Was ihr bei der ganzen "Litecoin und Scrypt = Power to the People..erm GPUs"-Sache vergesst : Wenn es Profitabel wird LTC spezialisierte Geräte herzustellen , wird es auch die geben. Der Sprung ist zwar nicht so riesig wie bei den Bitcoin Asics , er wird aber merkbar. Und der Traum vom GPU Hashing zerfällt aufs neue. Es ist und bleibt ein Spiel auf Zeit. Außerdem sehe ich nicht den Bedarf dass die Händler eine weitere Kryptowährung akzeptieren werden , nur weil ihr mehr LTC wie BTC haltet. Oder könnt ihr mir Vorteile für einen Händler nennen außer das ihr eure LTC ausgeben könnt?
Außerdem kann man damit nichtmal Alpaca-Socken kaufen.

Mal so ganz blöd gefragt: Geht nicht auch sowas wie das simple "mehr Saft drauf geben" um nen bissi was rauszuholen ? Ich mein ich hab keine Ahnung von der Technik, aber vieles lässt sich doch schlicht dadurch übertakten einfach mehr Saft drauf zu geben.

Wenn einer mal ne "ready to use for noobs" Lösung hat und mir mitteilt, gibts bestimmt auch ne kleine Belohung. Selbst rumzupfuschen oder mich in das Thema einzubringen hat keinen Sinn, hab zu wenig Ahnung davon um nich zu sagen garkeine.
Soweit ich das verstanden hab wird es keine richtige "ready to use for noobs" Lösung bezüglich der Firmware geben, zumindest keine ohne JTAG Programmiermodul, da der Zugriff auf die Firmware über USB anscheinend ausgesperrt wurde. Was zusätzlich möglich wäre ist noch ein paar chips auf den Jalapeno draufzubacken, solange die übrigen Komponenten mitspielen (Mosfets) und man Zugriff auf Chips und Chipofen-Equipment hat. Firmwareanpassungen müsste man da allerdings warscheinlich auch vornehmen. Ich seh schon den nächsten Markt für Jalapeno-Modifikationen ...^^ |

Geht sowas in gewissem Rahmen auch mit den Jalas von BFL, also bissi die mhz hochtreiben (nutze ebenfalls den bfgm)?

Wenn man jetzt (realistischerweise) davon ausgeht daß der Preis demnächst wieder zurück Richtung $20er sinkt könnte das wieder passeren. Die gerade in pre-orders gefangene zukünftige hashrate durch asic Mining Equipment wird hashen , daran ändert auch deine Vorhersage nix und der Anstieg wird gross. Die Miner sind stärker , effizienter und haben genug Geld gekostet. Wenn der Graph den ich vorhin hier entdeckt hab nur ein Fünkchen Wahrheit darstellt , steht deine 20$ Prognose eh auf ganz ganz dünnem Eis. |
