Did I understand it correctly, coin code (x11 + pos) was coded by a contractor, and "xcode" is coded by atcsecure?
Hiring a contractor to start your coin is ok in itself I guess, but what happens when you run into problems with the coin code and the contractor is fully booked for a week?
Than you pretend to be someone else. Come on. Most people think they know who he is, but have still no clue. There is no chance anyone will code what he wants. Hes buying time untill everything vanish in the air. At leas id fraud is something you could use in a case.. When he didnt "gave up" his anonymous on purpose, it would be way different. most of the new (XLB,XC,NAUT) pump & dump coins are scam, in my opinion - the BLACK COIN is the most safe investment in the short/long time...

So I am pasting this here since a legitimate question such as this cannot be asked in the XC thread and gets immediatelly deleted by the moderators. Here's a recent statement by the XC developer. This completely decentralized solution is the objective of the REV2 release - each week, we will be releasing an update that improves on the previous release. I am looking forward to bringing this solution to the community and in parallel to this effort I am continuing to push into the other solutions previously mentioned. These other ideas and concepts require a business like mindset to be accomplished and bring to market. Those pieces will slowly come together over the next several months.
100% of my time & energy is focused into this vision, and making it a success. This is the reason why I have been less active online recently and I don't want to end up divorced over this as my wife says she hasn't seen me in over a month.
A lot has been accomplished in a very, very short amount of time, and its been an interesting adventure so far. I want to thank all of those who have helped make that happen. Rome wasn't built in a day but I'm confident in the solution and vision.

Why was the initial statement about working anonymous transactions and xnodes changed from three weeks time to "Those pieces will slowly come together over the next several months". Wasn't the excitement about the coin and big price surge mainly due to the fact that the implementation was supposed to be in an advanced state already and ready to be released in just a few weeks? Isn't the sudden change of the timeframe admitting to lying to the community and inverstors about the state the coin is? If you pretent to master something, but you dont, you race against the clock and have to count on others. He finds out now that its nearly impossible to find a programmer mastering the skills. I think he just changed the initial idea for asic technology company (he wrote it about one year ago, while "dan" works at atc corp for 3 year plus following his linkedin). Beside this, atccorp is a woman owned enterprise according to "about us" on their website.
Im quite sure both dan and atccorp are fake and they use adam (who recently went to deepspace) for their clones. It would be a nice breaktrough if we can prove nor dan nor atccorp are real, and people can start finding the real fraudulent identity (if dan appears to be fake, atcsecure is a hardcore scammer). He made too many faults so it shouldnt be hard to find the real atcsecure...
My advise to big bagholders: make sure you have a copy from his posthistory since you can find a lot of details you can use when you want to trace him. Quite sure he will remove soon.

Looks like one group throws a lot of horses in the game and we cannot deny they, untill now, know how to mislead people here. Also if there is one ultimate reason to audit the code...is to know that BOTH Evan or Dan aren't fed honey pots To make something like coinjoin work is problematic for various reasons as it has many weaknesses and requires multiple work-arounds or tradeoffs. There is a reason why coins that try to do what DRK has done, fail. Libertycoin hired a dev with a bounty and failed. They are assigning it to "chinese software company". XC is just a centralized mixer a la fedoracoin. Who has decentralized mixer? Oh, yes, noone except Darksend. DarkSend will be opensourced after RC4 + bugfixes. That's the public development plan. Asic technology company (atcsecure) is racing against the clock. If one cannot code, instead creates fake id to gain some trust, and try to create decentralized coin mixer, what is the chance he can find someone capable doing it? As far as i found, this is nearly impossible in a reasonable timespan... As Anonymint said: Coinjoin is a can of worms to make it work. Evan has been trying various versions since February and altering the code continuously so that problems arising in one implementation can be fixed in the next one. There is "somewhat" of an experiential knowledge headstart in this department. If XC dev is legit and he tries to do what he promises to do, expect problems of one sort or the other that will need time to get fixed. It's not something that can be done in a week or two. If the price gets ahead of the product, then people will declare it problematic even if it is in active development. If you would need to outsource this, what would is cost roughly and could you get it perfect working guaranteed? |
