This is very similar behavior to other complaints and objections about you and your website that have previously been made by users. It’s deceptive at best.

I now see why this thread has very little participation from other users. I believe there is a lack of trust and a lack of credibility here.

Definitely a very long waiting period for withdrawal dealing with crypto. The advantage should be quick withdrawal in terms of crypto, are they doing it manually and they have no staff ready to attend their client's needs?
