We combined all the previous news and new ones into this text. We closely follow the questions you ask us and update our FAQ. For ease of familiarization, we divided it into subsections.

Thank you for your interest, sincere participation and support!

SUPPORT
When will the support portal be launched?
The launch of the support portal on the new site is scheduled for 10/09/2017

OLD SITE
Are the old deposit addresses relevant to the Koins?
These addresses are no longer relevant and coins sent to these addresses will not be credited. All new addresses will be generated on the new service.

ACCESS TO THE SITE
Do not come letters to the post office?
Check the spam folder, most likely the message came under the filter.

Is it possible to organize an input with an untethered two-factor, without the possibility of output to view the balance?
No, there is no such possibility.

SECURITY
Cases of phishing emails on e-mail have become more frequent.
We officially declare that we do not send any emails for verification, please do not open the files and do not click on the links.

Update security settings
1. Your password has been force-relieved. At the login, it is necessary to generate a new password or use the password that we will create for you, for this there is a separate function.
2. Edit 2ph, delete the old key and create a new one.
3. Check the list of white IP and delete inactive or out-of-date IP.

RETURN OF FUNDS
"When will the payment of available funds begin?"
"How to withdraw funds now?"
"In which koins will the Fiat be converted from my balance?"
All information is available at https://btc-e.nz/refund

"I made a request to withdraw funds and did not receive them, what should I do?"
1. Make sure that it's really been 72 hours.
2. Make sure that we have no news about delays and technical problems, here https://btc-e.nz/news
3. If the first two paragraphs are positive, write a personal message to the user support - here https://btc-e.nz/messages

What about the funds that were used in the PAMM accounts?
We expect the receipt of correct data on PAMM accounts on 11/09/2017. After that, until 15.09.2017 the funds will be credited to the account of users. If funds are not credited to you, you must write a ticket.

Sweet! Thank you very much erk for posting the info. I was holding out long as I could to think things over to take the deal or not. Cleared up a lot of the decisions. So people can register, trade, and withdraw as non verified! I guess US Citizen are okay to deal business on the new exchange since no verification is needed unless you deposit and take out fiat and there is no mention on blocking IPS from USA.

I've read the FAQ, and it was in the bitcointalk post, but did not get moved when the FAQ was added on btce.  Where did the NO us resident information go?  Is this still in effect or has it been changed?

Yeah I am trying to locate that old post as well. BTC-E saying "No longer accepting/serving US Citizens". Looks like they deleted it for some reason and now they are just not providing an answer to any updates or FAQ on btc-e.nz

If btc-e just communicated better it would make the decision a lot easier for those people (US Citizens and other banned countries on the list) to take the 55%. Also their plan on Verified vs Non Verified accounts for withdrawal.

Feels like Btc-e just leaving this info out on purpose to shake out the weaker hands out.
5  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC-e hacked ?? on: September 03, 2017, 02:22:14 PM
So are US citizens not welcomed to the new exchange? I cannot find any new info whether or not we are accepted and the old post from BTC-e on the Russian sub forum on bitcointalk saying "no longer serving usa" post has been deleted. I've also checked the FAQ on there website and there is no mention about banning US Citizen either.
6  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC-e hacked ?? on: September 02, 2017, 12:48:47 AM
If geolocation bans we're worst case, I'd be fine with that and try to continue to use the service.  But I'm afraid there will be more than that with the new exchange.  The fact it says you can trade without being verified gives a little hope though.

That's the problem, though. We would have to operate on hope. Personally, I'd prefer to continue using the service (after withdrawing most assets) and waiting on token redemption while trading the tokens.

I was happy to see that bit about no verification to trade also, but they are dangling this vague threat of KYC while already banning US residents. I think if they give us the option, we need to cut and run. It almost feels like this is the *wink wink nod nod* to US peoples to GTFO without verification while you can.

That is the BIG issue. The whole new investment firm AML/KYC thing and actually banning US residents IP. I couldn't login until I use a VPN. Who knows if they really will step it up. But yes I also agree and get the feeling that this is BTC_E way of (WINK WINK GTFO and take out whatever you can). I really loved using the exchange and happily continue dealing business with BTC-E return but looks like it is time to move onto another.
7  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC-e hacked ?? on: September 02, 2017, 12:03:41 AM
FeelsBadMan for those who are US Citizen and other countries that are IP banned. Either we take the %55 and lose %45 tomorrow (no verification required I think) or take the chance on the fully relaunch to get the %45 tokens but chances are that maybe the requirement for verification can affect the withdrawal and end up losing everything.

Hopefully BTC-E can give more detail about it later.

Yes I heard there will be different tiers for accountants. Unverified can trade and take out certain amount daily. Only issue will be if they decided to step up there game on banning Geo location IPs

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Help! SGminer not working. on: February 16, 2014, 05:40:12 AM
This is my first mining rig with 6 r9 270x. I've followed the steps on how to create the .bat file for it. When I double click the .bat to get it running, it will load for 10 seconds counting down than the miner just closes. It was working fine when I used 4.0.0. Today I updated it to 4.1.0 and its not working; I went back to 4.0 but now that doesn't work either.
11  Bitcoin / Mining support / Why does my mining rig shutdown/black screen? on: February 05, 2014, 05:21:55 AM
This is my first mining rig that I build.

Spec:
Gigabyte Intel Z77 LGA 1155
Intel Celeron G1620 2.70GHz
(2) Kingston Hyper X 4GB
SanDisk SSD 32GB
Enermax MaxREVO 1350Watt Gold Plus
(4) Sapphire R9 270x Vapor-x
(4) 1x-16x Riser
Window 8.1

The mining rig will run about 45min-90min than it will shutdown/black screen. I also hear my GPU fan making louder noise when it goes black screen. I'm using a custom build open air case and using a box fan to cool it with windows open.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Why is one of my GPU giving low hashrates? *Newbie* on: February 04, 2014, 03:53:25 PM
watts of psu?

Enermax MAXREVO 1350Watt

GPU 0 is rendering the GUI from the OS so some of its power goes there.

Still new. How do I make it not render it from the OS?
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Why is one of my GPU giving low hashrates? *Newbie* on: February 04, 2014, 07:49:59 AM
First off, I'm new to the whole scrypt mining and just build my first mining rig with 4 Sapphire R9 270x. Issue I have is GPU 0 is giving me between 10-50 hashrate with 4-14 HW. I was able to run all of them fine at around 485 k/hash. I've tried setting the Intensity and TC lower but that didn't work.
14  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much PSU Watts would I need to run 6 Radeon R9 280x/290x? on: December 22, 2013, 01:39:52 AM
According to this review, R9 290x uses an average of 246w = 1476w for 6 cards.
Max consumption could be 315w = 1890w for 6 cards.
Plus other system components, I would say get 2 PSUs.

First, thank you to everyone who has answered.

I see; guess Ill be purchasing 2 1250 WATT PSU.
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much PSU Watts would I need to run 6 Radeon R9 280x/290x? on: December 22, 2013, 12:54:09 AM
yes, maybe you can run it but it's risky, i prefeer to buy 2 PSU, maybe 1 PSU 1200 will run 4, but 6 i dont think so.. maybe it can explode hahaha

Well I was thinking of getting a 1600 Watt PSU or 2000 Watt PSU. I think 2,000 Watt will be a overkill.
16  Other / Beginners & Help / How much PSU Watts would I need to run 6 Radeon R9 280x/290x? on: December 22, 2013, 12:38:04 AM
Will I need to buy 2 PSU to run 6 GPU's on one motherboard?

Adding some extra questions. Should I just go with 4 GPU's per mining rig or go with 6?
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello everyone! Got a question; how do I start making profit from mining? on: December 21, 2013, 05:41:23 AM
Well I feel really stupid. I put 8 dollars instead of 8 cents... haha >.>
18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello everyone! Got a question; how do I start making profit from mining? on: December 21, 2013, 05:09:48 AM
There are coins you can make a profit from.

http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency

Say you pick worldcoin. Then with a AMD Radeon HD 7950 at 650 KH/s you'd be making $12.62 a day. The electricity costs at $.1 KW/h are $1.06 cents a day (assuming a pull 440 watts). Meaning you are still making $11.56 a day.

That is profit.

--GarbageName
Wait... how did you get that? I don't really understand how the cost of KW/h works yet haha. I tried going on Coinwarz.com and did there calculator. This is what I put in:

2500.00 KH/s
1350 Watt
8.00 Power Cost... not too sure what to put in here.

Profit by the end of the day is -9.02

Unless Im doing something wrong here.

19  Other / Beginners & Help / Hello everyone! Got a question; how do I start making profit from mining? on: December 21, 2013, 04:05:15 AM
How is everyone paying there electricity bill? Unless your getting free electricity or cheap, I don't see how anyone can make any profit from just mining. I was planning to mine some coins and see how it goes.
