We need exchange...dev should ask poloniex to add MON
We already asked CoinedUp to add MON so please add your comments and upvote at http://www.reddit.com/r/CoinedUp/comments/24yk8a/please_add_mon_vtc_team_release_mergemined_on_vtc/ if you want it to be added. To be honest, I don't really consider it that appropriate in general for us to be asking exchanges to add MON - the community should be doing that. If you want to trade MON on Poloniex, why don't you ask them? I'm sure everyone in the dev team would be happy to support such a request. Fair enough. I've sent pm to busoni(owner of Poloniex),so will see. |

If I were you I would wait for coinedup and other exchanges to add MON. Diff slowly rising,only 80k have been mined so far,no premine,fair launch,support from vertcoin team,first merged minable coin...it will be worth more than 1 btc. Just my opinion |

I am selling 100 MON at .45 BTC.
I just sold some an hour and a half ago for this.
You sold too cheaply my friend. There are only 8M coins, diff is going to match VTC soon. Well in that case if diff of VTC=diff MON,price should be 10x of VTC price...but that is just a theory,maybe in the few months. |

I just sold 225 MON (half of my stash) today for a total of 0.9 BTC and I'm beginning to wonder if I sold too cheap.
Wow, that much? I have almost 1000MON, maybe I should sell. It is pretty hard to mine MON and there is only 8.4 millions. 10x less then Vert...can you imagine how hard it will be to mine MON when all vtc miners start merged mining with MON. I've bought 100 MON from bholzer and I would suggest you to sell only one part to cover expenses. |

What's the hurry about  if you get on the market will come many new miners who do not believe in the currency, and they will mining only to sell Couldn't agree more. I wish there was a rule that all new coins could not be listed on exchanges for 6+ months. To many people jump on fad coins for no reason. You should be mining for the long term How much MON have you mined? I have only 10...but I belive that merged mining will be the future and MON is the first one. Also it has nice steady grow which is very promising. |

This is not first merged minable coin. First one is Monoclecoin and it doesnt have any premine+it has website+it has support from vertcoin dev team+it has a lot of support from community+it has pools.
