101  Economy / Economics / Re: Friends reactions to crypto currencies? on: September 08, 2018, 12:34:58 PM
they think its to risky and when they know about the profit, i have their interest, but they are too lazy to learn from zero, they just want the profit but they don't want to learn about it
102  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Fiat - this is how I see the future on: September 07, 2018, 12:13:33 PM
At a time where I see currencies moving away from cash to digital I think the reason is partly so that governments can control the flow of their currency more particularly for laundering. They can possibly gain more taxation from a cashless currency because cash cannot be fully traced. If i sell my car for cash to another individual the government dont get any revenue from that because it is not traceable.

So in a governments aim to control our money it will leave a big opening for bitcoin and other decentralised crypto to exist along with fiat and will allow people to "trade" anonymously with each other over a completely independent infrastructure.
because of this anonymously trading this feature makes digital currency the perfect tool for criminal transactions. Just like drug dealers and other unscrupulous individuals use cash to avoid detection, transactions made with Bitcoin and others like it are virtually untraceable. This could be a reason for some governments to declare Bitcoin transactions illegal in their countries.
103  Economy / Economics / Re: I almost lost my rock solid regular job because of crypto on: September 07, 2018, 12:07:22 PM
Like the title says, i almost lost my regular job as a software developer today when my boss reviewed my work. The job has been able to economically provide a comfortable life for me and losing it would really be a big hit to my income. I almost lost it because i spent so much time learning about everything crypto (mining, trading, bounties, etc.).

Has anyone else experienced this? I just feel pretty lucky I was given another chance and want to remind other people that having a regular job is much better than relying on the volatility of cryptocurrencies. Make sure you prioritize your work!

in my opinion don't take crypto in a full time, if you take most of your time inn crypto it means you want to change in your career path, financial freedom or even cutting ties (somewhat) with fiat monies forever and an early retirement
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be harder to access in the future? on: September 05, 2018, 03:42:24 PM
As of now, more and more users are getting the hang of sitting by their computers all day and they get paid millions through the help of bitcoins. What they earn is more than what they had in real life which makes life convenient and easier.

On the other hand, bitcoins are really helpful and accessible to everybody or to a group of individuals and they just click and their wallets get full. But what if, sometime in the future, bitcoins become more private and unaccessible? Will that cause a problem? What could've happened to us who were engaged in it first rather than the newbies to come?
this will all depend on the rules that will apply in the future, maybe now the use of crypto is very easy and free, but in my opinion maybe in the future there will be adjustments for crypto which will change the way crypto is used, for example there may be taxes for crypto
105  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much the power of news can affect the Bitcoin price? on: September 05, 2018, 03:30:46 PM
In my opinion, it is still the quality of news that really affects the Bitcoin price, fake news spread by fudders will not affect the pricing, the question is what is the news? where it came from? Is it real? Most news affecting Bitcoin price are those news came from the government, those news that really made against the Bitcoin like banning from a certain country, declaring it as illegal and the likes of them.
yes, The media is one of the most effective means of manipulating the public. News feeds are able to instill panic and fear in a mass manner, as well as euphoria.and this panic attitude led to the collapse of the bitcoin price from $ 5000 to $ 3000.
106  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the future of virtual currency like bitcoin ? on: September 05, 2018, 03:22:34 PM
Well as technology begins to evolve i think that in the future the cryptocurrencies will take over and this will be the new way of payment. However, Bitcoin has more benefits than any method of payment.
In the event that cryptocurrencies all-out replace fiat, new infrastructures and systems would need to be developed quickly to help the globe transition as smoothly as possible. And also there are some serious challenges that will need to be contended with. If crypto comes to outpace the usage of cash, current monies will dramatically drop in value, with little to no recourse available.
107  Economy / Economics / Re: Government regulation on cryptocurrency, GOOD or BAD? on: September 02, 2018, 02:47:11 PM
This is what i am thinking also that having a cryptocurrency being regulated by the government is a good sign that the country has accepted and it will be good for the people out there who love to get involve in cryptocurrency investment. This is a really a good realization to some of the members who are actually speculating negativeness on the government on their participation. Therefore government pariticipation is not BAD at all instead it brings goodness to people who do love cryptocurrency.
Government intervention in cryptocurrency in countries that accept it as a currency is unavoidable because it is certain that the government wants to manage its trading activities in this market. Government management will bring more security to investors because of more strict management.
they just want to rule it, and make it centralized so they can take advantages of it
108  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: September 02, 2018, 02:40:42 PM
it is good if you want to spend your time to learn about cryptos and start to invest in it. but i suggest you not to give all of your time in crypto, make crypto as your side job
109  Economy / Economics / Re: Venezuela Wants to Launch a Central Bank for Cryptocurrencies on: September 01, 2018, 02:14:34 PM
Excerpt from ccn dot com:

“There will be the Central Bank with its functions in exchange, monetary and financial policy and the Central Bank will be incorporated.”

Politicians won't stop being funny.
The government is basically trying to Centralize Cryptocurrencies it wishes to control.
It is probably an attempt to get rid of transparency and other important features of decentralized Cryptocurrency in order to manipulate the Cryptocurrencies as they wish and possibly destroy them like the national fiat that currently has no value.

yes, i think it is more good for us to safe our cryptos in our own wallet, with out any interruption from the third party
110  Economy / Economics / Re: Please, we should not totally eliminate fiat currency on: September 01, 2018, 02:06:11 PM
From what I have seen so far in this forum and other crypto platforms, most of us want fiat eliminated. But let us not forget that there are still situations whereby we can't use crypto except fiat like in rural places without computers or even internet facilities.
may be what we are talking about right now is not about crypto first, but how we can make a cashless society by using a digital currency, to make it digital it needs time, not every part of this world already have the capable technology
111  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is a trending topic all over the world? on: September 01, 2018, 02:02:06 PM
Everywhere you can find cryptocurrency topic especially ICO projects are doing well on the marketing through social media like facebook, twitter, reddit, linked, youtube and etc. Celebrities, influential individuals and high ranking government officials are talking about cryptocurrency and that is why i think cryptocurrency is a trending topic all over the world. Do you agree with me? Even haters help cryptocurrency to be known all over the world so let just leave the haters then.
The question is,on what basis they come to talk about cryptocurrency is it for positively or negatively?though i believe in Good or Bad publicity is still a publicity ,theres always a place for good and bad and as what im seeing your topic is its the Bad images of cryptoworld is what we are engaging here thats why prices keeps on falling because investors are keeping distance for now as they only aiming for gaining and not for the technology
but still, crypto is a thing right now that many people talk about, first of all because its seems like this crypto promising poverty
112  Economy / Economics / Re: it is possible fiat currency will crashed? on: September 01, 2018, 01:51:21 PM
fiat systems are arbitrary and unstable. A good monetary system needs to be based on real wealth creation with a stable asset base. Until such a system is developed and universally accepted, the best possible chance of survival is to invest in ‘real’ assets like gold, natural resources, land entitlements and sustainable businesses that would survive such economic crises.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypro will make people smarter? on: August 30, 2018, 03:59:18 PM
I reflect on the fact that lack of regulation in the field of crypto currency, gives wide opportunities for scam projects. And it will not be possible to regulate the cryptocurrency, no matter how much the goverments want to do it. In the fact that in the world of crypto, lots of scammers and they remain unpunished, I see one big plus.

People will be forced to learn to be more insightful, calculating and rational or will be scammed. Protection from the state decrease our instinct of self-preservation and slowed our development.

Crypto currency will make the next generation of people smarter.

Let's discuss this topic

i agree with this especially how we become more careful to pick a project to invest, because there are so many scams, we must have our own initiative to check whether a project is a scam or not by reviewing it, with us often examining a project, indirectly we get a new knowledge
114  Economy / Economics / Re: Are fiat currencies necessary in the world? on: August 30, 2018, 03:52:42 PM
is this has the same meaning as changing fiat into a digital and changing its name to "crypto currency" by also not printing bank notes
115  Economy / Economics / Re: Is small business ready to sell for cryptocurrency? on: August 30, 2018, 03:43:49 PM
What do you think, how many people are ready to sell their goods or services on crypto? Let's say that we have service which help quick and easy to build online store and sell for cryptocurrency. What kind of reasons can motivate people to start a crypto business?
crypto is a new and fresh trend and also crypto can be a good opportunity especially for online-based businesses, with crypto every transactions will be easier and safer
116  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin after several years? on: August 30, 2018, 03:30:37 PM
This is something that is pretty hard to speculate because the situation of bitcoin depends upon many factors such as government , community , its competitor etc. But this is true that bitcoin will always be remember as a month of block chain.
i agree with this, especially about the government, the government that have the power to make regulation, there may be a possibility that crypto will be banned
and also the competitor, there will be a possibilities that in the future there are a new technology that can replace the popularity of bitcoin and cryptos
117  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Talk Taxes on: August 26, 2018, 04:23:49 PM
the government is always looking for ways to be able to get something from a money movement, one of their way is through taxes, crypto is new thing which is still not having a clear regulation on taxes
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop SCAM in the ICO market on: August 26, 2018, 04:14:28 PM
i'd love to, if only this project is not a scam, other than being able to stop the scam, it can also detect and prevent a scam before a scam occurs to avoid losses to investors
119  Economy / Economics / Re: What happnes to BTC,if the oil price goes up? on: August 26, 2018, 04:09:29 PM

120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why choose LONG-TERM TRADING? on: August 26, 2018, 03:58:51 PM
Long term trading may take weeks, months or even a year or so. You may call it as "long-term holding" or simply "holding".

Long-term trading is good for those who:

  • want to invest
  • works at least 8 hours a day
Long term trading is no hazard to do, You just leave your money on your wallet and wait for the right time to soar up and withdraw,  This is the most efficient method to earn good income:) Short term will give you headache facing your pc or laptop, and its quiet risky because the fluctuations are unpredictable...
sometimes waiting is done in vain, it is uncertain in the future what you have planted will be grow
