81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Crypto end? on: April 03, 2018, 08:23:16 AM
No, the reason for that is that crypto currencies are decentralized currencies with no single point of operation. Thus even if the governments shut down the currency in one part of the world the currency will still be working just fine everywhere.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good amount to invest? on: April 03, 2018, 08:21:06 AM
Let me tell you that $3k isn't small and many people would die to be able to have that much amount to invest into crypto. And for your question, any amount that you can afford to lose is good enough to invest into the crypto markets.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My $36,000 Invesment Turned Out Now $12,000 - Still Holding on: April 02, 2018, 08:59:28 AM
At this point selling any of your coins wont make any sense too. As you will be losing a hefty amount of your money. Thats why never go all in. Always try to daily cost average and don't let the FOMO take over. It was your FOMO that got you in this position in the first place.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust Tether? on: April 02, 2018, 08:56:49 AM
I don't trust them nor should anyone hodl large amounts of money in USDT. But for small amounts I think Tether is pretty useful. Also so much money into the hands of a single company is very risky and whenever something goes wrong it is going to be catastrophic.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monthly income and Bank account statement for a KYC on: April 02, 2018, 08:52:03 AM
Someone has to be a fool to give the ICOs their personal documents and bank records as these ICOs have no regulatory over watch and the amount of exit scams happening in ICOs is mind boggling. Just recently two ICOs got hacked and the KYC data of their users got stolen. I wouldn't want my personal data into the hands of hackers and scammers.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Asking if Bitcoin is Dead on: April 02, 2018, 08:42:47 AM
Its their first bubble pop, expect them to behave like this. Also this much volatility is not normal outside the crypto markets. It would actually be catastrophic in the traditional markets if a currency or stock drops by this much.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH discussion !!! on: April 02, 2018, 08:41:01 AM
You asked on the wrong day. But I expect the price of ETH to stay above $300. If it flash crashes below that price level then I don't think it will stay below that price for more than few hours. The current prices are at rock bottom and a steal.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price recovering slowly on: March 31, 2018, 03:48:39 PM
I don't see how you are saying that the price is recovering. The price is still at the lowest point this year and is likely going to drop further. Theres a nice chance that Ethereum will break its ATH again either this year or the next but I'm not sure the price is going to recover so soon.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Red. bad is your portofolio affected? on: March 31, 2018, 03:46:11 PM
Started buying two months ago and now at 60% loss. I'm a hodler and only invested the amount that I will be fine losing, so I'm not really panicked or in worry about the prices of my coins. All my coins have strong fundamentals and are going to give me big returns in the long term.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is still Ok to invest in Etherium on: March 31, 2018, 03:43:54 PM
I hope you didn't invest into Ethereum at that price as you would have bought at the top then. Although I would say now is a good time to invest that amount into Ethereum as it is at rock bottom prices right now and the price wont go much lower than this.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ICO die in 2018? on: March 28, 2018, 08:26:39 AM
I don't think the ICOs are going to die this early. But yeah more and more countries are going to ban them and then try to regulate them like China. Also the recent social media bans for ICO ads is a positive news for the crypto markets.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is still legit? on: March 26, 2018, 08:57:54 AM
Frankly speaking you cant. Just in the past month two ICOs got hacked and lost the KYC documents submitted by their users. Now think about your personal documents getting hacked and getting into the hands of criminals. Also most of the ICOs launched last year have failed and this years ICO condition is far worse than last year.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Etherium is stagnant? on: March 26, 2018, 08:55:15 AM
Just look at the Ethereum price one year ago and then tell me if the return Ethereum gave in the last year wasn't good enough for you? Do you expect the price to just keep on going up. The current price drop is nothing but a market correction and is healthy for the markets,
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 seems like a good year for ALTCOIN on: March 25, 2018, 11:27:01 AM
I think you wouldn't say that anymore. Its been bloody for the altcoins this year. With Bitcoin making it pretty clear of who the king is. Also the talks of Ethereum taking over Bitcoin and flippening are over. But right now is the best time to get into altcoins as the prices are at bottom right now and will increase once the price of bitcoin stabilizes.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: top 5 coins under a $0.50 on: March 25, 2018, 11:24:43 AM
Its not the price that matters but the market cap. You are looking at a coin the wrong way. Its doesn't matter if the coin is $100 but if it has a small market cap then it has more potential than a coin with $0.5 as price and high market cap.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is cryptocurrecy a money laundering tool for criminals? on: March 25, 2018, 11:23:04 AM
This is one of the dumbest analogies I have read. If cryptocurrency is used for money laundering then tell me is cash also not used for it? Does that makes cash a tool for criminals to launder their money? You need to look at crypto with how it can change the world and get out of your mentality.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: social networks in 2018 bounty on: March 24, 2018, 03:39:40 PM
The social networks didn't go against the cryptocurrency ads but the FBI and other government agencies forced them to ban crypto ads. Also it is good that the social networks banned crypto ads as most of these ads were used to promote scams and were being used for phising.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think we will start seeing more or less altcoins in the future? on: March 24, 2018, 03:37:34 PM
Yes, once people realize that most of the altcoins are nothing but clones and copy pasted shit coins they will stop buying them. Also since there are many new users entering the markets they aren't aware of many things and once they are knowledgeable enough they will stop investing in those coins.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All coins are now dying, what do you think? on: March 23, 2018, 05:15:22 PM
Only the shit coins are dieing and I don't see coins with strong fundamentals dieing. Don't know what makes you think that all the coins are dieing. Thats why you do your research before investing your money into any coin and see that it has a working product and real world use case.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bill gates says cryptocurrency is bad on: March 23, 2018, 05:09:19 PM
Why does it matters so much what he thinks? Hes just a guy who is regretting not getting in early into bitcoin despite knowing about it. And now just trying to release his anger by talking shit about bitcoin. Also since he doesn't has any stake in the crypto world he is disappointed.
