Смотря какая у тебя скорость интернета, блокчейн сейчас весит по моему около 80 Gb, так что люди качают и по дольше, это нормально. Но прямой зависимости от скорости интернета нет, т.е. там вполне достаточно 1 Мб и не будет означать, что при скорости 80 Мб у вас загрузка будет в 80 раз быстрей. Ещё пробую с Bitcoin Core 13 но третий день загружается. Это нормально?
Завит от процессора. Посмотрите как грузится ваш процессор, сколько ресурсов ест Корэ. У меня когда грузилась вся база Коре, то ушла неделя, при том что мощный комп и инет. Ждите. Значительно быстрее будет если скачивать блокчейн на SSD, я бы даже сказал в несколько раз быстрее. HDD по скорости отошли на второй план. Да по фигу как-то, SSD или HDD, если он не совсем убогий с зафраментированной в хлам файловой системой. Запись на диск идёт большими блоками. Даже при не очень-то быстром 10-мегабитном канале основная нагрузка будет на проц при проверке подписей к трансакциям, которых теперь в блоках под завязку. |

Неа, трансакции с нолевой комиссией даже в нужные мемпулы не попадают, потому что пулам нет никакого интереса их майнить, когда трансакций с комиссией длинная очередь. А статья по ссылке - просто прикол для школоты пополам с тупым пиаром Эмеркоина. Можно послать кидале вообще любой левый txid и отморозиться, а потом играть в рулетку с диспутами Палки. Они там всё равно txid не проверяют, только почтовые трэки, потому что тупые. |

Нужно было несколько вопросов владельцу задать для раскрытия темы, и поинтересоваться количеством желающих оплатить битками. Ага, а еще оперативностью в вопросе оплаты. Сколько они там подтверждений ожидают?  Я так понял, что у них в этом вопросе никакой автоматизации процесса нет. Как в том анекдоте -хочешь вчерашний борщ? Завтра приходи. Обычно 2 подтверждения идут около часа. Никто так долго ждать не будет. 2 подтверждения = 15 минут в среднем Обычно достаточно 1 подтверждения, так как блоки орфанятся редко. Мелкие суммы можно проводить сразу после попадания в мемпул. |

There's another point that got my attention. 1blockologist was asked about his personal github account, in order to assess his coding capabilities, but he never answered that question. Is there anything new on this? I would be happy to see some previous cryptocoin related projects - be it technical or non-technical ones.
The paper that 1blockologist published is mostly financial/pump material with a few simple technical stuff. I doubt he's an expert coder, but that doesn't mean anything: One can hire a coder. I mean if you are going to go for a multi-million valuation, what's gonna stop you from tapping the resources that you need? 5-10-20k usd? You don't want any coder for this kind of job. You want someone way above average. $250k/yr is what a smart coder makes full time in Silicon Valley. Ok, it can be part time and no taxes since it's crypto, but you're looking at a $50k budget most likely. |

You can, but your miners will be stuck at some point requiring manual redownload of scratchpad. Dunno it doesn't work automatically like with other pools. The problem is actually that the clients don't really redownload the scratchpad.bin via http but rather they request more and more blocks via json-rpc, via the miner connection from the pool with every round. At some point this request is so big that is bogs down the pool connection because every miner is requesting > 100 blocks via RPC rather than via http... This is also the problem which other pools considered as "DDoS"... It's no DDoS, it's just a sloppy written miner  On Suprnova you can request max 50 old blocks via RPC, if you request more your connection gets dropped and you have to redownload the scratchpad.bin which is then good for the next 50 Blocks if the miner program doesn't handle the updates well. If I get it right, we need someone to patch the miner, so it stops flooding JSON-RPC. It's no good for miners to produce invalid shares or just do nothing waiting for auth. BTW why the miner can't download scratchpad from your pool if it's old or non-existent? Have to do that myself. Yep, right. That's actually THE question It would be ideal if the miner would just re-download the scratchpad.bin on a regular basis.. like when it's older than X days or so At startup, miner checks scratchpad age and re-downloads if it is older than 3 days. My other mining rigs run for weeks without restarts unless there is a power outage or something like. It's not the same for Boolberry by far. |

Well you see... there are these things called bagholders... and there are these things called investors... the investors have insider knowledge and make the money... the bagholders don't make money (because bagholders != investors). Makes sense right? lol Bagholders just hold whatever they have rolling on hopium of the future profits. Sometimes they win, sometimes they lose. It's like a lottery for them. What is the supply of this coin, is coinmarket cap accurate- 3.8m available of 14.2 possible? With a 10m reserve, does that mean mining is almost finished? Does it move to POS then?
No, it isn't. 14 million is available already, though the devs keep 10 million out of circulation for now. There is no limit for PoW mining or total coin supply or what. They need to make a hard fork in order to go pure PoS or hybrid. |

Multipools the coins are immediately sold for Bitcoin and shoot down prices ( I think the pools which coins automatically changed to bitcoin ). We have this problem for ages. I know the places where to buy bitcoin but my concern is does it worth claiming the coins that are for free in yobit and after earning them exchanging in bitcoin.
Unfortunately, I can agree with people above me, it is not worth claiming. Back to when I just knew this feature, I used to think that even though the amount is very small, but if I accumulate enough it sure will worth something one day, right? My patience runs out far faster than the speed of the amount accumulated. Most of these coins die faster than accumulate to any reasonable value... Not worth the effort really. You can do much better with a Yobit sig here at Bitcointalk if you're short on pocket change.
