for me now eth would be a good bet i think.
not only because the most devs are working on it.
the satoshi value is super low.
and there should be the update beginning on 2020
and i am sure if they can handle the update (what i think)
that they will raise in satoshi value against bitcoin.

there will be better bets than ethereum.
but risk / reward ratio is quite good at the moment i would say (btc dominance almost 66% atm)

maybe a good strategy could be,...
checking good ratings from older icos,... which dumpt dramaticly in price.
with a little bit of chart analysis,... there could be maybe some money to be made!!

dyor,... its just a way how i am thinking.
the problem is,... that people invested in icos,...
but before they invested there had been some seed investors,... grabbing the same coin for maybe 20% of its ico value.
they are maybe lockedup for a while,...
but if they are able to sell,... they will sell.

think about that like these.
the prive of the ico coin is down 50%,... but the seed investers just did 2.5x retunr on there seed invest.

i think we reached a market cap from bitcoin now with 55% which will not rise back to 80%
so if you are having good altcoins.
i wouldnt convert it to btc at the moment.

NEO 16usd
Zilliqua with 0,03

and a riski bet,... i hear so much at the moment from it.

and there are always many coins which they are talking.
but there is often ELASTOS on the board!! (it still sits around 90 on coinmarket cap)
i like many youtubers. but on of the honest ones for me is Crypto Lark.
I really belive he is a super honest one and has a lot of tec knowhow.
and he as well loves the project.

there will be really less coins which can do a x 100 from now on the next 3 years.
there will be some hidden gems.
so if you wanna gamble,... do it.

cant predict.
its that cheap at the moment.
and i think its having a lot of trust and lot of devs working on it.
i think in way of risk and growth one of the best platforms out at the moment.

to be honest.
i dont think we are going down to around 3000.
why? => the stock markets are getting problems at the moments.
everybody knows that fiat money is just a big pump thing.
so smart investors are starting to think about where to give your money.
do you really wanna give money to some government bonds,...
maybe.
but they are not betting the total money on one horse.
i think,.. that crypto is on their radar.
and if you see the hashpower,... it means,... crypto was getting more trustful.
(i know 70% miners from china!)
so there could be some money going to crypto
and for them its great to see the prices are dropping to step in cheaper.
but i think there is some sentiment on the market which is saying to them.
okey the price is now lets say 5800 usd,... thats a nice entry point
if the market is going down more,... there are more smart people coming and investing in this asset.

both are not the fastest blockchains.
there are so many more projects out there which are having better products.
why they are not better positioned? => TRUST.

bitcoin and eth could develop much more faster.
but they are not allowed to make mistakes.
so if you wanna have a clean product it will take soooo much time.

BUT,... you can not buy trust,... you just could work on it.
and ethereum to me looks like it is having a lot of trust!!
eos is so much faster (i am holding eos!) but more as a hedge.
but there voting model is sure scaring really good projects,... because they know if there are 11 of the 21 masternodes are saying,... we dont like anything on our chain,... they could (potentielly destroy it)

i like the way they are working.
they dont do big shoutouts!

i am not sure if eth can beat bitcoin (if there is a bug in bitcoins code,... maybe)
if there is a government coin coming out (FEDCOIN ) ,... maybe bitcoin is getting problems.

cryptospace is developing slowly!
and if something needs time,... then because it will be made as good as possible.
i like it that eth is open source,... so everybody can see the code,...
of course,... other project can copy the code.
and make something better out of it.
but in the end TRUST will win.
and ETH is having the biggest developer community,... (bigger than bitcoin if i am not wrong - plz let me know)

i think eth will rise in satioshi value to bitcoin!!
we are so far down on the ground at the moment!

and if we want / will live in a decentral world,...
and i think it will take time,... but eth will scaling later great!

if casper is coming,...
there will be masternodes (there was some rumours,... with around 1000 eth. you can run a masternode)
this will push up the price radicly.
(just think,... in todays world you get interest rates around 0-2%)
and if you see ethereum as TRUSTFULL.
there will be big money coming in and take the rates from the masternode.
and if there will be some usage for ethereum (and i am sure there will be in future!!)
that there will be a lot of people who wanna be part of it.

but i think the quality ico projects still love etherem,... because ethereum is in there minde the most trustworth system.
maybe its now not that far than other platforms.
but it is (when i am not wrong) from the algorythm which is provides the most secure one (after bitcoin)
eos is fast,... (and i am as well holding some) but with the 21 nodes,... there could be some problems with the voting.

and the erc 20 standard is nowdays that common that it is easy for the people to join.

i was just watching for a working sportsbetting platform on blockchain,...
to bet a little on blockchain.
but honestly - i have read about at least 20 icos,... but there is nothing out working now!!
(there are websits accepting crypto - but nothing based on blockhain technology)

there is so much inpriced at the moment,... which is not real.
but this is often in tec environment,... that there is a lot of speculation because time is running super fast in tec branche.

so in my opinion,... its a good idea to buy some stuff now.
but be patient.
it could take longer than you think.
