Even someone like myself whom likes the site and would’ve been a depositing user is turned off by this type of deceptive behavior. This is now the second incident I’ve experienced in the short time while engaging with your site which calls into question the legitimacy of this operation.

My apologies it's my fault that the original post stated "on Monday" which resulted in this confusion. I did end up correcting my message by adding the date for clarity after realizing the mistake, but I do understand that this resulted in confusion.
 
I do have to point out that our contest rules do state that the contest ends on February 2nd though and that has been consistent since the beginning

I've had no problems with withdrawals (takes me about 48 to 72 hours), but then again I'm not a free loading sack of shit with 30 accounts all trying to beat the rollover on a no deposit bonus.

Also last I checked, multiple people had confirmed that they gotten their withdrawals and everyone crying about not getting their withdrawal turns out to be a cheater.

They should really consider that most people do prefer out on having instant payments. Manual processing is somewhat outdated and telling some reason about some verification?
No it isnt really that a valid thing for thim to excuse or alibi on and wont be surprised if they do lost up numbers of potential customers because of this issue.

They are not losing customers alone but their reputation is being muddled by their karma, they should settle this as soon as possible because they have taken more than 2 months to test all their website features with having us on the stake to be used, and each user honestly reviewed them as well as gave correct opinions and they have thus changed a lot of things. Then why the withdrawals are still going to be processed manually and what check are you going to make if your site is bug-free now? Making users wait 48-72 hours and in some cases, even more, will drag away a users interest out of your site because a gambler, so addicted to gambling wants to withdraw instantly because they want to sell that BTC and enjoy. Now if you keep their coins in your website and ask them not to bet for 2-3 days, then tell me which gambler can control themselves for 3 days and resist gambling for that period?

The reason we do manual reviews are to investigate fraud. This is in particular necessary on users who did not deposit funds and are potentially abusing no deposit bonuses as we've seen that with large frequency. Users who complain of long withdrawal times are almost always 1. users who did not make their own deposit and are simply using a no deposit bonus and 2. are suspected of creating multiple accounts for abusing bonuses and collusion. We can't give out the type of bonuses we do without a manual review of withdrawals, and there is a documented group of cheaters that have been trying to abuse the bonus system

Furthermore all funds are stored in cold storage not directly on the server, so instant withdrawals are not possible. Services that allow instant withdrawal expose your BTC to hackers because the funds aren't actually in cold storage despite what they may claim in their marketing.
