO running now would be very successful in the future.

 Bitcoin could not be a main income because it is not stable. It is just another source of income when you invest or join a bounty that pay bitcoin or you are working online which is the payment is bitcoin.  I spend my money from bitcoin to fulfill my needs. Also i like to spend it specially on food and to fill my hobbies, and also spend on my project fee

500$ is too small to invest in altcoin in the top 10 and bitcoin. I think we should have a risky choice. invest in ico,.. but on the other way if we can't afford $500 is a good start. I start with less... I would split 50% ETH and BTC and the rest split with low market cap altcoins.
