Try to send a pm to bitbrawlers, there were some similar issues about long waiting for withdrawal but as I can see all of them resolved eventually as long as there is nothing wrong with the account.

Definitely a very long waiting period for withdrawal dealing with crypto. The advantage should be quick withdrawal in terms of crypto, are they doing it manually and they have no staff ready to attend their client's needs? Yeah but it's a long waiting period for free crypto, and it's obvious they're being flooded with cheaters trying to game the system. Did you deposit the crypto? No? You're playing with house money? Then quit complaining.
 
Anyway I got my withdrawal successfully processed, but I actually deposited my own bitcoin after losing the airdrop money while betting. Deposited 0.02 BTC and won 0.01 BTC. Withdrawal was processed in about a day.
