Going back to 2017 scam ICO launchings, one thing for sure, sites like Coin Market Cap have played a very big role in promoting those scams. Yes they did it because they want money but one thing they should realize that this thing would lead to distrust of new people in crypto which would ultimately also close their shop as well.
Coin Market Cap takes a huge amount of money from those scammers.

If these sites just go for some verification before promoting these scams, it would be very good for the visitors. Verification can include Mobile verification, Identity verification etc. These sites are an open image of crypto, if these sites just reduce their earned money by a bit and plan for long term then it would be beneficial for all of us.
To an extent i would not hold coinmarketcap responsible as most of those projects don't have guns pointed to the head of investors corcing them to invest. You are always advised to research extensively on what project you want to commit your resources to before doing so. That you decided to commit resources to a project because the project has its banners on coinmarketcap website does not in anyway satisfy the disgust. |

Asians have always had their arms open wide to innovations and they evolve faster than any other continent I have considered tech savvy (in my opinion). The way they deploy solutions from new tech innovations make me feel like they have heard a prophecy before time that involves them taking the lead amongst others. They are in no doubt the biggest players in the crypto space today

XRP in itself has a great potential in the fintech space and has already started to gain grounds by aligning with financial institutions to get them to become adopters of the XRP project all in the guise of enabling an easier, safer and immutable transaction void of trust by both parties involved. That had given the XRP more step ahead of its peers and that I can say is a point to consider when an investor wants to invest, but more important is an investor's research. So, also do your own research.

The whole idea of what to invest in and when has a greater contribution of decision from the investor.
