Guys just a reminder for all those who are wondering about the ownership of Mintpal Ltd - it is owned by a company called Torihiki Limited which is a UK based company and has 3 directors, none of which are Alex. The fact is, regardless of the fact that alex is not a director, he is still a small equity partner in the holding company and regardless of whether he is a 1% share holder of a 100% shareholder Torihiki are responsible and are therefore the people you need to direct this at. These guys who are directors are effectively patsies that have been put in place and given equity for a number of possible reasons, most likely for dividend payments going back to Alex so that he can withdraw down more funds or possibly due to the fact that they may have also invested and they have received a % of the business.
Unfortunately what this does for them is put them in a precarious situation as their credit rating and directorship could now be torn apart if someone hits them with a CCJ. This is what i would recommend anyone to do who is owed money by Mintpal or Moolah respectively and regardless.
If you are UK based or otherwise i would highly suggest you do it - you don't even need to involve a lawyer. You are owed money and it is a straight forward enough process - although there re fees involved.
I am on IRC #dogecoin if you would like to have any advice in relation to this as 'sevoque' i will be back within the hour.
Regards
so this is the holding company, registered at another virtual office: https://www.opencompany.co.uk/company/09143500/torihiki-ltdneed to get shareholders list and find out who owns it. also need documentation to show they own Mintpal Ltd right? but if Green has less than 25% equity that raises some questions...who does? About the CCJ - that's fine if they start returning at least some coins at 4pm today...but if they are doing a runner the only option is going to be criminal proceedings to get a court injunction and cease the wallets right? Hi mate, FYI "need to get shareholders list and find out who owns it. also need documentation to show they own Mintpal Ltd right?" No, this is not required, please see here http://imgur.com/sb56oEIIn plain english, this basically states that Mintpal and Torihiki are both eligible to make decisions about Mintpal and both have voting and decision making rights. Please also note that ALEX GREEN _IS_ THE MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER OF MINTPAL BECAUSE HE IS TEH MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER OF TORIHIKI LTD AS HE OWNS 48% OF ALL SHARES PLEASE SEE THE FULL COMPANY DOCUMENTATION OF SHARE BREAKDOWN HERE http://imgur.com/SQbpbDPThanks and get in touch on IRC if you need legal advice regards thanks v much for the info. but just trying to understand, how do we know Torihiki is holding Mintpal, because it's not listed as a shareholder - I can see it's got right to make decisions, but is there documentation to show it owns mintpal because that's what i'm trying to find out IMO its semantics and mostly irrelevant - there is no holding company as such in terms of shares % but you have to go on the basis that because Torihiki Ltd has been authorised to make decisions for Mintpal, the shareholding of Torihiki directly reflects the current equity within Mintpal. Regardless of whether Alex owns Mintpal or anyone else, you have the ability to take legal action toward any/all 3 if you wish. Whether it be Mintpal Ltd, Torihiki Ltd or Alex Green himself. It's actually a very strong situation from a legal perspective - Alex has continually and intentionally misrepresented and miscommunicated the true [legal] structure of the business as well as his equity in what he would consider the parent company.

nice work check my imgur link, it states their country of residence as well as their profession. I don't think they realise how culpable they are as equity holders when a CCJ or winding up order is issued against the business.

posting on behalf of a friend Hi guys, Some of you may have seen my recent post about my initiative to reclaim the funds which had been withheld from me through locking of my accounts since July on Mintpal which Moolah has declined to take any responsibility for - http://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin/comments/2is99c/for_public_recordmy_legal_notice_letter_to/After a lot of digging around I can confirm that the holding company for Mintpal is called Torihiki Ltd, Company Registration Number - 09143500 of 145-157 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PW The three directors are Miss Chelsea Hopkins (Also a director of Mintpal Ltd) Mr Ferdous Ahmed Mr Michael Chiu I am going to be placing a CCJ against the company for the monies owed given the circumstances and I would advise anyone else in a similar situation as me or anyone who has lost part of the current 450btc reported through BitCoinTalk thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=824211.200 Please note that at present, Jay and Jason from Mintpal have allowed all decisions for Mintpal Ltd to be made through this holding company and therefore it is the only recourse in order to ensure that we are paid our funds back in full, with interest at the statutory rates dictated by UK Law. If you are owed money either via inaccessible funds or through investments then please post here so that we can arrange for affected users to issue multiple CCJ’s against Torihik Ltd - I have already sent legal correspondence via international post to Mintpal Ltd stating 14 days notice - given that Moolah has since not even bothered getting back in contact with me about my ongoing account issues I can only assume that little to nothing will be done even when my letters arrive. This will completely destroy the credit rating of the business as well as the Directors involved for several years and if in the event that they do not comply and pay the CCJ’s in the timeframe then we will issue a winding up order which will encompass all assets from Mintpal Ltd and any other companies held / owned by Torihiki Ltd. Please see these imgur links for sources of the official documentation taken from Mintpal Ltd company information - the first image is the most important as it clearly states that Torihiki is able to operate/make decisions on behalf of Mintpal Ltd - http://imgur.com/qNNr8w8,jpa1AiR,mrhW0gj,LPzxCxp,KjIwjoH,PJxy6m0,PhgxZHe,XyZFAV4,y4tbK8c#0This is on behalf of Weredo911 Thanks Svq

Guys, I have a question.
A lot of people are saying that coin kite is responsible for helping boost bc price... I'm unsure of what the site does in it's entirety other than help process payments with a select few currencies. It's understandable if its HELPED, but bc has rocketed, are people trying to say that coinkite is solely responsible for such a shift in price? I know they are also open to AUR as one of the currencies they want to integrate but require the community support in order to do so, and I believe that what that means is effectively donation support. I checked the public wallet address they are asking for donations in to and so far there is maybe 150 or so. Any ideas or thoughts on coin kite from anyone (who isnt involved with it) and any information from anyone who held BC as to whether coinkite was responsible for helping the price rise and why?
I don't think CoinKite had much to do with it. Moolah.io has supported Auroracoin from before the launch with similar products (although not the POS machine). What's moolah? Oh, a website ranked 300k+ on Alexa. They delisted BC, because, they said: "BC doesn't have enough volume on our website" Moolah is air. where have you been you handsome bastard haha, you gotta be freaking kidding me sup! not much! nice to see you I will drop you a message tomorrow to catch up. Holla

I don't think it has anything to do with BC's price personally (I think if that coin goes for a week without a big pump it'll be dropped like a rock). Anyway if you look at Mintcoin's thread right now, you'll see the community has said thanks but no thanks to coinkite's offer of adding Mintcoin so long as they are paid 25 BTC... Also I think Moolah can set up merchant services with Auroracoin and I don't think they ever asked the community for money was just saying to someone on reddit i find it unbelievable, literally, not believable that BC community would have paid 25btc

Guys can you please give us some indication as to what level of investment/donation is required for a coin to be accepted and integrated with? I'm most interested in knowing that figure for AUR.
Thanks

Hejsan Mikkelev, sorry for late reply. I just saw your PM.
Honestly I can not say whether or not that version is trustworthy or not, it has not been made by any of the devs on the 'official' team as far as I am aware so I cannot comment on the legitimacy of it. Hope that helps
I have been trying to message jacob to find out whats going on to - I would love to see the project either revived or taken over by someone who wants to pet the panda - there is potential here.
We will NOT use the user version of the coinD as long we dont get any info from you or jacob. Would be a lot easier if you just patch the org coinD as a official version. Thnx for looking by wish i could personally help you. I will try to message jacob again later today, but if that fails then i will ask Cryptowest to see if he can lend a hand considering he did all the wallet compiles anyway. Sev

I've already offered you a working patch and support but apparently switching isn't even possible when people are still clinging to the team that isn't active anymore. There's only so much I can do. Your woking patch isnt syncing the windows wallets also the 2 exchanges swisscex + mintpal are on the original coinD V x.2 It isn't syncing because almost no one switched to it. Too many old nodes on the network will hinder newer ones from agreeing on the next block. Everyone is reading first page of this thread. I did contact sevoque and am waiting on any info from him. There is no reason for him not to build your fix into his coinD. Otherwise we have to hardfork the coin and open a new thread. There is no middle way. Hejsan Mikkelev, sorry for late reply.
